I have built two forms for a client website. Yet every time I run Website Grader, I get this message:
B. Conversion Form: Not Found
The web page does not seem to contain any type of signup form where visitors can subscribe to a newsletter or future updates.
We would suggest adding some type of simple subscription form (at a minimum) that allows users to get email updates. This is a great way for visitors to express their interest in the company and it's offering and for the business to stay in touch. Though RSS usage continues to increase, email is still what a majority of site visitors know and understand.

I have learned something about SEO from using some of these web tools. And quite often I'll overlook something that shows up when I run them.

When I enter all the details in a Purchase Order or Purchase Quotation and try to Add it, it gives me an error "Form not found."

Thanks for your reply, but I believe, it has nothing to do with the server as it is running fine.
There could be a small error in the form setting for the Purchase Order.
The error message number is [6600-9].
Expecting a reply from any one who is aware of this issue.

Form Not Found error

Hi,
I have a program that adds a button on the AR Invoice screen, and when chose, it opens the Freight screen and amounts are filled in. It works fine when there is only one AR Invoice window open. If I open another AR Invoice window, and click on the button on the second window, after it opens the Freight wondow, it gives error "Form - Not found [66000-9]" and fails to populate the amounts. I'm using the following code:

The error comes up at the oMatrix line.
Any idea what I'm missing?

Trying to get a value from the UDF form. so I added "-" in front of the pVal.FormType so what's the best way to get value from UDF form if the form isn't visible ?

I can open any initial website but nothing within the website, says server not found

For the last few days, I can get to almost any initial website or bookmark but I cannot click open anything in that website without refreshing 4-10 times. I think it has been since I upgraded to latest version of Firefox.

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

After connecting the addon, menu not shown & error "form not found" appears

Dear users,
I am using SAP business one 2007 A, I have developed a simple add-on containing one form and positioned under Sales - A/R through B1DE 2.0 code generator wizard and created its installer through simple installer wizard.The add-on is successfully installed and connected but Menu does not display and a blank command prompt window appears and after this an error is shown "path ...\form.xml not found"
Any one who can help me in this is welcomed that where I am doing mistakes. Further, I also don't know how to work with form, items and event listeners. I am new in this and that's why for sample purpose developed this add-on through wizards, and also i didn't add listeners.

you are not adding the form while making the addon using B1DE.
Follow the steps
1) In vs2003/05 , create new project -> choose SAP B1 Addon Installer.NET Wizad-> Give the solution Name->click ok->Give name to the particular Addon(without any space),version no, time->Add exe, SAPbouiDLL,And SAPbobsDLL -> Click AddFiles TAB-> Add your SRF form here-> then build the addon.

Error : Syntax check form not found in function group program

I have a function group ZMRMK. In its source code the function-pool SAPLZMRMK contains error
"Form XYZ does not exits"
There is an include in SAPLZMRMK named lzmrmkf01 : in this include there is an include lmrmkf02 . Here XYZ is called->
perform XYZ.
The form XYZ is written in LMRMKF16 and this include is in function pool SAPLMRMK.
Kindly suggest how to remove this error.

But It seems many standard includes are missing in the Z-function group: perhaps this function group was created in another system or in another release?
It's strange many includes are missing, this is a typical upgrade problem:
A standard function group was copied, but only some components were copied, so the function group use Z-include and standard ones, now in the new system "old standard includes" calls new routine defined in new include, used in standard function group, but not in Z-function group.
If it's so, you need to put the missing include manually

