Webpage with html5 player opens in the background

When closing my browser I get the question if i want to close all tabs while i only see one tab open.
I found a window running in the background with this http://s.ytimg.com/yts/jsbin/html5player-nl_NL-vfloP7ekF/html5player.js page open.
Can anybody tell me what this is or how i can get rid of it?

Clear the cache of the page. It is possible to forget the site from about:permissions or clear the cache page from about:cache.

I upgraded to OSX 10.9.4 and now my iMac will randomly reboot during the day even with apps left open in the background

I upgraded to 10.9.4.
Apps are running in the background,
For some reason when unattended, it will just reboot and go to the login screen (shutting all apps down.)
Powersaver features are not set to shut down.
I reset the NVRAM.
Any ideas? This is REALLY getting annoying at this point.

Firefox keeps getting buggy and crashing with HTML5 player, how can i disable?

every time i open more than 2 tabs on youtube it gives me a freezing browsing experience, black page on videos and eventually crashing firefox, ive looked everywhere for a solution and did not find one, how can i disable the default html5 player? i tried 2 addons of youtube flash player which didn't work either, keeps being buggy and crashy

this does not solve my problem, as i mentioned the problem is with the HTML5 player, i've been using flash player since forever and used to open up to 50 tabs without having any problems, with the new default html5 thingy i cannot open a couple of tabs without the browser dying slowly.. my original question was how can i disable the HTML5 player and make the flash player be the default player

Adobe pdf printer save dialog box opens in the background - progress bar shows Not Responding

I have two users who have Acrobat X Pro version 10.1.4 that are experiencing the same things. First, one person just changed laptops and the new one has a fresh Windows 7 Enterprise X64 image and new installation of Adobe Acrobat X Pro. When he used the pdf printer for the first time(after opening the program and accepting the license agreement) he was in MS Excel '07 and chose file>print>Adobe PDF and then the progress bar came up and then showed not responding. After he did this a couple of times with me standing there I noticed that the save dialog box was opening in the background because I could see the icon blinking on the taskbar. He said that his old computer never did this and that it would always open up and ask where to save the file and never show 'not responding' on the progress bar. The other person having the same issue is running the same version but she has had the program installed on her machine for a few months and an older version on before that.
Is there a way to make the dialog box show as soon as you print to the Adobe PDF printer? What is causing this? Is there another way to create a pdf from MS Office like the add-on?

When clicking CTRL+Link my new tab opens in the background window, instead of the foreground window I'm using. Is there a way to make this work the way it used to, where the new tab always opens in whatever window I was currently using?

I use a web based software for work. I go to a web page listing all employees as links (Window A). When I click an employee link a new window opens (Window B). Window B contains links, i.e. Add Client, Change Address, Change Phone Number, Change Name, Upload Photo, etc... When I hold CTRL and left click the links in Window B, the new tab opens in Window A. I don't understand why this has changed, as I've been using this method to open new tabs in my current window in both of the previous versions of Firefox.

To give you an example of what I'm speaking, I found this page that recreates the scenario.

2. Click the GO in the center of the box on their page (This creates a pop-up window with links to other programming pages)
3. CTRL+left click any of those links. The page opens in the background/original window, not the pop up window where you are currently working. And, with your solution takes me back to that window and the new tab.

Error message in Contacts open in the background

I've been getting this lately. Contacts open in the background, and a popup will start bouncing, and I see this in the app
Click OK and care on as usual. Doesn't seem to do or affect anything. Any one know what's going on?

Welcome to the HP Support Forums. I understand that when you try to print to your Deskjet 6540, from your web browser that you are not getting the option to print but getting two pop-ups instead.
For Windows 7, this printer only has the basic driver that comes with Windows 7, HP does not have a driver available. Based on that, were any Windows updates installed around the time that this began? Have you tried to print the same web pages from a different web browser?
While I’m waiting for your response, you could Try the HP Print and Scan Doctor for Windows. It may be able to offer some insight into the issue. The Print and Scan Doctor diagnoses and helps resolve common printing, scanning, and connectivity problems.

Crystal Parameter form opens in the background

Hi All,
Has anyone else seen or perhaps resolved the issue where, when running a crystal report from SAP which has selection parameters, the form in which the user needs to key the parameters opens in the background.
It doesn't show in the tool bar that it is there, so the users try again, and get an error message about open sessions (can't recall the exact message).

I use iPad 2 with iOS 6 and GarageBand v1.3.
I'd like to play an other app like Sunrizer synth while the GarageBand is recording in the background in a track.
By now I can do it only using the build-in mic of iPad, but this is not the point.
Can I record other apps in a GarageBand track?

I suspect you are probably correct about the reasoning, although there are already a myriad of ways to do that.
Don't get me wrong - I never said I like this. But it is consistent with other Apple applications, that are similar restrictive; you cannot take a screenshot, when dvd-player is running for example.

I have a SharePoint 2007 environment where when I try to open a Powerpoint File and update it and close it , an Excel file opens in hidden state which was opened earlier in the doc library. The Excel file opens in the background repeatedly. Any Ideas

Try this - go to System Preferencres > General
In the section for Recent items, uncheck the item named "Restore windows..."

Why does 10.5.0.142 update playback sound as if it were being played through scuba diver mic with a power saw in the background?

What in the world have they done now? After down loading your latest iTunes update (10.5.0.142) the podcasts and radio and any music stored on the iTunes sounds as if it were being played through scuba diver mic with a power saw in the background - nothing can be understood. CD play back is fine. Please tell me how fix this or how to go back to the previous version.

No, if you delete, that is trash and then empty the trash, it is gone from the system.
If you are really, really concerned, delete, empty trash, and then restart the system...anything that may have been in volatile memory will be gone that way.

Close the pictures before you quit Preview. Cmd-opt-q will close all windows and quit. cmd-opt-w will close all windows and not quit.
Or, Disable automatically opening files that were left open in General System Preferences
