WebProxy Not Rewriting content

Question

Hi all,
I have Web Proxy 4.0.3 in a Solaris 10 SPARC box.
WebProxy is operating in reverse mode.
I have set rewrite-content-location to true in obj.conf and also
made a Content rewrite filter.
When the webproxy (www.external.com) fecthes content from the web server (www.internal.com), the URLs get returned as www.internal.com instead of www.external.com,
What is wrong with this config. For reference here is obj.conf:
