Web Publishing is possible in ECC6 and in SCM system

Hi Experts,
My client is using ECC6 system for thier Sales and Operations Planning, their requirement is to publish the planning result to their Distributors on the WEB, so that they can access to the planning details of the current month. This kind of feature is available with SAC ECC6 Package? Please let me know soon.
Also wants to know this feature is available with SAP SCM system.

Airport, Filemaker Pro 8.5 and Instant Web Publishing

I have a static IP address, with airport configured to distribute to 3 other computers and a printer, using 10.0.1.1 addressing.
In Filemaker, I've designed a data base, turned Instant Web Publishing On, the url showing is:
10.0.1.3:591 (I've set port 591 for use, as it is specifically for FMP.) The file is open, and testing with Safari using (10.0.1.3:591) the DB works flawlessly.
Coming from an 'outside' computer, I've tried the static URL with :591, and Safari returns "Server stopped responding". Obviously, I have something incorrectly set - can anyone tell me where I've gone wrong?

Sounds like you haven't told the router/base station to forward external connections on port 591 to your server.
By default your router is going to block all incoming traffic. If you're running a server inside your network that you want external users to access you need to tell your router that. It needs to know to accept connections on port 591 and forward them to the internal server. Not surprisingly this is known as 'port forwarding' and is discussed at length here and on other forums.
If you're using an AirPort Base Station you can use the AirPort Admin Utility to setup port forwarding. Add port 591 (and/or any other ports you want accessible from the outside world) and tell them which internal machine the traffic should go to (10.0.1.3 in this case) and you're set.

when I included ViewUsages dynamically in an action handler (outside wdDoInit()).
The code below fixed that problem.
This code creates a new OutboundPlug for the embedding view with the embedded view as target and fires the plug.

Web publishing tool, I can't show the panel in embedded mode.

I don't know what happen but I have try every thing and still without the possibility to make a preview of my VI in the "web publishing tool" and also can't show the panel in embedded mode.
I can see the preview in the browser but it remain forever "downloading panel" and nothing more else happen.
Please help me because I don't find any explanation to this problem in Google.
Additional information:
1) I am using Labview professional development system 8.2 under Windows XP SP3 (it was the same under SP2), also in vista ultimate.
2) In the attachment I show that I'm using Mozilla Firefox but is the same problem under IE.

I don't think the preview ever shown an image.

ICal Web Publishing Error, UK time change

We publish booking availability for our village hall via ical onto the hall's website.
During October 2010 the " We're Sorry" Apple error message was encountered and put down to problems associated with the UK summer/winter time change.
The problem then disappeared for some weeks - the calendar published to the web site without a hitch.
Now it has re-occurred.
Have Apple made a decision to remove the web publishing feature or is it just another technical hitch?

I'm not sure if that is possible with the plugin, but I will double check. If you are just looking to do some basic monitoring and control, using a web service might be better suited in this case, since it is lighter and can serve actual web pages instead of relying on a plugin. Web publishing tool not working

Hello guys,
I am trying to do web publishing of my VI. The problem that I am facing is that it is working on one system but not on my other computer. Both the computers have evaluation version of LabVIEW and the operating system is Windows XP.
Here are the other details that I have -
1. The Web server is enabled by going to Tools >> Options >> Web Server
2. Port 80 is not blocked on both the computers.
3. Firewall is disabled on both the computers. Even the antivirus is disabled.
The error message that I am getting has been put in the attachment. The error text is " You must start the LabVIEW web server before previewing in your web page. Would you like to start now? " After this when I click yes, it is still not publishing.
Could anyone please let me know what might be the issue? I am unable to figure out why it is working in one and not on the other. For my application, I need to use both the computers.

Further to my query above, I have one more observation. It gives the message saying " Downloading Panel 0.00% of o bytes" but it never downloads anything.
Could someone please help me out with this, my applicaiton is struck because of this.

How can i view a web published Vi from my iphone 4.0???

Hello,
I am able to see the web published VI from any computer using firefox or IE, but when i open safari on my iphone and enter the IP i get a little image with a question mark
does anyone knows how to solve this problem???

How can I make the web server work on port 80 and not 443. I can only access my website using https.

On a Mac Mini server with OS X Lion 10.7.2, I am unalbe to get the web server working on port 80. It switches automatically to port 443 (https).
This situation complicates the access to FileMaker Web publishing, as I don't want my clients having to use https.
How can I change that? Does anyone know?

