Website loads up blank

Hello Guys,
I am processing payments from MagicPay, its a company from merchant services and they provided me with a hyperlink in which I login to and I can accept credit cards through their virtual terminal.
This is their web page: http://gateway.magicpay.net
Now, here is my issue,
On Chrome and IE it works perfect. On Mozilla it comes up as a blank page.
I tried re-installing Mozilla, didn't work...

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache.
Note: ''This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to.''
To clear cache and cookies do the following:
#Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
#Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
#Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
#From the details list, check ''Cache'' and ''Cookies'' and uncheck everything else.
#Now click the ''Clear now'' button.

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration. Since this feature was added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there still are a few glitches.
You might need to restart Firefox in order for this to take effect, so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.).
Then perform these steps:
*Click the orange Firefox button at the top left, then select the "Options" button, or, if there is no Firefox button at the top, go to Tools > Options.
*In the Firefox options window click the ''Advanced'' tab, then select "General".
*In the settings list, you should find the ''Use hardware acceleration when available'' checkbox. Uncheck this checkbox.
*Now, restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.
Additionally, please check for updates for your graphics driver by following the steps mentioned in the following Knowledge base articles:

Sorry I do not know what the problem may be. 
If no-one comes up with better ideas of what causes this then my questions and suggestions:
What do you mean by an infinite loop ? 
The page loads and then goes blank. What exactly happens next, does the page fully load and fully display again before going blank, and repeat this cycle endlessly in the same tab.
You do say the problem persisted in safe-mode and you had looked at the basic troubleshooting article. Buy that you can stop the problem by disabling javascript.
* did you disable all plugins - and did you still get the problem then ?
As you mention disabling javascript stops the problem, have you tried with Java script enabled but
* block popups ON
* load images automatically OFF
* advanced options - ALL OFF What happens do you get the problem then or not.
While on this firefox site if I look at the error console Ctrl+Sift+J or Tools -> Error console If I clear the console content and reload the webpage the error console shows only a couple of messages. YouTube home page give a lot of yellow triangle warnings about 200, but no red warnings, do you get red warnings.
You could also try on the problem sites eg YouTube changing the permissions with tools -> Page Info | Permissions
Did you try the Basic Troubeshooting suggestion of making a new profile. (Heeding the warning not to delete settings, otherwise you loose all bookmarks etc) did that help ?

Website loads then screen goes blank

When I access a certain website (eyetube.net), the website loads and displays for about 5 seconds and then the screen goes blank. All software has been updated and Java latest version has been updated.

Seems to work fine here, but it's possible that the Flash-based ads on the site are causing the problem for you. Try installing ClickToFlash, which will block all Flash content unless you choose to load it, and see if that fixes it.

When loading ANY web page, it take firefox 3sec to load a blank page. No matter what website I try to load, it just loads a blank page

When loading ANY web page, it take firefox 3sec to load a blank page. I have tried everything, starting firefox in safe mode and dissabling all add ons, turning 6v on and off, turnig proxy on and off, reinstalling firefox, restarting my computer, and reinstalling drivers. I can use another browser to surf the internet but finding one that is as capable to firefox isn't easy.
ps. Firefox did start at one point and then just stoped.
I use Linux Ubuntu 11.04 single boot

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.
If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.

Facebook loads with blank home & profile pages on Firefox 3.6.12, but loads correctly on IE8, I've cleared cookies & cache, so what do I try now to fix this ??? I've filed a report with Facebook, but no reply from them as yet and found nothing helpful on their website or Firefox's.

If it happens again the clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

No websites load anymore in Firefox

I viewed a image on firefox then FF crashed so i restarted it up but now no websites load at all. It just stays on a blank screen with no attempt to load.
I can browse every site fine in chrome and IE.

I can't connect to the itunes store and have some problems with other websites. Some websites load OK. I had the same problem on my iPad and changed the DNS, but don't want to do this on my iMac, anyway, surely I should have my router's DNS?

