WEB UI to create orders with ECC 6.0

Hi gurus,
I need to know if with SAP IS M/AM there is a way to create/modify orders by using a web ui.
I ask you if there is something "SAP standard" that, through configuration, allows to call jha1x/jha2x transactions or better bapi_admgmtso_create/bapi_admgmtso_update interfaces.
I know there is something calle ITS (Internet Transactionh Server) with ECC 6.0 but i don't know if it is what I am looking for.
Thank you in advance.

  • Deviation required for Division to create Order with billing reference

    Hi All.,
I want to Create Order with the reference of Billing Document. Just consider one case.,
Billing Document Sales Area is , ABC/10/BZ
I am creating sale order for Sales area, ABC/DI/ST with reference of Billing Document having Division BZ.
System will thow an error as "Division ST deviates from Division BZ".
Is it possible to create order with such scenario???
Is there any Division specific Copy control routine????

    Hi,
In Sales document type, transaction VOV8, there is a field 'Check Division', which if checked will not allow a division different than the Sales area at the header of the Sales order. If you are trying a fresh cycle, you can remove this check which will allow entering a different division at item level without any problems.
Plus if you create a new order with reference to the invoice of above stated order, system will allow a different division value at the item level.

  • Create order with CHANGED_AT CREATED_AT old

I have to do a massive load of orders with the fields CHANGED_AT and CREATED_AT old.
The thing is exist a table which doesn't allows me to changed CRMC_FIELDCHECK (and I cannot change)
Does anybody know how to create orders with filling this parameters with old date values.
    Thanks in advance.

I'm afraid you won't be able to do it that way, I would suggest to create a custom date profile to store this information.
    Cheers!

  • Why do basic dates pre-populate on a create order with reference?

When manually creating a production order with reference to another, we sometimes have basic dates pre-populate and greyed out/protected when the 1st screen comes up.   Most of the time the dates are open for input and unpopulated.  Certain materials cause this to happen.  We do not know why.  Can you tell me what causes this?  We need to know how to predetermine this circumstance to use a BDC.
    Thanks,

    Hi Caetano,
    Thank you for your response.
I have checked, I have already assigned the work center and the operation in OPJG.
I have created a task list group in CA11 in which I have filled in the work center, the base quantity and the machine time.
When I try to create a production order, the standard sequence and the operation are created (it was not the case before). But the Start date is still not updated. I have the following error message :
    "Not all standard values maintained
    Message no. C7067
    Diagnosis
You have not maintained all standard values in the operation.
    Procedure
Maintain the standard values in the operation."
Please consider that I am a junior PP consultant and if it is possible thanks to be clear and precise in your responses.

  • Delivery & Billing block at item level when I create order with config mat

    HI All,
I am getting delivery & Billing block at item level when I create an order with config material.
And I am unable to remove the blocks manually since they appear in display mode even in change mode of sales order.
but I could see a biiling document for this order in document flow with 0 value.
    Note:
    1. The item does not have any reason for rejection
    2. Ther is no block set at schedule line category too.
Please give me your valid suggestion as soon as possible since it is production issue.
    Thanks & Regards

    Dear chandrashekar,
Goto  VOV8 , select your order type - Billing - Billing block - keep this field as blank .
Second one , take the default billing type in order type (VOV8) , and Goto OVV4 and click on selection criteria and select billing type , enter your billing type and choose , you will now get the listing of that biling type and check your settings are correct.

  • Creating order with out Company code and plant - just for pricing -possible

    Hi gurus
Just for creating sales order (let us say no delivery and no billing, client was not intrested in the initial setup) for just pricing thing, does we really need Company code and plant. with out that just with sales org setup(sale org+D.C) can I create an order to full fil the pricing scenario.
Please I need help on this
    Thanks
    Kris

    hi kris,
we cannot create a order with out company code and plant , due to the following reasons
we do not require the company code to create the order , but we require the plant to create a material and use it in the sales order .and we require a company code to create a customer .
the pricing procedure is determined depending upon the sales area(sales org+distribution channel +division).
please reward the points if it is helpful

  • ISA - Create Order with reference - Possible?

