WebService - Testing in WSNavigator is not working but SOAP UI its working

Dear Experts,
I am using the URL of 'Open WSDL document for selected binding' for testing in SOAP UI from the T-Code SOAMANAGER.
I am getting the output in that tool.
But while testing the same URL using WSNavigator available in SAP gives the error like this.
"Cannot download WSDL from http://host:8000/sap/bc/srt/wsdl/client=200: It is not allowed to access this service. If you believe you should be able to, please contact your system administrator ".
I tried with the previous threads for the same issue in this forum as below,
SOAMANGER: Cannot download WSDL
But i am not getting it.
Am i need to do any settings in the WS Navigator or something else?

Running OpenScript tests in OTM does not work

Hi,
I added an OpenScript functional script (for Siebel) in OTM, and when I click on "Run this test", and I see no action. In the Run History, OTM shows in the "Results" column that the test is "Running", although more than hour has passed since starting the test run.
Are there any settings/configurations I should do to get this to work?
Another questions, could I use OTM to run a group of OpenScript functional scripts as batch testing? If not, how could I run batch OpenScript testing?

Hi again,
I have solved the issue of openscript tests running with OTM. I opened the System manager from OTM (Tools-> Systems) and enterd my Windows account password and clicked "Test", then went back and ran my openscript test and it satarted to work. I wonder why this was not mentioned in any of the documentation files.
I also face the common issue that OTM ignores the think() statement, and don't know how efficient using the delay() statement is and if it actually works.
ISSUE1 Is there a way to force OTM to perform the think() statement? It would be great if we have it as an option.
Regarding batch testing, I created a Schedule Task in OTM, and selected some tests to run as a batch, and it worked. The issue I have here is when I want to clone the Task I ran previously by clicking on the "Clone", it does not include the list of tests I selected in the cloned Task.
ISSUE2 For example, if I have ceated a Task and added 10 tests to it, and later after it was run I want to clone it in order to run it again, the 10 tests are not inculded and I will have to select them manually.
ISSUE3 Is this the only way to run batch testing for openscript (using Task)?
I will try to find a work around for this issue, but hope you guys could help.

Hardware test with D key not working

My early 2008 Macbook suddenly doesn't have the use of the whole A through L row, plus the letter Q and the delete key. Disk verification and repairing permissions hasn't helped. I also zapped the PRAM and reset the PMC. I would like to run a hardware test before I reinstall the system, but is there a way to start up into the hardware test when my D key doesn't work? Leopard 10.5.5.

If the keyboard does not work at boot-time, It's not the OS. Reinstalling would be a waste of time.
At boot, there is only your firmware. If you can connect an external KB to your computer you can verify if it's your keyboard or the hardware. If the USB keyboard works, try resetting PRAM with it.
If the new KB also has the same issue, then your logic board or a similar board is bad, IMO.

Test Flash Player animation not working in Firefox

Flash demos at the following link are not working for me on Firefox, but work fine in Chrome & Safari: Adobe - Flash Player
I have also gotten an error on Tumblr that Flash wasn't installed. I tested it in safe-mode, when 33.02 was the latest as this is an old problem, & also tested with the latest release version 34.0.5.

yup, you're right. i just installed Firefox for the first time on an old laptop and the test animation plays fine. I did test it in safe mode though, which disables add-ons and the problem still happened, so it must be a lower level issue. this is probably causing other problems with Flash for me all over the web. i'll try the uninstall/reinstall first when i have a chance. hopefully that works. if not, then i guess i'll have to create a new profile.

We do have a test account called "extest_210dc47e41cd4" but I don't know if that affects the test because the command test-owaconnectivity is working smoothly on the other site we have.
Currently, we do not have some issues on OWA connections or other CAS related issues. I just want to make this working for monitoring purposes on all our Exchange servers.

From your description, I recommend you use the following cmdlet to test OWA connectivity.
Test-OwaConnectivity -URL:https://mail.contoso.com/owa -MailboxCredential:(get-credential contoso\administrator)
I have some tests in my environment using Exchange 2010, it occurs the same error as yours when running Test-OwaConnectivity. But when I use the above cmdlet, it works well.

Random test questions quiz results not working

I have a project with random test questions. It's published in HTML5...Each time I play the project in preview, the test results are accurate and correct at the end...However after I have published the project to my site, all the random test questions are NOT accurately scored in at the end of the quiz...It's tells me basically I got all the questions wrong, when in fact the on each questions my display is clearly stating it's correct.
If I move the question out of the random test questions and back into the main project...it is scored correctly, but once it's back in the "pools" area, it is scored incorrectly in the final tally as a random test question...Don't have a clue why this is...it's really been time consuming trying to fix it...and my fortune so far fixing anything to do with Captivate is really low! Buggy! I'm using Captivate 8, so have no idea...
Anyone have any idea what is going on?

