Web Doesn't Work on My Contract WAP/3G?!

Hello all and thank you for taking the time to read my query.
I'm having these problems using my contract WAP/3G; these problems DO NOT exist when I connect using WiFi.
Whenever I try to go on 'Web', it displays the notification 'Connecting GPRS' in the top corner, but then straight afterwards says 'Conn. Failed - Conn. unavailable' in the same place and a message at the bottom is displayed afterwards saying 'Web: Unable to perform operation', and this happens every time I try to use it on 3G!
I just got my phone back last week; I bought it and it was locked to T-Mobile, so I got it unlocked and debranded at a shop round the corner from me. This is really frustrating, since I've a brand new phone (which I really like!) but cannot use the familiar 'Web' app on it! I used to own the SE Satio, using Symbian S60, so the Web app is really familiar to me and is definately my preferred browser.
All of this is despite having full signal and the icon displaying '3.5G' in the top left, showing that the internet is connected - and I can send/recieve e-mails, use Opera Mobile, Ovi store etc. on 3G so it isn't an internet connection problem - more like a problem with the web app itself. If there is any more information you require, I'll happily provide it.
Any help would be very greatly appreciated - a frustrated new Nokia N8 user is in desperate need for web access here!

The default access point selected was 'Uncategorised'... I changed that to 'Internet' as instructed by you and my Web now works!

I don't need to use **bleep** Opera Mobile anymore, yes!

Photoshop CS3 "Save for web" doesn't work

Hi everybody. I noticed one weird thing. When I want to use "Save for web" function on my Photoshop CS3 to save some jpg file and reduce size, the dialog window just doesn't appear. I clicked Save for web and nothing happen. The window of the file a wanted to save just get grey. I'm new in CS3 an it worked well in my CS2. BTW I use MacBook Pro and CS3 for Mac.

Hi all,
Deleting the SFW prefs worked for me.
My Photoshop CS3 was working fine till I (probably unwisely) tinkered with system files to free up some space.
Re-installed CS3 from scratch but still couldnt "Save for web".
Then I found this tip suggesting deleting the SFW prefs and BINGO! Back in acion.

Export for web doesn't work (X and 7).

I use the export for web feature a lot. I find that I have to bounce back and forth between Quicktime 7 and X because sometime this feature will work and sometimes it doesn't. There's no consistent reason I can figure out why the applications will or will not work properly. On some occasions I get some small 8Kb file. On other occasions, I only get the audio.
Any ideas?

Uhh, the system requirements for Photoshop CC state you need 2 GB RAM, 8 GB recommended. This is likely your problem.

Photoshop cs6 shortcut for "Save for Web" doesn't work

I'm using a macbook pro intel i7 2.66 with iOS 10.7.3.
In photoshop CS6 (which is amazing b.t.w.) when I click the shortcut cmd+alt+shft+S to save for web on the first time it works for me, but then for the rest of the session it never works again.
After the first time it just opens the "save as..." dialog.
I've been using photoshop day by day for the last 5 years, and I did try different ways to press the shortcut keys again, to see if its just me... but it wasnt

No, it's not that, those works fine.
it's the shortcut that you can set to change input language, (in preferences > keyboard & mouse > keyboard shortcuts > input menu > select the previous input source/select next input source in the input menu) (currently ctrl+space, but I also tried a few other keys) it used to work before, but after new keyboard software, it doesn't.

A page web doesn't work in safari

CS6: save for web doesn't work

i have photoshop extended CS6 since yesterday and today when i was going to save an animation, go to file- save for web, this appears "the operation could not be compleated" someone help me please.

i have a PC, well i made a lots of animations from ps cs5 and i never had problems with that, i just made a animation from a clip of a video like this
but when i press click photoshop crash down or this appears:
this doesn't happen to me with CS5 and i didn't copied plug-ins from another version, i just intalled it and that's all.

FormsApplet on WEB doesn't work with cyrylic letters

Distribute option on the web doesn't work !

I am trying to run the report on the web from the form and I am giving the following URL with web.show_document.

But it is giving me an error
Error: The requested URL was not found, or cannot be served at this time.
Oracle Reports Server CGI - Report Job has terminated with error.
Does anybody has done the same thing please let me know if there is any settings to be done or Am I doing something wrong?

Try using & in the URL instead of +
Also, make sure that your reports server config file has a sourcedir entry and that your RDF file is in that directory. If you change the config file you may need to restart the reports server.

Link To Web Gallery doesn't work

I created a password protected web gallery in Aperture, but when it has completed uploading, the URL to the gallery doesn't work, it never loads in Safari. When I go to My Gallery home page I see the icon for the gallery with the lock as it should be but when I click on it, I get the message " that access for this gallery is restricted and to contact the owner of the gallery" instead of asking me for the password.
If a gallery is not password protected it shows up just fine. Am I missing something? Why doesn't the url for a password protected gallery work.