In ISA (4.0, for R/3 )is it copying possible to create a new order "with reference to" or "copying from" an existing order? For example, a customer might want to copy from an existing order..
OR, customer might want to convert one of his quote into an order..
How can this be achieved? Looks like it is NOT part of standard functionality available..right?
    thanks

    Hi Janet,
From the standard ISA Shopadmin you can define :
    1. No Quotation
    2. Lean Quotation (reservation)
Here you can create quotation document on ORDER
transcation type. Later when you confirm ORDER through
ISA, it will not generate new document and use the same
       document instead.
    3. Request for Quotation
Here you use specific Transaction Type for Quotation
later ORDER and QUOTATION will have different number.
To answer your question, you can give "authorization" on ISA at which stage you allow your customer to "create Order" (this can be : create new order from quotation or confirm a quotation to become Order).
In your scenario, you may need to use option 3 (where here you can define Transaction Type for ORDER and Transaction Type for Quotation).
if necessary, you may consider use Copy Control function as well for specific copy data between different transaction type.
Hope this helps. (any further query please inform me)
    Cheers,

  • Create order with reference

    Dear All,
After we create a sales order with reference to a quotation, since after screen is shown in edit mode, users can delete the lines in the sales order, inherited from the quotation that makes the reference meaningless.
Is there a way to prevent this ?
    Best regards.

    Hi,
The reference from Quotation to order is in the edit mode as this is a standard funcationality. this is so designed as there can be multiple orders for the same quotation with different quantities and materials as required.
however i see in your case that  it is specific to constraint the order items with material and quantity. in such case it can be handled via user exits.
    cheers
    vasim.

  • Creating order with BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_CREATEMULTI

    Hi,
I have a requirement to use a BAPI to create an order. We have a Business transaction type 'ZSO' for which we have defined Partner determination and Org data determination procedures. Now, I'd like to know if I pass the 'Sold to party' and the 'Business transaction type' ( 'ZSO' ) as inputs to the BAPI BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_CREATEMULTI, would the other data such as the Partners and Org data which would be automatically determined based on the Partner determination procedure and Org determination defined for that transaction type.
If this doesn't happen, could you suggest me any other way out to accomplish this.
    Thanks,
    Sahil

    Hi Richard,
So does this mean that i'd be able to capture all the data that is being determined after i make the call to this BAPI whithout saving it. Well.. I just want to simulate as it is happening in SAP.. i.e we enter the sold to party and hit 'enter' and all the data should be determined..and at this point i should read this data.
Could you let me know if this could be done.
    Thanks,
    Sahil

  • Where/ how do I set SNP to create Planned orders with multiple line items?

    Hi
Currently our SNP is generating planned orders on a daily basis, it creates a single order with a single line item per location.
Where/ how do set SNP to create planned orders on a daily basis to generate a single order with multiple line items per location, so therefore one planned order with multiple line items for a single location.
    Thanx
    Keegan

    Hi Keegan,
In SNP (APO) it is not possible to create order with multiple line items.
But you can do some settings so that while planning system can do aggregation and disaggregation.
But your requirment should be set on Aggregation/Dis-aggregation logic.
    Please follow the follwing links:

We have verified the syncbo definition and the bus_area field is not mandatory.  Also we are using the MI client 7.0 sp 12, middleware SAP Netweaver 7.0 sp 11 and the backend is a SAP ECC 6.0 sr2.  We believe it is probably a setting in the spro -> img -> MAM definition but are not sure.
    Thanks,
    Miguel

    Hi Miguel,
this is is not mobile or MAM specific.
The problem is caused by your Plant Maintenace module customizing: it  is customized in the way that Business area is manadatory instead if picking the default.
    Two solutions:
    1. create order with tech. object, business area will be copied from object
    2. change backend customizing:
spro, Financial Accounting/Business Area/Enable Business Area Balance Sheet
              your company must be DEACTIVATED!

  • Free goods , contract, creating order

    Hello SAP Prof,
    1. what is the diff b/w Free goods and Bonus buy?
    2. What is Rental Contract and service contract?
    3. How can we create our own order ,
( we can copy std order.)  But plz tell me how to create order with copy controls in detail.