It would appear that the only way to adjust the pause is to add time to the
slide as I am unable to slide the pause back. But changing the slide of 3
secs to 3.1 does work.
Is there an easy way to do this for ALL slides or do I just have to do it
one by one.

Test voice-translation rule not working properly

Hi all,
I have a 15.4(1T) image I'm trying to test a voice tranlation-rule on.
If I put in a number that doesn't match, it tells me so. However, if I test a string that does match, I get no results at all.
I know the rule works as this is from our production phone system.

Testing Server / 'Live View' not working

Hey guys, I'm trying to create my first e-Commerce site in Business Catalyst and having a bit of an issue with setting up testing. I've downloaded multiple basic templates from 'BC' and they all seem to be giving me the same issue.
Issue:
When using Dreamweaver CC's 'Live View' (which seems to be a one stop shop for testing changes without them pusing to the live site) the encompassing template in a page is displayed correctly, but the content area always displays 'Page not Found'. Take a look at the attached image to see exactly what I mean.
I've contacted support and browsed the form, but it seems I am the only one with this issue. Again I've tried it with multiple templates on multiple computers. Am I missing something simple? What does everyone else use for testing? Please help.

When you press the "Live" button in Dw, it asks you if you want to save the file before putting. If you select No, and there's also NO such file on the server, then you'll have the "Page not found" message displayed.

Web Service Test in SE80 does not work with internal Table

I have created a web server based on a function module. It works fine when the server is invoked from outside (.Net or SOAPUI).
However, when I test it in SE80, (open the Server and then F8), it shows error message:
Access to the table ref. node 'Y02VSI_CAE_CONDITIONITEM' outside a loop
(Germany Zugriff auf den Tabellen-Ref-Node 'Y02VSI_CAE_CONDITIONITEM' außerhalb einer Schleife )
The test xml is generated from SAP, I just fill the data as following:
This XML is absolute correct. Why item ('Y02VSI_CAE_CONDITIONITEM) is outside a loop?
Is it a bug from SAP?

Please check if SAP note 1132501 is relevant for your ECC release. If you apply the note, you may have to re-generate the web service from the function module.

I have a problem with JNI.
I have a shared object, libcoder.so, that i store in /opt/test/
The code runs in a UNIX enviroment.
the code that loads the lib looks like this:

I get this exception when I run the program:
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError
My program runs in a different directory, /opt/dev/test/
Does that matter??
If one makes a truss, simular to snoop, one can se that the program finds the lib file but an exception is thrown.
If one runns the program under the same directory everythings works ok.
I have set the LD_LIBRARY_PATH and the PATH to point out /opt/dev/test/
Do anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this problem?

Are you sure .so must be there in the file name? Try without it.

Wls 10.3 weblogic-webservices.xml transaction-timeout attribute not working

Hi, need some urgent need.
I have a stateless ejb webservice and I'm trying to set the transaction timeout for some of the methods. Right now my webservice transaction is timing out to the default of 30 secs. I've tried setting in the admin console the JTA transaction timeout option, didn't work (file a case with bea support #81233). And after days of researching and searching I came across that you can setup the weblogic webservice transaction-timeout thru the weblogic-webservices.xml deployment descriptor. Tried setting the transaction-timeout attribute to 120 secs. and that didn't work. Here is the snippet of the xml file.

Why does imail on my iMac keep asking for passwords, that when I enter the correct one it does not recognise, but Yahoo does, its driving me nuts!!!!

Iphone 4s will not charge, but will say its charging

Export excel option is not working in test environment in Firefox.

In our application 'export excel' option is present in 4 different pages. All the excels working in development environment in both IE and FF. In testing env, all the excels working fine in
IE. But only two excels are working in FF in testing env. Remaining not working and 'The connection was reset The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading' error page appears when we click on 'export excel' button. Can any one help on this issue...

You can do one of the following:
Select the table in Firefox and then copy it to the clipboard. In Excel do Paste Special and select either 'Unicode text' or 'text' to copy it into Excel.
Use the Table2Clipboard extension. This will provide the Right-Click menu option, it will copy the data into the clipboard and you can then paste the selection into Excel.

Hi,
I got solution to my problem of webservice is not working in CF8.
the problem was
we have already a "rt.jar" file in a location and we defined this location in CF Admin >> java jvm >> classpath
so this file was conflicting.
i simply removes this file path from CF Admin.
and restart the CF services.
and my web service start working.
