Webcam error message on Satellite L300-15w and Win XP

I have installed latest driver for webcamera (integrated) from toshiba site, and im getting error msg all the time telling me to restart camera or computer...
I dont know how to restart camera... i get same msg after i restart comp...
Someone know what can i do? :( i am using XP Pro...

I had a message that my webcam is locked by another application.
This has appeared because I started the Skype and the Skype has used the webcam while I trying to start the webcam software.
Solution was to disable the webcam software and Skype in msconfig.
Then I rebooted the notebook. Now if I want to use the webcam software I have to start the webcam software firstly. Then a webcam icon appears in the task bar and I can use the webcam without any error messages.

I just get a gray box with preview in it. I've tried uninstalling it then reinstall but still doing the same thing any help would be grateful.

A friend of me has a Satellite L300 too and it works perfect and I never heared about this issue.
In your case I would update the webcam driver, camera assistant software and the BIOS. I hope this can help you and if not you should reinstall your notebook as Horwarth said.

Error message trying to synchronise audio and midi sample rate 42463

I have a Rode Podcaster mic that is terrific. It has been working fine in GB. suddenly I am getting this when I try to record my podcast:
'Error message trying to synchronise audio and midi sample rate 42463 recognised. Check conflict between Garageband and external device'
Has anyone experienced this before? How do I resolve it? I'm still using my Version 6.0.5.
Apple, is this a way of forcing me to upgrade to V10?

Just click the icon on each track that stops it acting as a live input. It looks like a sound wave. Only have them clicked orange when using the track to record! I don't know if that will solve your problem!

If this SAME problems is effecting us all then suspect its not IPS problem as we all get problem at 995.6MB.
I would think that there is some kind of software conflict. If we all having this problem just think of how many users have the same but are not on this discussion board, bet you its 100s and 100s.
Not possible for me to visit store now but will monitor your responce's.

I am not able to upload or download any apps. This has just happened since the 3rd of this month.

I'm sorry you're having such trouble using the ExportPDF service. What browser are you using?
Please try clearing your browser cache, or using a different browser (here's a list of supported browsers: http://www.adobe.com/acom/systemreqs/.

I downloaded Yosemite last night but when I tried to update iPhoto, I got an error message stating that that app and several others couldn't be updated because they weren't paid for by the user id entered. I'm the only one who uses this computer.

Some folks have solved this issue by dragging the apps to an external disk, then disconnecting it, and then are able to download. Apparently it can arise if you upgraded from an OS the than Mavericks.
Failing that: Contact App Store support. There's a link on the right hand side of the App Store Window. They're the only ones who can sort out account issues.

If you already have IIS web server running, you need to run the LabVIEW web server on a different port to avoid conflicts. It probably won't start because the port 80 is already in use.
Check options.."Web Server: Configuration" within LabVIEW.