Just as a note, it works fine in Firefox. It seems to be an issue with Safari and .Mac.

RD Web access SSO - remote desktop doesn't work

Hi,
This is my first post in here, and I hope you gays can help me out.
I am currently experiencing some issues with RD Web SSO not working as I would like it to work. I have found countless articles and guides describing how to get it to work, but no guide have yet helped me.
The problem is that when I log in on the web access and open a published application everything works fine I wait 5 sec and the application pups up, but when I try to open "Remote Desktop" then I get a new log in box where I must enter my log in credentials
again (after entering my credentials everything work great.)
The problems I am currently facing is produced in a demo environment configured as follows:
1x DC server (DC01) also the lic server
2x RDS server (RDS01/02)
1x RDS Connection broker (RDCM01) I have created a farm named "farm01.mydomain.com"
1x RDS Web access server (RDWA01)
1x RDS Gateway (RDSGW01)
(All the Servers are installed with Windows server 2008 (R2) SP1, and have the latest update.)
I am publishing my demo environment on the internet, i have created a domain name for my gateway and my web access and they are both accessible from the web (rdwa.mydomain.com and rdsgw.mydomaim,com). I also have secured everything with an SSL wildcard certificate
( my external and intern domain names are the same so I am using one SSl certificate) that is trusted on the web.
when I log in on the web access server trough (IE9 or IE8 ) from another network(wan) and I open a published application (calculator), it pop ups in just a few seconds. But when I try to open my Remote desktop I get a login box where I must enter my
username and password one more time.. after that remote desktop opens and everything works great.
My laptop is a Windows 7 professional with RDP 7 and IE 9, and is not member of a domain (just a workstation), I have tested it from multiple workstations and networks(Also win 7 and RDP7) but even there I have the same problem.
Thinks that I have tried tell now:
I have created a kerberos account as mentioned on
MSDN
I have checked my group permissions as mentioned
here
And many more blogs and forums
I have tried multiple settings on RDCM, RDWA, RDSGW and RDS server
Right now I am out of ideas, and I hope you gays can help me out..

Did you go into your RemoteApp Deployment settings and change the server name to the farm name "farm01.mydomain.com?"

Also in the Session Broker's RemoteApp and Desktop Connection Properties window change the Connection ID to the farm name as well.
actually I couldn't find out what to put on the connection ID so I had left it just default, but after changing it to the farm name it still doesn't work
Did you sign you apps with the cert used on your RDS servers?
yes, I am using a wildcard ssl certificate to sign all the servers/apps with.

strikes me, when I log on the web access and click on a published application (that is hosted from the same RDS servers) then I get a information box. when I click on the "details" button I see on the bottom "use the following credentials to connect" and my
domain and username are published there. But when I click on the "Remote desktop" icon and do the same I can't see this information!!
Also I don't think that its an SSL problem, because after log in again it works perfect without any warning.

BitmapData draw method doesn't work when the project is published as the .swf file of the web applic

        I am totally confused by this strange error. When I tried using the draw method of BitmapData to draw a movieclip symbol of my project, it seems to work fine locally. However, as I uploaded the published .swf file to my web server and launched it as the plugin of my web application, it failed. The source codes as follows,

message3 didn't show at all. Instead, the browser console shows "Uncaught Error: Error calling method on NPObject.". My understanding of this error message is that the .swf is calling something crashing, and I believe that bd.draw(stage)is the crashng method call.

My real purpose in this application is to capture a snapshot of a streaming video. The video is contained in a movieclip object. I bought an iMac few days ago. I would like to sync ical on my iMac with my professional calendar I use in my company (from outlook web access).
I was easy to manage it on my iPhone (I just add a new "exchange" mail account and ask for a calendar sync only) and it worked very quickly.
But I cannot do it with the iMac, and I don't undersatnd why?

Views dropdown on list view web part doesn't work

Thank you very much beforehand for any help with this issue, I really can't figure out what is going on.
So, I have big list (36125 items and about 25 public views there) and view selector on list view web part just stopped respond there couple of days ago. You click on down arrow and nothing happens... There are no any java script errors in browser console,
there are no any errors in ULS log. Profiler shows that request even is not sent to server when you click it to get list of views.
At the same time, this web-part works correctly with other lists on this site.
Do you have any ideas?

I understand that the view drop down doesn’t work for a specific list. Can you browse these publish views by manually change the view name in the URL? There are two view drop downs in the ribbon(one under the List tab and one under the browser tab). Are
they all not working?
It is a big list, you need to make sure that there are no more than 5000 items in a single view. Only 8 lookups can be added to a view at the same time. You need to make sure that these thresholds.
