Web Formular in Muse

Ich habe mehrer Website mit business catalyst gehostet. Heute ist mir aufgefallen, dass kein E-Mail-Formular mehr funktioniert. Es wird zwar ein Bildschirm mit "Thank you for your submission Your submission has been verified successfully." angezeigt, jedoch nicht die Seite, die ich eingestellt habe. Die E-Mails kommen außerdem nicht an…
Gibt es eine Lösung?

Ich habe mir grade mal deinen Code angesehen, kann aber wegen des Muse-gewusels nichts direkt erkennen ... die Benennungen sind natürlich scheußlich und wenig übersichtlich. Könntest du bitte sagen, auf welche Seite das Senden-Button verknüpfen soll? Dann könnte ich zumindest überprüfen, ob die Verlinkung noch korrekt ist bzw. der Server für die Seite überhaupt noch adressiert ist. Sollte das Button auf dem gleichen Server liegen, benötige ich den Dateinamen und die Verlinkung auf dem Server (bsp. \sites/reply o.ä.).
Ich denke nicht, dass hier das Problem am Mail-Empfänger liegt, sondern am Sender --> der Seite bzw. dem Link. Erstmal dort die Fehlerquellen ausschließen. Dann auf dem Server. Wenn schon nicht die richtige Seite angezeigt wird, ist meistens irgendwas im Quellcode faul ... und wenn es erst nach einer Zeit auftritt hat entweder jemand eine Änderung vorgenommen (wahrscheinlichster Fall) oder ihr wurdet gehackt (eher unwahrscheinlich bei kleinen Seiten, da dort wenig zu holen ist).
Wenn dir die Daten auf deinem Server zu wichtig sind, melde dich gerne auf meiner geschäftlichen Mail ... schau einfach auf http://www.equipment-studios.de vorbei ... da findest du die Kontaktdaten und kannst gern mal den Sachverhalt genauer schildern ... sollte dich die Datensicherheit weniger sorgen, kannst du aber auch hier die Daten posten :-)

Is there a reason why you want to use Edge Web Fonts with Adobe Muse?
Assuming you wish to improve typography of your web pages, you should know that Muse is fully integrated with Typekit. This allows you to access and apply over 500 web fonts from within Muse. Here's how you do it:
Select a text component within Muse, and click the Text drop-down.
Select Add Web Fonts option, to pop-open the Add Web Fonts dialog.
Browse and apply fonts per your design needs.

Yes i had restart Muse and my mac. I have no more message than a red hexagon with an exclamation point and the message : "erreur inconnue" no number nothing more.

You can use Muse to design and build as many websites as you wish; just purchase the URL's and hosting as appropriate. Your subscription to Muse allows for unlimited authoring.
Now, if you're referring to support via Business Catalyst, that's a different story...

Can I add music wave files to a web sight using muse ?

60 year old guy trying to find out information, so hope I don't sound too dumb.
Can I have a web sight with waves files in it , like regular music , not MP2 or ACC files ?
Also , can I add my own videos without using YouTube ? Just place them on my web page ?
If later on , I want to sell something , can I do it on the web sight ?
I want to use Muse.
Oh yea , I have a recording studio . That's why I need to know what my options are .

As Muse do not have this option till now to generate popup windows, but yes you can do this with the help of Insert HTML feature in MUSE if you are good in coding.
As a workaround you can use Lightbox feature in MUSE.

Upgrading from I web to Adobe Muse?

We will all have to switch sooner or late to some other software,but to what???
Adobe Muse does not require coding and seems sophisticated.
I have been spoiled by I web in not knowing code,I wonder if Muse will be faster ,more responsive and allow for more subtle web design.
I understand WORD PRESS+ Duprel have cleaner HTML and can be learned with a bit of effort.
What would be the methodology,take a bit of HTML<JAVA+CSS lessons and jump into a more advanced software or ....go to Muse which seems to require no coding???
I have mastered I web and think I would like a more pro software that does not require a very steep learning curve.
I hear Quark Express 9.2 does not need coding and wORDPRESS has a little.
What would be the course of action in upgrading out of IWEB??