Many Open Directory problems can be resolved by taking the following steps. Test after each one, and back up all data before making any changes.
1. The OD master must have a static IP address on the local network, not a dynamic address.
2. You must have a working DNS service, and the server's hostname must match its fully-qualified domain name. To confirm, select the server by name in the sidebar of the Server application window, then select the Overview tab. Click the Edit button on the Host Name line. On the Accessing your Server sheet, Domain Name should be selected. Change the Host Name, if necessary. The server must have at least a three-level name (e.g. "server.yourdomain.com"), and the name must not be in the ".local" top-level domain, which is reserved for Bonjour.
3. The primary DNS server used by the server must be 127.0.0.1 (that is, itself) unless you're using another server for internal DNS. The only DNS server set on the clients should be the internal one, which they should get from DHCP if applicable.
4. Follow these instructions to rebuild the Kerberos configuration on the master.
5. If you use authenticated binding, check the validity of the master's certificate. The common name must match the hostname and domain name. Deselecting and then reselecting the certificate in Server.app has been reported to have an effect in some cases. Otherwise delete all certificates and create new ones.
6. Unbind and then rebind the clients in the Users & Groups preference pane. Use the fully-qualified domain name of the master.
7. Reboot the master and the clients.
8. Don't log in to the server with a network user's account.
9. Disable any internal firewalls in use, including third-party "security" software.
10. If you've created any replica servers, delete them.
11. As a last resort, export all OD users. In the Open Directory pane of Server, delete the OD server. Then recreate it and import the users. Ensure that the UID's are in the 1001+ range.

Oracle Forms 6.0: Message file\ORANT\DBS\FMCUS.MSB not found

I have a PC with oracle forms installed on it and recently the operating system was updated from win. 2000 to win. XP. After the update, a particular form could not run. It gave the following message: Message file\ORANT\DBS\FMCUS.MSB not found. What could be the likely course of this?

That's because Forms6i has a 2nd edition for WinXP and you should apply patchset 13 at least for forms to work on WinXP.
what's your forms version?????
I don't know how would it react fors6i on upgraded OS from win2K to WinXP.

How to embed audio to my website using quicktime when I get "file not found

hi,
i've been trying to embed audio into my website all night and I get a file not found message even though I;ve checked 100 times and all files are where links say they should be..
but even just linking to audio (mp4) files won't work...
everything is o.k. with non-audio links on my website - only the mp4 audio can't be found.
can anyone help me? or post the correct code?

File Not found error when calling Form Post Method to a JSP from JSP Portlet

I have built a set of JSP forms using post method to call other JSPs. Normally, the code looks like

I migrated the calling form containing this code to a portlet, but not the MyJsp.jsp. When I submit the form, I get a file not found in Jserv.log

I notice that launching the calling jsp from a portlet, my opriginal context that uses ../Apache/Apache/htdocs is not being searched for the JSp. Why is this? Moreover, I try to set up an Alias in httpd.conf file to the this director and use it with the jsp in the action tag, but still get an error that my jsp servlets/Myjsp can't be found. Why is it insiting on looking at servlets context instead of htdocs.
I have none of these issues outside of Portal30 using IAS.

Initially, I couldn't do this unless I moved tghe jsp's up to the root directory of IAS, i.e ../Apache/Apache. Nomrally, htdocs is my doc directory for IAS. I could not do http:\\myUrl\htdocs\myJsp. If I tgried this, I got an error in Apache error logg that said can't find file ..\htdocs\htdocs\MyJsp.jsp.
If I just tried the the URL http:\\myUrl\MyJsp.jsp with Jsp file in htdocs, I would get an error in the Jserve log that file d:\oracle\isuites\apache\apache\MyJsp.jsp could not be found. Once I moved the file MyJsp to Apache/Apache directory, it could be found using http:\\myUrl\MyJsp.jsp. Later, I delted these files and kept the ones in htdocs and they continued to work.
I'm confused why launching pages through portal isn't consistant with Apache Standards. Where is the documentation that tells me how to configure context and aliases for pages launched from portal pages?

I keep getting the following error "server not found.....firefox can't find the server at http." when I try to log on to one certain website.

I was able to access this website prior to 2 weeks ago. I can access this website on other computers without issues, and I can also access all other websites on this computer.
The following is what is listed in the navigation bar when I get the error message.

