Thanks!

You can only find them by re-publishing the site.
They are technically in your MobileMe space, but are not recognized. It is truly bizarre how Apple creates a rather excellent export system, but then you cannot find it.

  • Launching web page without address bar

    Hi everybody!
    Very simple : we developped a transaction using 'CALL_BROWSER' FM to launch a web BSP. I don't want users to see the parameters we send in the URL.
    How should I execute 'CALL_BROWSER' in order to launch a new Internet Explorer page, without address bar ??
    Thanks a lot!
    François

    Thanks to all of you for the help.
    I did not find how to parameterize correctly the FM, maybe it's not so easy.
    The pop-up system is a good alternative.
    The best way to use it is to have the following page at first :
    <script language=javascript>
    function resize() {
    myWindow=window.open("WELCOME.htm", "WELCOME", "fullscreen=no,toolbar=no,status=no,menubar=no,scrollbars=no,resizable=no,directories=no,location=no,width=800,height=600,left=0,top=0");
    this.focus();
    self.opener = this;
    self.close();
    </script>
    <body onLoad="resize();">
    </body>
    It opens the active window with no bar, and closes itself without any message.
    Thanks.

  • Opening web pages from address/url bar in new tabs

    The primary reason I use Firefox instead of Safari is that I can enter a url in the address bar and the corresponding page will open in a new, foregrounded tab. I seem not to be able to do this in Safari, and neither the Saft nor the Safari Extender plug-ins appear to address this problem.
    I know that I can press apple + T to create a new blank tab and then type in the address I want to go to. But is there anyway to have the website whose address I type into the address bar automatically appear in a new tab that is foregrounded and to the right of the tabbed window I was looking at?
    I'm perplexed that this very basic feature is so difficult to locate and use in Safari.

    You're welcome. Glad I could help.

    OUtlook was already set as the mail client for FF, and is my operating system (XP)'s default mail programme. therefore problem not solved at all. what I get whenever I follow a link in a webpage to send an e-mail is a little pop up window asking me to sign in to gmail or open an account. any other suggestions?

  • How do you HYPERLINK a web page address to an EXCEL document in Firefox like is possible in Explorer

    How do you HYPERLINK a web page address to an EXCEL document in Firefox like is possible in Explorer?

    When you follow a hyperlink in Excel, usually it should open in your default browser. You shouldn't have to do anything special in Excel to create the link when Firefox is your default browser compared with IE. However, the Insert Hyperlink dialog might work differently. I think it might be able to automatically pre-populate a URL from IE, while in Firefox, you need to copy the URL from Firefox's address bar and paste it into the Insert Link dialog.

  • When I click on an email address on a web page, a page no longer opens in my email program. Not sure if this is a problem due to Firefox or due to recent installation of Office 2010. I use a PC with Vista.

    When I click on an email address embedded in a web page, a page would open in my email program with this address in the "To" line. I recently installed Microsoft Office 2010 and now when I click on an email address nothing happens. I am not sure if this is due to Office 2010 or a Firefox problem. I use a PC with Vista.

  • How do I get to my web page without a place to put the address? Having to google it every time, with a new page is extremely annoying.

    There is NO refresh button, NO go back button, NO forward button, NO place to type the address of the web page. Those are the only buttons I remember from the previous bar.

    It sounds to me like the installation went pear-shaped somewhere along the line.
    What I suggest you do is to do a new installation as follows:
    Go to [http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/fx/?ref=logo Download Firefox 4.0] and download a fresh installation file to the desktop.
    Then go to Add/Remove Programs, scroll down to Mozilla Firefox and remove it, choosing to keep your bookmarks, customizations etc., (''don't checkmark the box'').
    Then reboot and delete the folder called Mozilla Firefox at this location: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
    Finally run the installation file you downloaded.
    After you complete the installation, go to the [http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/ Plugins Check] page and update those. In that respect, I notice that several of them are out of date which potentially exposes your system to attack.

    There is a known issue for Firefox 10 on Windows. It involves AVG Safe Search making the "Enter" key not work in the Location/URL bar. AVG needs to fix the problem with their Add-on for Firefox.

    Restart your Mac and immediately hold down the Shift key when you hear the startup chime to boot into Safe Mode. Keep holding the Shift key until you see a progress bar towards the bottom of the screen. You can let go of the Shift key at that point.
    OS X asks you to log in (you will get this screen on a Safe Mode boot even if your Mac is set to automatically log in). Let the Mac finish booting to the desktop and then restart normally. This will clear Font Book's database and the cache files of the user account you logged into in Safe Mode.
    Next, close all running applications. From an administrator account, open the Terminal app and enter the following command. You can also copy/paste it from here into the Terminal window:
    sudo atsutil databases -remove
    Terminal will then ask for your admin password. As you type, it will not show anything, so be sure to enter it correctly.
    This removes all font cache files. Both for the system and the current user font cache files. After running the command, close Terminal and immediately restart your Mac.

  • Unable to access web pages by typing in the IP address in the address bar?

    I hooked up a HP 7520.  HP was walking me through some set up options and they asked me to type in the IP address 10.0.1.3 into the addrss bar to bring up the web page.  Page remains blank or I get the Safari can't connect to the server.  HP stated it was an issue with the setting on the Airport Express.  What should the setting be in order for the IP address to load?

    10.0.1.3 is a local network IP address. I am assuming that is the IP address of your HP 7520. Since this is a local address there is no additional settings on the AirPort Express that you can make.
    I am assuming that you have your Express in its default mode. That is, it is acting as in wireless router and that it is connected directly to your Internet modem ... correct?
    If so, your Express will hand out local IP addresses in the 10.0.1.2 to 10.0.1.200 range. Note that this is a dynamic address. The provided IP addresses may change over time which is what I think has happened in your case. By that I mean, you HP received a new IP address and why you can find it in the web browser at 10.0.1.3.
    What I would recommend that you do is assign a "static" local IP address to the HP. You can do this using the AirPort Utility. Specifically, you want to set up a DHCP Reservation for this device.
    To do so:
    Run the AirPort Utility.
    Select the AirPort Express, and then, select Edit.
    Select the Network tab.
    Under DHCP Reservations, click on the plus button.
    For Description, enter: HP 7520 or anything else you like.
    Reserve Address By: MAC Address
    MAC Address: Enter the MAC Address of the HP. This would either be the HP's Ethernet or wireless address whichever is appropriate on how you have it connected to the network.
    IPv4 Address: Choose an IP address between 10.0.1.2 & 10.0.1.200. This will be the IP address that you will reserve for the HP.
    Select Save.
    Select Update and allow the Express to restart.

  • Web visitors' IP Address printed on page?

    Is it possible to get the IP address AND print it right on the page? I want to show some folks who like entering crap in our company's guestbook that we really ARE logging IP addresses (we are, too), just to scare some of them away hopefully.
    I'm really just looking at a line on the "add to our guestbook" page that reads "Your IP address is : " - then the address. I would prefer that I could do it without having a cgi script involved or multiple web pages (one that finds the address & prints it on the "addguest" page).
    I've added the scripts offered on the "IP" thread to a test page and uploaded it to my server but I get no printout. I also made the page an .shtml in case I needed server side help.
    Any help is appreciated.

    Well if its JSP based you can use ;-
    request.getRemoteAddr()