I'm in a similar quandry myself... the whole web design set up is changing, from software like Dreamweaver to on line tools like Weebly and Muse. I've used Dreamweaver (still on CS4) for my site, but with all the rapid changes in cell phones, e commerce, ipads and who knows what's next, it's taking far too much time to keep up. Instead of upgrading to CS6 in Dreamweaver I'm looking at Weebly, which looks and feels very user friendly with lots of neat features. The only drawback for me, since my email is tied to my domain, is that weebly will force me to manage emails via Google Apps. My android phone required a gmail email, and it soon filled up with spam, although I never used the account. I'd rather have my emails on a hosted account like Omnis Network, where I have better control.
I've tried Wordpress, but got tired of the incredible amount of spam - but if you don't allow comments on your blog posts it's pretty easy to use. I've used Blogger for many years, it would be my recommendation for a small site. It's stable and has really good spam control. Now the basic blogger layout comes with ten pages, so a good solution if your site is small. Very easy to use and maintain. And it's free. Haven't checked out Google sites, my reservation with Google is they are tending toward Facebooky behavior, changing permissions and settings with each upgrade (experience from Picasa)
Looking at Adobe Muse/Business Catalyst it's pricey, like all Adobe solutions. I suspect you'll get 99% of what you'd need from Weebly at a far lesser cost. Since a Weebly account is online and only accessible via login, taking backups by downloading your site to your hard drive on a regular basis would be highly recommended. In case there is a problem with your account.
Learning some basic html and css is a good idea, that way you can make changes to the code yourself. Your local library may have some good reference books.... or ... When I look for specific solutions I just google what I'm trying to do. More often than not, someone has taken the time to post what I need on the net.

Hi. I made a new version of my web site in Muse and want to "redirect" my old web site to my new one

Hello. When I launch my new web site, how do I redirect the old "home page" to the new "home page"?
There are photos of my dogs online when you search for "traditional red nose American Pit Bull Terriers".
Would I be able to do a "redirect" from my old males page of say a dog named "Thaylen" to the new "Thaylen" page built by Muse?
I like the fact that Google uses my pictures and do not want them to get use to "a broken link" to a photo they would usually show on a search.

This is not something you would do in Muse, but that needs to be taken care of at the Web Server where you are hosting your website.
You may talk to your old site's host and ask to add redirects to new site's content to avoid landing on broken/outdated pages.

Activating bought web fonts in muse

I bought fonts for web use and activated them in my typekit account as well. they are now everywhere available expect of muse … cannot active them.
any ideas, anyone?

Currently, you can only use and preview the free and open-source Typekit fonts in Muse.
You can still use Typekit on your website, though; the fonts just won't show up in the font menu or in the Muse preview. The Muse Insider wrote a post on how to insert the Typekit embed code from the Muse interface:

Or you can add the embed code to the Page Properties dialog within Muse, which will include it in the <head> of the page when you export your website. The fonts will be displayed when you view your site on the live server or a localhost website.

J'apprécie beaucoup l'outil TypeKit intégré à Muse, mais voilà : la web font dont j'ai besoin ne fait pas parti de la collection TypeKit.
Il y a bien la solution qui génère des images mais cela ne me satisfait pas : je souhaite avoir une “vrai” police sélectionnable, copiable, indexable et tout, et tout… !
La police que je souhaite installer est la “Fabada”.
Voici les instructions qui m'ont été fourni :

Alors ça mérite une enquête approfondie, mais vu que http://businesscatalyst.com/pricing/yearly mentionne le ftp dans les webBasics "+" est-ce que la fonction ne serait pas inaccessible en mode webbasics ?
Du coup, je regarderais du côté du menu Fichier > Ajouter des fichiers à télécharger.

Hello, I just started using muse a week a go, I´m almost done with my first site but I´m trying to use the One Gennius Gallery and create a hyperlink to a thirth party WEBsite but it only shows option to go to a page within the same site, not to anotherone

Just follow these steps:
1. Go to plan view and create a blank page wherever you like.
2. Name this page according to the target, you want to link to (optional).
3. Rightclick the icon of this new page and choose "Menu Options/Include Page without Hyperlink".
4. Go to your site menu and localize the entry of this particular page.
5. Select this entry, go to the command strip on top of the Muse window and enter the address of the homepage you want to link to into the "Hyperlinks" field.
