To get the browser history:
I am completely new to Visual Studio, could you please look at the link and guide me how to do this using
Chrome and Firefox browser (showing the website visited and possibly the date and time). I want the list of websites visited to show in a website, so far I have the wampserver installed.

as I told you, turn on parental controls on their accounts. then you can control which sites they are allowed to visit and parental controls also save a log of every site they visit. your kids won't be able to delete that log. only an admin user can do that.
parental controls are turned on in system preferences->parental controls.

I would appreciate if someone can solve my problem....
When I run a report from the report builder, the output is displayed in the web browser as when in live previwer, In view menu, web preview, Generate to Web browser in checked.
I want to have a shortcut to this report on my desktop. I want that whenever I click this short cut, my report should run in the default internet browser but it is not executing.
I have also tried to run this report by making a button in a Form and using run_product on the when-button-pressed trigger but this is also not working.
I want an output in the web browser 'cuz the output contain some hyperlinks pointing to some word documents saved as html.

before you compile the report to an rep-file you have to do some settings in the systemparameters "atributepallete" under your module.
1. set the parameter Desformat under value* on "htmlcss"
2. set the parameter Desname under value* on "c:\test1.html" or the "wwwroot" directory.
3. set the parameter Destype under value* on "file"
then compile the report to c:\test1.rep an test the batch file you've created.

Is it possible to check if anyone has applied to monitor my web browsing history/cache/bookmarks as an employer on my home pc without my knowledge or consent?

I am using private windows to browse since someone seems to know what sites I've visited. I've done my best wrt blocking cookies and deleting history on exit, but some data in the "Library" exists.
Apparently my isp provider and employer can see my browsing history of a private browsing window.
I am currently self-employed but I volunteered for an organisation until October 2013. One of their members I worked closely with was stalking my email and browsing history without my knowledge.
Is it possible for this slimy bleep to have weasled their way into monitoring my web activity by claiming to be an employer?
Can I use a private browsing window safely?
I have a business to run, so I need my information, email, web activity to be kept confidential.
Any helpful advice will be gratefully received.

Your question is a bit confusing, and it seems that you don't quite understand who and what can view your internet activity:
* Private browsing mode simply leaves no record of the sites you visit in your browser. There are so many other parts of the chain that can keep records. Example: Your computer could have tracking software (installed intentionally or maliciously), many routers have web logging, your Internet Service Provider can view the sites you visit, your employer if you are at work, the government has extensive tracking programs as well. Private browsing won't defeat these tracking techniques. It basically only prevents people who have physical access to your computer from looking in your history and seeing the sites you visited in PB mode.
* Your employer can't just request to see the sites you visit when you are at home. The only reason your employer could see the sites you visit is it you take your computer to work and use your work network to access the internet (and the employer has enabled logging on their network hardware) or you have a work laptop and take it home and it has logging software installed on it. Many employers have policies against using work equipment for personal. But there is no way that your employer can call your home ISP and ask to view your internet history.
* Your ISP keeps a record of the sites you access, but won't release that without a court order (or to the NSA....) so unless you have a court order or a snoopy ISP employee who has an axe to grind and is viewing your internet logs illegally you don't really have to worry about that.
* It's possible you have malware on your computer that is tracking your internet history. [[Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware]]

Web browser history not going away!! NokiaE-71

Hi, when i want to clear the history of my phone's web browser it will not go away!! I use the usual method of Options > Clear Privacy Data > All, but nothing happens!!
When i quit the browser it says 'view interrupted downloads' and i also can't get rid of this!
Any help would be great!!

use third party app for clearing ur browser history it´s normaly placed on c: cache (on my e51 it´s on c: root) but i don´t know about e71 u should use drjukka´s app for solving this problem.

"Apple users are particularly vulnerable, as their devices do not have a function that lets users delete super cookies from their browsers.
Most websites place what’s called a “cookie” on visitors’ computers, which is used to track them and record their preferences. It’s how websites can remember your password, for example. Like your web browsing history, they’re easy to delete. If you use your browser’s “private browsing” mode they’re never saved in the first place — and advertisers can't track you, and other computer users can't go back and see what you looked at.
However, a flaw in a modern web security feature called “HTTP Strict Transport Security” (HSTS) allows websites to plant “super cookies” that can be used to track web users’ browsing habits even when private browsing is enabled.
Here’s how it works.
Security researcher Sam Greenhalgh writes that HSTS “allows a website to indicate that it should aways be accessed using a secure connection that encrypts your communication with the site.” This “flag” is then saved by your web browser, ensuring that any future visits to the website are secure. Hi all,
I tried this with IOS 7.1.2 Safari on an iPad retina and the super cookie did not persist after web data and history was deleted.
I also tried this with IOS 8.1.2 Safari on an iPhone 6, and the super cookie persisted even after deleting web history and website data.
Evidently it was ok on 7.1.2 and broken on 8.1.2.

Can browser history transfer over to a PC when updating songs on the phone?

Can browser history from your iPhone get transfered over to your PC web browser history after syncing your phone through iTunes? There have been some sites showing up on our PC web browser history that neither my wife nor I have visited and our Malware/Spyware/Virus program has not found anything. These websites have been visited during times that nobody is at home however an iPhone was lent to our son with data blocked but his school has free WiFi. So could websites that he has visited while at school on their WiFi also then transfer over to our browser history when he updates music in iTunes?

Ok, I have never used one of those, and have no intention of doing so. Wasn't even aware people would put that on an iPhone since it strikes me as less than good security.

I downloaded Firefox 3.6 and now my tool bar is gone. No back arrows, forward arrows, file, edit, view, history, bookmark, tools....how do I get my web browser to look like a regular browser again?

Once the menus are back, you can use the View menu, then select Toolbars and click on the names of the toolbars to toggle displaying them.

So essentially, we want to upgrade all OS clients to IE 11, we have a mix of all versions (8-11) currently and have 10K machines to deploy. Microsoft is also going away with multiple version support beginning 2016, so its critical we finish this by end of
the year. However as a first step, we require to find out all web visits by employees - external is taken care because there's several proxy/gateway/filters in place to track this information. How do we track this for internal traffic? intranet links? Even
a script will work that can dump browsing history from clients to a central location in csv or xls format or *.mhtml. Perhaps there is client tool that needs to sit and collect this information on every machine, any one knows?
I only need anonymous information about the web visits (say links and hits) so that I can properly test these websites. This is to ensure compatibility is set, enterprise mode in place and Edge rendering correctly (or older) so that transition from older
browsers to IE 11 will be organic in nature.
