   In my office Weblogic server had been installed in tht Managed server is not Starting If any one knows PLease kindly answer me Guys

For Sites versions 11.1.1.6.0 to 11.1.1.8.0 (inclusive) engineering's recommendation is to use InCache
For Development instances of Sites running a 64bit JVM with less than 32GB of physical memory.
Minimum JVM memory of 1GB
Maximum JVM memory of 8GB
Minimum PermGen memory of 192MB
For Management/Delivery instances of Sites running a 64bit JVM with less than 32GB of physical memory.
Minimum JVM memory of 4GB
Maximum JVM memory of 16GB
Minimum PermGen memory of 192MB
For Development instances of Sites running a 64bit JVM with more than 32GB of physical memory.
Minimum JVM memory of 2GB
Maximum JVM memory of 20GB
Minimum PermGen memory of 192MB
