Webiste for printer set up is forbidden and will not function.

Question

I need help, I bought this hp printer earlier this afternoon at pc world and i am now trying to set it up to my acer chrome book, and as these laptops don't have a cd/dvd space i have to enter the address www.hp.com/ePrint/ENVY4500... this will not work for me and says this website is forbidden, thankyou for listening, regards brian.