Well, that's a problem for a start.
Your port 80 connection should NOT use SSL. Port 80 is the standard HTTP port, not HTTPS and most applications that connect to port 80 will not expect to use SSL
If you want to run a site under both HTTP and HTTPS then you create two sites, one on port 80 without SSL and one on port 443 with SSL

Can't update SQL 2014 DB during web publish from Visual Studio 2013

database, run the update command, and then change my web.config back everytime I try to update my database. What do I have to do to getthis working? I had no problems when I was on an Azure DB.

Actually problem seems to be related when web publish to remote server. I tried local web publish to sql2014 db and it works.
For remote server web publish works to sql 2012 express db but when try with sql 2014 express db on same server get bellow error.

It is NOT possible to create a Single Edition app for Android. Single Edition apps work only on the iPad.
You can create Single Edition apps using any account—CC, Pro, or Enterprise—and if you cancel your DPS subscription, these Single Edition (or single-folio) apps are still available in the App Store as long as you maintain your iOS account with Apple.
For multi-folio apps, the app container is downloaded from an app store, but the folios are downloaded from the Adobe Distribution Service. If you cancel your DPS subscription, the Adobe Distribution Service basically shuts down for that app. New users can still download your apps from an app store, but the library will be empty. Existing users can still view the folios they've downloaded, but they can't get any updates or new folios.

This issue might be due to the invalid .pem certificate file.
Make sure to include the beginning and end tags on each certificate.
The result should look like this:

Its pretty simple with FMS. You just need to do following things:
Publish using FMLE with following settings: (just telling which are needed , rest you configure based on your needs)
Video codec: H.264
Audio Codec: <of your choice>
Server ip: rtmp://<server-uri>/<app-name>
Stream Name: mp4:<stream-name>.f4v
Application : Server-side code
application.onPublish = function(myclient,mystream){
     mystream.record();
application.onUnpublish = function(myclient,mystream){
     mystream.record(false);
Have a client , which subscribes in following live mode:-
ns.play("mp4:<stream-name>.f4v",-1,0,true);   // this is subscribing in live mode
In this way even if file is recorded, your clients are subscribing in live mode so all will be in sync.
Now if you want to disallow any clients who will try to subscribe to "recorded" file when live event is going on, you can achieve using auth adaptor. (let me know if you want to enforce such requirement)
But i think above solution solves your primary problem. Also please let me know if there are any issues in getting it work , i have given bare minimum which is required.

Web publisher will not start

I have a Win 64 bit machine with LV 2009
When I try to turn on web server
it won't let me.
When I Choose tools/Web publishing tool
a dialog box
opens that says must correct all error
before starting Web Service. The
error list box
says "NO ERRORS"!
Any ideas?

Uninstall LabVIEW and reinstall. All works now

It's happening a lot, but I can't see any impact when using our web apps. Looking at my three most used web apps, I see the same error appearing at identical times in the individual log files, but they are all using different pages, so don't think they are 'causing' this prob.
Does anyone think I have something wrong with the basic application server, or is this indeed an issue with a particular web application that's spreading it's error to other web apps? Example of the error in a web app below.....and what is a Broken Pipe error?

I wasn't aware of anything specifically being introduced that prevented the bootclasspath technique from working** in the 904 release.
For 904, the bootclasspath needs to be put in the start parameters tag of the java-options tag.

You can also try copying the xerces.jar into the jre/lib/ext directory so it's loaded by the system classloader and see if that works**. This will put xerces at the extension level so
**these workarounds are not supported and will put you in an unsupported situation if a problem occurs.
The good news is that have taken steps to clearly enable the separation of container versus appplication class spaces in thenext production release (10.1.3) of OC4J. We will be providing a new classloading model which cleanly separates the two namespaces and allows applications to provide their own versions or distributions of class libraries with no collisions with the OC4J runtime libraries.
I don't know of any easy ways to do what you need -- other than reworking the app to use JAXP so that the parser implementation used is pluggable as you kind of allude to. If it was possible, I'd do that rather than hard coding in the use of the Oracle XML parser.
But just to reiterate, switching in xerces at the bootclasspath level is not a supported operation since it may have an effect on the OC4J runtime operation.
