Webcam shows black box in flash player

Question

I have a very strange problem with getting picture from my
webcam. Instead of a picture I get a black box. I see that camera
is active (I have Logitech 9000 with led shining when camera is
on). The camera is working perfectly in other applications (like
skype).
I tried both Firefox and InternetExplorer.
I have WinXP as an OS.
What is wrong and how to fix it?