I can't connect to the iTunes store from my iMac and have problems loading a number of other websites, however some websites load perfectly well. I have had the iTunes store issue on my iPad and resolved it by changing the DNS but surely I should use the DNS for my router. I don't really want to change it for the iMac as I access secure sites with it to internet shop.
Any ideas, I was going to try loading Chrome but can't get it without going through the iTunes store. Anyway, that is treating the symprom not the cause.

Open System Preferences/Network. Double click on your connection type, or select it in the drop-down menu, and in the box marked 'DNS Servers' add the following two numbers:

(You can also enter them if you click on Advanced and then DNS)
Sometimes reversing the order of the DNS numbers can be beneficial in cases where there is a long delay before web pages start to load, and then suddenly load at normal speed:

Published website loads in layers

My website loads in layers, but I do not have very many pictures on my pages, so the problem shouldn't be that I have too many pictures. It also isn't loading slowly, persay, it just loads layer by layer, so it looks weird. The site is

Your web site loads pretty good in Safari with a broadband connection.
To speed it up more, and to get it to load in IE, you should consider optimizing your files if you don't already do so....

Problem with Website loading

How can I fix my Macbook Pro's website loading? It will not connect to the AppStore or load sites such as Netflix, CNN, Apple, NY times, etc. Other sites however work perfectly. I have updated all Silverlight, Java, and Adobe, deleted Caches and Cookies as well as restarted wireless router and computer. What else can I try?
(I recently ran updates on my computer, which may have been the source of all this. Can I undo Apple updates if necessary? Would that cause this problem??)

The JavaScript on that site isn't compatible with Firefox because document.all is used instead of document.getElementById();

Loading A Blank InfoBus Applet

I have created an InfoBus Applet and am wondering if there is any way to load it blank(no data on sreen). By default, it executes the master query and brings the results to screen when the applet loads. Is there a property on the master rowset that needs to be set? What functions are available to rowset or sessionInfo which will allow the applet to load blank, and only execute the master query when the user queries via find dialog? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This could be a combination of numerous things, check the following
- Flash Player version used
- Internet Explorer (IE) version
- How big is the flash file you trying to load. Try using a smaller version and see if it works. That way we can elimiate flash memory related.
Make sure all are in the supported platform for Xcelsius 2008 (What Service Pack are you on?).

Hi, if one site is slow to load try Ctrl + F5. If that doesn't do it, open Options (cog wheel) - in the 3-bar menu unless you've moved it, > Advanced tab (Network tab) > Cached Web Content > Clear Now.

I'm using Firefox 13.0.1 and it works great on other websites.
But my own website is loading slow..
Any idea what can be the problem please?
The website is fast in IE.. So it's not a problem with the website.

I am using Mozilla Firefox for Ubuntu canonical 1.0 . My version of Ubuntu is 12.01 . The problem is, that websites load very slowly. I have never had that problem before. It appeared suddenly. Other web browsers work fine on the same computer. I have not installed anything recently. I checked my computer for viruses and malware, but found nothing.
I have also checked my Firefox on Windows 7. There is the same problem.
Could you give me a hint on what I should do, please?

Were there any network.http prefs changed in that previous profile if you check the prefs.js file or a possible user.js file if you still have the Old Firefox Data folder on the desktop?

Pogo website loads and displays but cannot open games; works fine on Internet Explorer.

For about two weeks now, have been unable to open games on the Pogo website; the main page opens but cannot open any games.
All works just fine on IE9.
No work on 8.0.1; installed 9.0.1---still no work as described above.

Surely, am not the only one who cannot load games on Pogo.com. . . .the website loads in but I get a "connection reset" type message each and every time I attempt to load any game. W7Pro 64-bit Dell Studio XPS i7core. Was properly working in F8 and then just stopped doing so; upped to F9 but still have same problem.
Ideas, anyone?
BTW, Pogo works just fine in IE9.
