Why is it that Webhelp generated from Robohelp 7 doesnot work fine with Google Chrome? Are there any issues with browser compatibility for Google Chrome? Please let me know how to fix it.
You don't say what you mean by "doesn't work." It doesn't open at all, it opens but doesn't work?

I just installed OSX Mountian Lion, and ever since then I can not play youtube video's. I get the message of 'Blocked Plug-in' in the youtube screen. I have tried installing Adobe Flash Player. HTML 5, also tried enabling/disabling java, but nothing worked out. Is there any way I can play youtbe vieos on Safar. (It works fine with Google Chrmoe, only safari has problem)
If you have the ClickToFlash extension installed, that can prevent Flash based video from streaming. Safari > Preferences > Extensions
It can also be installed as a plugin in /Library/Internet-Plug-Ins.
Try uninstalling the currently installled Flash plugin (required for most YouTube content) then reinstall new > Troubleshoot Flash Player | Mac OS
From your Safari menu bar top of your screen click Safari > Preferences then select the Advanced tab.
Select: Show Develop menu in menu bar
Now from the menu bar click Develop > Empty Caches -

Firefox hangs when i try to play flash videos from any site but when i run firefox as administrator it works fine. (but Google Chrome, Opera & I.E9 Plays videos without running as administrator.) I am using Windows 7 & Firefox 7.0.1. Please help.A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

Trackpad not working properly with google Chrome
Today, my trackpad has ceased to scroll up and down pages in Google Chrome. It works fine in safari and with applications, but today for no apparent reason it has stopped being able to scroll the Google Chrome browser. Wierd!
There is a history of problems with Google Chrome, Lion and to some degree, trackpads. You should ask your self how much you need Google Chrome which at best absorbs memory at a rate of knots. Look at 'More like this" to your right >>>
Many people take Chrome for the extentions available but again, from my experience, they are not always tested with Macs and conflict readily with each other.
Do some digging via Google and our forum search pages and you may be inclined to stick to Safari. -
I update a website for a Habitat for Humanity website. I have used the Picasa slideshows for years and they have worked perfectly in Firefox until Friday.
They still work perfectly in Google Chrome. So, the problem is specific to Firefox. I have updated the Flash Player. What do I need to do to fix the problem? It is important for our affiliate to have people be able to see the photos of volunteers at work building.Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

I live in Iceland, now after downloading OS 6 on my iphone 4S, no directions for any destination what so ever, are available anymore on the Maps app. It worked just fine previously. What can I do ?

Anne when a feature is not compatible with the active document Photoshop will gray out the features in its menus. For example if you are editing an HDR image in 32 Bit color mode. Why won't flash games go full screen with Google Chrome?
I read a problem with another user with flash games. Adobe FP does work great with Google Chrome. The only problem is the games will not go full screen. I get a black screen and it freezes. Any solutions?

I really don't want to lose all of the music I have on my ipod touch. It worked fine with my ipod and my old laptop but I got a new laptop and now it doesn't want to sync anything except purchases I made on the ipod and everything that was in the cloud. The rest of the music on my ipod is from old CDs and I am away from home. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could give me some advice. I also don't really want to pay for a download that moves the music into itunes so if anything is free and safe that would be great or if there is a way to do it manually. Again thanks to anyone who has advice to share.
You would have to purchase a 3rd party program ( not supported by Apple).
The ipod is not a storage/backup device.
Copy everything from the old computer or your backup copy of your old computer. -
Is there a way to print from ipad 4 to a non AirPrint printer?
I have a Canon Pixma MP 620 wifi which works fine with my PC but I don't want to buy a new printer.
Is there an app for this or adaptors which could work?
Thank, RicPrintopia is another option but be aware that since these solutions effectively act as a print server and AirPrint receiver, they require a computer to be running on the same WiFi network.

iphone 4S - Windows Vista - 64 Bit (and photoshop elements 9.0) is not recognizing my iphone as a camera - therefore I cannot download pictures from my iphone. iTunes works fine with the iPhone, but I do not see it in "My Computer" when connected via USB. I am trying to watch Prof. Susskind's lectures from Stanford Univ. U-tube lectures work fine.With I-tunes, there is a synchronization problem between audio and video. Is there a way to fix this or the people who uploaded messed up and it is too late?
I had thought this situation was solved but it just got worse. In addition to being without service for several days I am now being charged a cancellation fee for a broadband service that BT disconnected in error. BT Vision was also terminated by BT but the set up charges are still in place. Does anyone know who the relevant Ombudsman is? I called BT from America on Friday - for an hour - while someone called Aruj sorted out why there is an order 'in progress' that I didn't initiate; why I have fees relating to a problem created by BT and why there are references to a house move that didn't take place and a BT Vision service I no longer have but didn't cancel myself. He assured me it would be rectified and my bill would be reduced by 139 pounds and we would get confirmation of this later that day. I asked him what chance there was that this would not actually happen - he said no chance at all; my new bill would be 23.50.
There was no text message. An online chat person today told me there had been a fee reduction request which had been declined and there was nothing else he could help me with as he dealt only with broadband. But he would get BT Vision to email me. They always seem so helpful.............

In firefox, the video from website "tv.vu.edu.pk" is not displaying even i have installed the latest version of JAVA. There rotates a circle around java monogram every time but video is not playing even it is working fine with internet explorer

Another user has the same problem with her PC running Windows 7. And she, too, has no problems printing on the other HPs. I or she cannot print to any of three Canon printers in the office.

Please try the following steps,
Download every updates from Apple and HP
Reset or Delete the printer from your mac (it may work trhough USB)
Reset all settings into default settings on your printer
Turn off or unplug mac, printer, modem, router
Plug everything and reboot all
Reconnect the printer to home wifi network and mac also reconnect to the correct network
