Web Gallery Post and Delete Not Working

Before the latest update things seemed to work as expected. After the update my web gallery doesn't work as expected. From imovie 08 I can't successfully delete movies nor can I successfully load them.
Anyone else with the same issues. Apple has really dropped the ball on "works out of the box" or in my case, out of the credit card.
No more money will go to them till they clean up their act.

Web Gallery in Bridge CS4 not working

I've just started using the Web Gallery function in Bridge CS4. The output previews just fine, and loads perfectly from local disk in my browser. When I upload to my webspace, I get just a blank page.
I have contacted my ISP, who say that the problem lies with the Index.html file. They have run it through a validator at W3.org, and it comes back with multiple errors. i have no idea how to fix these errors, and in any case can't understand why it loads just fine from my hard drive, but not from my webspace.

Yeah, and I don't see a 'show file names' box on the templates I've looked at.
What I did was go into the group.xml file and I could find the TITLE tags and changed those to what I wanted for my caption.
Still seems somethings not right, since I had to manually add them.

HttpRequest POST and PUT not working?

Hello:
To send data to server I am trying to use POST or PUT command but
just can't get them to work.
The GET command makes connection to server but not the POST and PUT.
Tried using onOutput for method GET to send data but data is not transferred if method is GET
Has anyone successfully using POST command or experiencing similar behavior? Thanks.

Unlock keychain username and delete not working

I need to delete my keychain, but even when logged in as the admin, the <username> keychain displays as locked in the Keychain Access utility. The menu commands for unlock and delete are opaque grey and won't let me do either. Unless I work around that, I won't be able to do the only thing I can find on the topic:

So, it turns out if you use 'mode' or 'group' attributes, you must have them to pause, resume, and delete the task, even if you are referencing them by thier name. Once I added 'mode' and 'group' it started working.

Lightroom 5 - Building Web Gallery hangs and then fails (worked versions 3, 4 no problems)

The key and only reason I own and use Lightroom is to create and manage my 50,000+ family photos spanning through 3 centuries. (1800s, 1900s, 2000s)

With Lightroom 5 the web galleries I have previously created and uploaded and as well the customer user presets I have created OR the standard templates are now ALL hanging and failing during the "Upload Web Photo Gallary after exporting all the images, etc.
The app does report the folders and files exist on the server so it must be logging in succesfully and parsing files and directories etc?
It then goes off and is looping around "Building Web Photo Gallery" and after about 5 plus minutes it fails with a " an error occured sending the file: connection to the server failed"
Which is probably just because it is broken and then times out because of failure.
I have checked, triple checked, changed passwords and also later uploaded FTP files and etc and actually am now having to EXPORT the whole gallery locally via LR5 and then FTP by hand the whole thing to the website.
defeats the whole reason i have been buying this product?
EVERYTHING works great except Lightroom 5 is now broken for this task to me. All I did was send money to upgrade and install product and upgrade libraries.......so i can't go back right?

+shift+ delete and +delete not working with external keyboard...

Most of the time, when I try to send a file to the trash or empty the trash using the keyloard shortcuts, it will only work if I use my laptop keyboard but not my external apple keyboard hooked up to it. Ocassionally it will work with my external keyboard, but most of the time it wont.
Does anyone have similar problems to this or know how to fix it?

The only other thing I can think of is that the Finder can sometimes be slow in updating its view of reality. This is a perennial gripe about OSX. So maybe the issue is not the keyboard, but the Finder itself. Are you a fast typist? Try taking 3 deep breaths before using these key combos the next time you try to delete. Maybe that will let the finder catch up.
I only suggest this because, otherwise, the problem is pretty inexplicable.

Upload and Delete not working together

I have cfm app that is uploading a file from the client
computer to a server directory successfully. Now i want to delete
the file on the client computer after verifing upload. i have the
app verifing upload, but i get an error when trying to delete file.
the error indicates that syntax is bad, file is not present (which
it is) or tag is invalid. i have been through the docs and have
used the "result" attribute per documentation instructions when
using two cffile tags in the same .cfm page. anyone ever run into
this one? Solutions?

You could not do that well with just cffile. You would also
need to use
cfdirectory!
A small bit of humor to reiterate that YOU CAN NOT DELETE
FILES FROM THE
CLIENT! And it would be an incredibly bad idea if you could.

Web Gallery and iPhone Not Working

I'm getting the following message when attempting to use the "send to web gallery" button:
"None of your .Mac accounts have been configured for posting from mobile devices. You must first enable this feature on the .Mac website."
Others have been experiencing this as well, but I have yet to hear a solution.
I have my .mac email account associated with my iPhone and I have created a Web Gallery via .Mac using iPhoto '08.
Has anyone got this button to work successfully on their iPhone?

.Mac email can be set up two different ways on the iPhone. For "Send to Web Gallery" button to appear when clicking on the action button while viewing a photo, you must have your .Mac email set up as IMAP. This is the default setup for a .Mac email account.
If you take the time to manually set up your .Mac email as POP, then you will not have the "Send to Web Gallery" option and you will be unable to successfully email into your web gallery even if all else is set up correctly.
To check to see how you have .Mac email set up on your iPhone, go to the Home Screen, tap Settings, tap Mail, tap your .Mac account name, tap Advanced, move down on the page, and make sure you see "IMAP Path Prefix" setting (it can be blank and does not need to be changed). If the "IMAP Path Prefix" is there, then you do indeed have your .Mac email set up as IMAP on your iPhone.
If you do have it set up as a POP account, you can delete that mail account by selecting the red Delete Account button when viewing your email account as listed in Settings.
To add your .Mac email account as an IMAP account, from the Home Screen, tap Settings, tap Mail, tap Add Account..., tap .Mac, and fill out the fields with your information, tap Save and it will verify access to your .Mac email account.

Web Server and SSL not Working

I am having a lot of difficulty with Lion Server.
I finally managed to get OD and DNS to work.
My hostname ends with .private.
When I try to access the web page from within my network I get the following message:
"Index of /
Apache/2.2.20 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.20 OpenSSL/0.9.8r DAV/2 Server at xxxxxxxxx.private Port 443"
I have not activated SSL in OD and it is not configured in server.
When I try to activate SSL for Web Server and try to access the web page, I get the message that it cannot connect to the server.
Any ideas?

Well the error message is in Swedish but says: The installation program database is damaged. Please contact the Adobe support (which is a hard thing to do!!). I use Windows 7 Home Premium with service pack 1.

Simple insert, delete and update not working after oracle 10g installation

Hello,
I made a new installation of Oracle 10g (10.2.0.1.0) and created a schema . Now i try to insert or update data using simple queries, but unfortunately nothing happens. I tried inserting or updating data even via sqlplus, but unfortunately the same result. Query takes infinite time to end, so i had to manually end it every time... No errors... No warnings... but takes long time... I have given all the required permissions to the schema but the same result. Can somebody help me figure out the problem?
Tried creating a new table and the insert and delete are working fine... think the problem is with this table... Imported the rows of the table from another online database. I dont understand how this might be a problem.

The event column in v$session , in v$active_session_wait will show you the session wait event.What the session was actually waiting for.

uninstall both webcam and bluetooth drivers from device manager. let windows install its generic drivers.
once done, see if you're able to use it.
