WebGet Request Failed - Adobe Acrobat

Every time i try to install Adobe Acrobat Pro it fails and prompt me with "WebGet Request Failed" and then it stops. It happens in the beginng of the download.
I tried to search on Google, and i found one site that said i needed to uninstall McAfee or Norton 360 antivirus, but im currently not useing any of these programs.
Do you got any ideas how to fix this?

Are you downloading from cloud.acrobat.com? What happens when you download directly from this page: Download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | XI, X?
Make sure that you're logged in as an administrator, and disable any antivirus software (the issue may be related to antivirus software other than the two you mention).

I am trying to download a subscription to Acrobat XI Pro and I repeatedly receive a "WebGet Request Failed" error message after 29% of the download. I am not very sure about this issue but This might be caused due to Any antivirus installed on your system, Please disable them and try downloading the product again from a different Browser.

CS3 Updater fails - Adobe Acrobat 8.1.2 update

Im running the updater and it comes up complaining about free disc space. For some reason its using a fixed path for Docs and Settings - C:\Documents and Settings\ rather than the system path. The C drive on these builds is a ghostboot partition of 15mb so obviously its not going to work.
How can I get it to point the correct path on D drive?

Adobe wants the apps on the boot drive. Its not nice to fool mother
nature...

did you purchase your product from these firms like Amazon? If yes, this is not a serial number, only a code with which you can request a serial number from Adobe. Please have a look at http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html. (Start here: How did you purchase your product?)
The following part, so I just see at least, ceased to exist on my Adobe website, everything takes place in the link from above. I leave it as an info yet, it might still fit for you. For this purpose, please click your way through to your Adobe Store and find the button "Get Serial Number". Fill in the form and after a while you will get the real serial number.

When reverting to purchased Adobe Acrobat XI Pro point product, after uninstalling Creative Cloud Desktop (and CC-based Acrobat XI Pro), how do I eliminate request to renew my subscription?

Creative Cloud just wasn't working for me, so after several years of frustration with being abroad and not online when the program decided to require online verification, I'm ditching Creative Cloud and reverting to the purchased Adobe Acrobat XI Pro point product. However, after uninstalling Creative Cloud Desktop (and CC-based Acrobat XI Pro), it still wants to go online and check my CC subscription, disallowing use of the newly installed point product version from a several year-old ESD file (and the more recent AcrobatUpd11010.dmg file).
Anyone have an idea of how to eliminate request to renew my subscription?
If, as a journalist, I've have these issues over the past two years, including this final insult when I'm trying to get away from CC, it can't be a one-off problem. So I'd like to hear details about others who've had a similar issue with reverting from CC back to a point product or to CS.

Adobe Acrobat Pro failed to print pdf file

I downloaded adobe acrobat pro and started the 30 trial version just a few minutes ago.
I could open files through adobe acrobat and convert word files to pdf, but when i tried converting a publisher file it could not go through. An error popped up which read "Adobe PDF printer failed to print pdf file".
The publisher file I am hoping to convert to pdf is a 21 page panorama article. It contains lots of images and a variety of font types.
I do not know other alternatives for solving this issue.

It seems to be that Adobe Acrobat virtual printer is not properly installed on your PC or you are not selecting Adobe PDF printer to print PDF document. Checkout the below screen shot to see proper printer.
After trying this if you have same problem you may trt some other virtual printer that easily convert or print any file as PDF, you may checkout here.

Installed AcrobatXI PRO 11.0.09 on seven computers and laptops. Two of them gives an error when you try to save a document in WORD, EXCEL, Power Point, or when exporting to... error: Save failed to process this document. No File was created.
But all good saves in the format of TXT and jpg.
I have uninstalled and restored and re-installed and updated and registry cleaned and removed using the special utility Cleaner Tool for Acrobat, but nothing helps.
On one notebook with Windows 8.1 and Microsoft office 2013, on another laptop with Windows 7 and Microsoft office 2010, the same problem, although there are computers with Windows 7 and Microsoft office 2010 and everything works.
Tell me where to find the problem and how to solve it.
