WebDB not correctly installed?

Hi there!
We installed recently WebDB 2.2 and it's not exactly the way we want it to... ;-)
I checked the Troubleshooting and found that the package(s) seem not to be installed correctly.
Whenever I do (as WebDB user) 'set serveroutput on; exec webdb.home' I get the following:
ORA-04068: existing state of packages has benn discarded
ORA-04067: noz executed, package body "WEBDB.HOMEMENU" does not exist
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
That's it. Are there any scripts that could set up the package(s) properly?

When I installed Webdb I had that problem too. The solution was to increase the size of the PL TOOLKIT and DOCUMENTATION tablespaces. (or the tablespaces you are installing it, OAS_PUBLIC or/and WEBDB schema and web sites tabelspaces).

According to your description, could you please post the summary and detail logs for further analysis? By default, the logs can be found in: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Setup Bootstrap\Log.
Usually, the error occurs when the Windows Installer Service is not running or the Windows Installer registry settings are corrupted. I recommend you reset the Windows Installer Service settings in the registry and restart the Windows Installer Service,
then reinstall SQL Server 2008 R2. For more details, please review this similar

ITunes not correctly installed

Hi - Issue: 'iTunes not correctly installed'.
Re-installed but half-way thru got msg: 'Apple mobile device failed to start. Verify you have sufficient privileges to start system: abort/retry/ignore'. Tried retry and ignore but got another message: 'error 7 (win error 193)
I tried with and without my iPhone attached. iCloud has been updated from iPhone so there was successful communication during failed reloading of iTunes.
Help please!

When you uninstall, the items you uninstall and the order in which you do so arearticularly important:
Use the Control Panel to uninstall iTunes and related software components in the following order and then restart your computer:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support (iTunes 9 or later)
Important: Uninstalling these components in a different order, or only uninstalling some of these components may have unintended affects.
Let us know if following that article and uninstalling those components in that order helped the situation.

Keep getting error message: Windows installer is not correctly installed

Hello all..
After trying to install some software or getting the thinkvantage update I keep getting this error message.
"The Windows Installer service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running in safe mode, or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance."
So I've restarted and made sure I was in normal mode. Didn't help. Does anyone have any idea before I put this thing into the shop?? LOL

With the Error 2, let's try a standalone Apple Application Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of the issue.
Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:

Download and install the free trial version of WinRAR:

Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe), and select "Extract to iTunesSetup" (or "Extract to iTunes64Setup"). WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup" (or "iTunes64Setup").
Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleApplicationSupport.msi to do a standalone AAS install.
Does it install properly for you?

Uprade from SnowLeopard to Lion: System Extension not correctly installed

After having upgraded from Mac OS X Snow Leopard to Lion I get lots of error messages saying "System extension not correctly installed" (in german: "Systemerweiterung kann nicht verwendet werden."). Does anybody has suggestions what to do ? Remove all these extensions? And what is the problem anyway: Are these extensions not compatible with MacOS Lion ? I would have exptect that the installer itself solves the problems.

try these user tips:
try removing the Genius database. In the "Finder" go to the /username/Music/iTunes/ folder and delete the "iTunes Library Genius.itdb" file. This may allow the program to launch again. This file will be recreated upon first use of the "Genius" feature.
and, if you have flip4mac installed
I found that the TSLicense plugin was causing the problem.
From the log:
PlugIn Path: /Library/Frameworks/TSLicense.framework/Versions/A/TSLicense
PlugIn Identifier: net.telestream.license
This pIugin is installed with the Flip4Mac Windows Media Components. I solved the problem by uninstalling the WM Components via the uninstaller at /Applications/Flip4Mac/Flip4Mac WMV Uninstaller.pkg, after which iTunes opens successfully.

IPod software not correctly installed.

Lately my iTunes started giving me an error message when I plug my iPod into my computer. It says something like "The software required to communicate with the iPod has not been correctly installed.Reinstall iTunes to reinstall the iPod software." So i uninstall iTunes, clean out temporary files and leftover files from the installation, reboot my pc, then reinstall iTunes, but it still gives me the same error. I've also tried restarting the iPod service, but still the same error.

That message generally means software isn't installed or there is an application conflict. Try reinstalling iTunes as described in this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1926 which provides *General installation troubleshooting* tips that resolve most installation issues.
If the issue persists after trying the tips in that article, you may want to look at the security software running on the PC. Try updating, reconfiguring or uninstalling the security software.

PC does not correctly install 9500

ive installed the cable driver the pc suite but whenever i connect my 9500 to my pc (XP sp2) a window pops up saying
"welxomE TO found new hardware wizard"
then again i dont know what driver to use and end up not installing any other software other than pc suite and the cable driver..so what appears next is a note saying Found new hardware which might not work properly etc etc
so did i miss anything? any solution to this? thanks

if you have installed old PC Suite from 9500 CD, uninstall it and go to www.nokia.com/pcsuite and install the new version 6.7.22
Then follow the instructions after installation finishes (a get connected wizard opens), connect cable when asked and windows will install drivers (THERE WILL BE SEVERAL with 9500)

Adobe Acrobat Distiller not correctly installed

I saved an old profile. Could not correctly install it. Now TB will not install because profile is missing.

I tried deleting or removing Thunderbird several times and I still can't get it to install so I can try to swap out the default profile with the one I want to install.

%appdata% and delete the Thunderbird folder in explorer when it opens
That is the profile and the pointer to the profile deleted.
Now if you have access to your old computer go to %appdata% on it and copy the Thunderbird folder and it's sub folders including your profile. It will copy the profile and the pointer file to the profile. No more fiddling should be required when you copy into the new new computer..
