I have to zoom out each new web page manually to see it all on the screen.

I lose the percentage +/- buttons at the bottom right that make it easier to zoom out. The oversized pages do not change. Thanks.

At 2.30 this morning certain web pages expanded so that some parts of them became unreachable. At the same time, the scroll wheel began to zoom just the visible part of the page in and out instead of scrolling up and down. THe second problem stopped after a few minutes, but the first is still evident. It is most commonly found with google products. The pages still appear correctly in IE9

Extensions that do not work properly can also cause Firefox to miss the release of the Ctrl button.<br />
Usually it helps to press down and release those status keys (Shift, Ctrl, Alt) a few times to make Firefox recognize the current state once again.

I know about the click issue and power leak and I'm sure they are working on a fix but I'm also experiencing an error msg when surfing the web through my bb browser. Pages I used to be able to open without issue are not opening after an OTA update to 5.0.0.591 Anything I should or could do to access those web pages?

The browser has always been a bit of a weak point on the BB.

Not sure exactly what you mean but while you are using Safari, just tap the X on the left side of the tab to close a it. Only the active tab shows the X. You have to tap on a tab to make it active or the foremost window.
If you want to clear the history - Settings>Safari>Clear History.
These are instructions for Safari in iOS 5. What version are you running?

I get a formatting problem when I convert any web page to PDF using the 'Convert Web Page to PDF' option - the 1st line of each paragraph is outdented.
eg if i convert http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/whats-new-acrobat-xi.html I get this:
I get the same problem using IE 9, Chrome (latest) or Firefox 30.0. I don't get it converting a Word doc to PDF.
I'm using Adobe Acrobat XI Pro on a PC running Windows 7.
Is there a simple setting somewhere I am missing?

Are you using "Adobe PDF" or "PDF or XPS?" I sounds like "Adobe PDF," but trying to be sure. Have you updated your Acrobat to the latest version? If not, try that.

Consider adding the delete symbol to the Finder window tool bar. This way you can highlight all the photos you want to delete at the same time then hit the "delete" symbol.
Open a Finder window/View/Customize Toolbar - follow the directions in the customized pop down window.

Click on the first one you want gone then
1) hold down the Shift and click on the last one you want gone when they are consecutive, then Right click and select Move to trash or Delete
2) Hold down either the Option or Control or Command key (Sorry I forget which key is used on the Mac for this, It is Control on PC) then click on the individual mails you want gone then as above.

Web pages too large

I just purchased a MacBook for the first time and I am having a problem with my web page being too large. I have to scroll almost half the page to read the screen. I have been unable to find a solution to fit the page to the screen. I have been unable so far to find this problem on this sight. Is this normal with Mac? (I hope not). If not is there a solution?

Are you saying that the size of the webpage is too large? i.e font size, text, etc.? Or the application window itself?

I am not sure what is happening but since I have new software upgrade to OS 6 when I open a web page it takes a long time to load and then a box pops up with Sorry We're closing this page because it is too large to load.Any help would be appreciated.

Perhaps you misunderstood the EULA you agreed to when you signed up for these forums. These forums are not anything to do with formal support. All formal support starts with the wireless service providers and authorized resellers. They have the ability to escalate cases into RIM if needed, but the carriers have the responsibility for the front line support for all BB users. That's just the way the support model works.
Lastly, RIM didn't, as you say, sell any phones to anyone. All sales are handled via the authorized channels...and, yes, you guessed it...that's the carriers and authorized resellers.

I started to download a free app but it's too big to load without connecting to wifi. I want to delete it. Can anyone tell me how to do it please?

You will either a) need to connect to WiFi and complete the download or b) dock your iPad and remove it from the apps list once synced (your iTunes will more then likely want to complete the download first also, which you may be able to cancel in the downloads section).

The following line tells me that this is not a template file, but a document created from a template called index.dwt

This means that you saved a child document as a template file at some stage.
If you go to Modify->Templates->Detach from Template, you can remove the template structure from your document. All you then need to do is to re-save the document as a template.

MacBook loads web pages too slowly

Since updating to Yosemite, MacBook loads web pages much more slowly. I did run an Etrecheck report. If anyone can help me by interpreting it, I will attempt to post it. Or if you have other suggestions, please advise. I did change to an alternate DNS server already.

Some web pages start to load then just "blank out"

When I go to some of the www.foxnews.com articles/web pages, the pages starts to load, then blinks, and starts to load again then goes blank. I went to the Actions window on the top most menu bar and saw that this is the last thing loaded. So I am guessing that the last thing shown as being loaded is causing the page to go blank. Any ideas as to why this is happening? I have updated both flash and shockwave players to the newest version. All Apple software is up to date.
