Web Sites telling me Flash not installed, but it is?

Question

Have some web sites such as greeting cards (more then 1) and
such when I go
to the cards I am told that Flash is not installed. But when
it goes to the
Adobe site I am told that 9.0.124.0 is propertly installed.
Using the
latest version of IE 7, is this a problem that can occur?

Threatening to migrate to Quark would give them a great
chuckle....Quark's
days are numbered only by how long they can keep an old
footprint. With
Adobe showing record profits with 32bit Photoshop, this is
their Ford
Taurus.....Adobe has no motivation to be relatively
competitive with their
other products....As with FLASH, I think it is still clumsey
and not very
non-flasher friendly....but, they have a good footprint at
this point. And,
Microsoft just cannot get around the bend with their creative
products
offering no matter how many companies and technology they try
and buy. IMHO
64bit is like being the only guy in your hood with a hydrogen
car and
lamenting why it is harder to get serviced than every other
model. It's
cool being unique but it comes with a price.
