Webi- Location fields display dynamically

We have a webi report based on OLAP universe.  We have a requirement to display the locatoins data depending upon user selection of location and radius.
These are the following fields in the WebI report:
Material No. Packaging Component, Manufacturer, Manufacturer Location, State, Country
389 Carton XXXX Delaware City DE USA
389 Insert YYYY Delaware City DE USA
389 Coil ZZZZ Blythewood SC USA
Business wants 4 selection fields:
Required Radius: 50 miles
Location: Delaware City
State: DE
Country: US
when they enter 50 miles and select location Delaware city, they should get all manufactures within the radius of 50 miles to this City.
Output:
Material No. Packaging Component Manufacturer Manufacturer Location State Country
389 Carton XXXX Delaware City DE USA
389 Insert YYYY Delaware City DE USA
How can I achieve this in WebI?
What are the possible options to achieve this in Business Objects?

I am not aware of any specific product, maybe somebody else knows and will be able to advise but every possible source from the web would be different from any other.
If I was in your shoes  I would write myself or hire somebody to write a script to pull the data and store them somewhere for then reporting out of them.
This shouldn't be too difficult, as said it only varies depending on what data you need