    Hi Rajesh
Free goods are considered to be merchandise, moveable belongings or personal property. Free goods are those which economists are not interested in because in free goods doe not offer the opportunity for creating a cost for usage. The best example of free goods is air because there is no scarity of air. Economists are interested only in goods, which can be manipulated to create cost for useage. Free goods are plentiful, you have as much as you want without a chance for future cost to society.
A bonus buy refers to any product manufactured or otherwise made available for purchase at a lower cost for a certain period of time. A bonus buy can relate to food, cars, stocks, bonds, insurance, bank loans or almost any product you can think of.
Examples of Bonus buys are: Buy one and get one free, 20% original price, 15% Reduced Mortgage today.
    SERVICE CONTRACT:
A service contract is an arrangement between a service provider and service recipient and is characterized by a separate lease and service contract term. The lease usually ranges from 22 to 27 years while the service contract ranges from 13 to 18 years in length. The combination of the lease and service contract terms is typically 80% of the useful life of the asset. While the equity return is based on the overall term, depreciation occurs over 125% of the lease term only which differs from a pickle structure where depreciation occurs over the entire deal term. The participants in this type of transaction are the service provider or lessor, service recipient or lessee, operator, and customer. Typically, a service contract is used with assets such as gas, water, and power distribution networks and generation facilities. However, they can also be applied to real estate and securitization transactions.
A service contract is considered a property lease under section 7701(e) of the IRS Code if certain requirements hold. These requirements are divided into general and special criteria groups. Section 7701(e) outlines six criteria in the general case which indicate when a service contract should actually be classified as a lease:
If the service recipient is in physical possession of the property
If the service recipient controls the property
If the service recipient has a “significant” economic interest in the property
If the service provider has no economic risk in the contract
If the service provider does not provide services to a third party
If the contract price does not “substantially” exceed the rental value of the property
To obtain classification as a service contract, the first two rules essentially require a management contract so that the service provider maintains control of the property. The service recipient is allowed to retain an interest in the land underlying the asset via a ground lease without being considered in physical possession of the property. However, they will not be able to mandate how the property is maintained, operated, or improved. There are five rules to consider which determine “significant” economic interest in a property:
If the property is utilized by a service recipient for most of its useful life
If the service recipient bears the risk of a decline in value of the property
If the service recipient shares the reward for an increase in value of the property
If the service recipient receives a portion of savings in operating costs
If the service recipient bears the risk of damage or loss of the property
To be considered a service contract, the fourth general rule requires the service provider to bear the risk of reduced receipts or increased expenses as the result of non-performance under the contract. An exception to this rule is a provision which allows for an output contract to remain in force during short shut-downs of a facility. To resemble a service contract, the fifth rule states that services must be provided to someone other than the service recipient. For example, a purchaser of power should allow sales to customers and not use all of it for themselves. The last rule states that the total contract price should “substantially” exceed the value of the property to be classified as a service contract. Thus, if the contract price is derived mostly from recovery of costs of the property or there is a separation between use and service charges of the property, then the contract will resemble a lease.
An important item to note is that not all six requirements need to be satisfied to be considered a service contract. Section 7701(e) does not weight any of the criteria but simply allows for a contract either resembling a lease or a service contract. This would imply that a simple majority of criteria is necessary for classification.
Section 7701(e)(3) provides special rules for determining whether a contract is a service contract. These special rules apply only to the following types of facilities: qualified solid waste disposal, cogeneration, alternative energy, and water treatment works. The following four special rules replace the general rules for the above facility types and indicate when a service contract should actually be classified as a lease:
If the service recipient operates the facility
If the service recipient risks a significant financial loss when there is non-performance under the contract
If the service recipient risks a significant financial gain when operating costs are less that the standards of performance under the contract
If the service recipient has a purchase option or is required to buy all or part of the facility at a fixed price other than the fair market value
There are three main differences between the special and general rules. The first one is that with the special rules, lower operating costs cannot be passed on to the service recipient. Secondly, the risk of temporary shut down of the facility can be shared by the service recipient. Lastly, all costs and benefits due to changes in the law can be passed on to the service recipient.
Service contracts have less tax downside and less financial risk as well as more even returns over time. Also, the contract must be carefully structured to qualify as a service contract. While it is easier to qualify under the special rules, there are many fewer available facilities. The main tax benefit for classification as a service contract is the allowance for depreciation over 125% of the lease term rather than 125% of the combined lease and service contract terms.
    RENTAL CONTRACT
A rental agreement is a contract, usually written, between the owner of a property and a renter who desires to have temporary possession of the property. As a minimum, the agreement identifies the parties, the property, the term of the rental, and the amount of rent for the term. The owner of the property may be referred to as the lessor and the renter as the lessee.