I noticed it says wisd/restricted, but I can log on to this website using my wisd computer without issue, and I get the same error message at my home/other locations. So I know that it is not restricted. I have used all the other suggestions "no proxy", shut down firewalls, but nothing has worked.
Any help with this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Hi all,
I have to manage a table-based form. The table has a BLOB field that allows NULL.
The blob field of the form is hidden.
When I try to INSERT all works well but when I attempt to UPDATE I get "Error: Document not found. (WWC-46000)".
Have you some suggestions ?

I have the same problem. I have one form to insert file (works fine), and another form to update that record, but not the file. The fields of the file (blob and mime type) are not on the form at all, and getting the message WWC-46000.

Sorry, I think I did not explain well my problem.
Imagine this simple table:
key number;
description varchar2(50);
image blob;
I need to make a form that contains the corresponding "key" field and the "description" field but not the "image" one. I don't want to allow the end user to upload images!
When I insert a row the form works well and in the "image" field of the table an empty blob or null (now I don't remember) is stored: that's ok.
Now imagine I want to change the value of the "description" field. I submit a query for the right key, I type a new value for the description and finally I push UPDATE button but....an error occours.
I think this error is related with the Blob item of the table but I'm not sure.

Error 404 -- NOT FOUND when running a form in form 11g

I got this problem when I run the forms using internet explorer.
I work on Forms 11g which uses weblogic 10.3 for web deployment of the forms.
Error 404--Not Found
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.4.5 404 Not Found
The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.
If the server does not wish to make this information available to the client, the status code 403 (Forbidden) can be used instead. The 410 (Gone) status code SHOULD be used if the server knows, through some internally configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding address.

Let's start by clearing up some confusion.
PORTS
In version 11.1.1.x here are how the common ports are defined by default:
1. HTTP Server - 8888
2. WLS_FORMS - 9001
3. WLS_REPORTS - 9002
4. WLS Admin Server - 7001
So, if you understand how ports work in general, you should see that there are two ways to run a form. You can either go through HTTP Server or call WLS_FORMS directly. This means that both of the following would work, although one would be a direct path and the other would route the request through the HTTP Server:

Port 7001, will always be the Admin Server port by default for the Classic domain. By default, the only thing you can do from here is access EM or WLS Console.
As for the tns issue, by default, both the Builder and runtime will expect to find tnsnames.ora in the Instance Home \config so be sure you are adding the correct entries to the correct file.
You can hard code a path to the file which you prefer be used by setting TNS_ADMIN in default.env (e.g. TNS_ADMIN=C:\Oracle\mytnsdirectory). This will apply only to running forms and not the Builder.
Also, here is something which often is confusing to many people.... just because you launched your form from the Builder does not mean that the running form has anything to do with the Builder at that point. In other words, when you click on the RunForm button in the builder all you are doing is passing a url to a browser. The browser and the form are not using any of the Builder's settings except those which may have been passed in the URL (e.g. username/password). ALL running forms are considered "runtime". This means all of the environment configuration information for a running form will need to be set in default.env. The Builder, on the other hand will rely on the System variable, Windows Registry (or shell if on Unix).

Ever since I installed Safari 5.1 I can no longer access the pdf files on my website. I keep on getting an error with Webkit2webprocess.exe telling me that LogTransport2.dill was not found. Please help..

Ever since I installed Safari 5.1 on my PC (XP) I can no longer access the pdf files on my website. I have no problems with Chrome and Firefox. I keep on getting a message from WebKit2WebProcess.exe that the LogTransport2.dill was not found. (I HATE PCs...) I tried reinstalling Acrobat 9. I tried reinstalling Safari. I even tried an older version of Safari. Nothing Helped. Others have tried it on their machine, and it worked fine. But I do not know what is the matter with mine. I suspect the root cause is the missing LogTransport2.dill file. But I do not know how to go about getting it. Your help is truly appreciated. My website is http://www.hlmartworks.com.

I have also found the article that provides 3 solutions but none of the solutions worked.
