Website not functioning

Hi All,
This website is from a college of mine an I try to select a view items in it like
* Downloads
* Kleuren Pallet
* Wij zijn wij
* S 3000
* S 3000 NL
ProfitWin
What can I tell them to do? so that Apple users can visit there website without any problem.
Noting works in Safari, FireFox. IE, ore Opera
Opera is the only browser that I can see the items i normally can select, but they are only text.
Any suggestions?

I believe my firefox is viewing some websites on my laptop in formats that are used for cellular devices. Sites like facebook, sports illustrated, yahoo are not functioning correctly but certain sites work fine.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forums and Welcome. I have read your thread on your HP ENVY TouchSmart 17 Notebook PC and a keys not functioning correctly. Here is a document on cleaning the keyboard.
I would start with air on the keys as sometimes debris can cause this issue.
Here is a link to uninstall the keyboard. In the device manager have you uninstall all that is listed in keyboards, restart the computer after uninstalling, it should reinstall automatically and resolve any issues with the keyboard.

Why is it that image grayscaler code for website is not functioning with Mozilla Firefox, yet it does to other browser?

I just noticed that my code(in my blog site), which is a ordinary code that allows image to turn into its grayscale form and hover its original color, is not functioning with Mozilla Firefox browser. But with other browsers, it's working. I hope you can help me with this little issue. Thank you!

Does it use a CSS rule similar to:
filter: grayscale(100%)
This property is not yet implemented in Firefox. It is scheduled to be implemented in Firefox 34, according to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/filter

Satellite P300D-110 integrated webcam is not functioning properly.

Hello everyone,
as the title says, the integrated webcam of my Toshiba Satellite P300D-110 is not functioning properly. Allow me to explain. Using the Camera Assistance Software I can take photo's and record music. If I try to record a video the preview screen turns up black and the end result tuns out black aswell, completely black.
Whenever I try to use my camera with applications such as MSN Live Messenger, Skype or at community websites using Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari the application in question crashes.
*How did this happen?*
You tell me. This is how it went;
* Day 1: I've started up my laptop and looked at my fresh and clean install of windows vista home premium. I tried out my webcam using the webcam assistance software and it worked like a charm.
* Day 2: Once again I boot up my laptop and try to start my webcam only to find out that it no longer functions.
To give a quick summary of the thread;
* Using Camera Assistance Software provided by Toshiba I can take pictures.
* Using Camera Assistance Software provided by Toshiba I can record sound.
* Using Camera Assistance Software provided by Toshiba I can _*NOT*_ record or preview a video.
* I can not start my camera using any other application such as but not limited to; MSN Live Messenger, Skype, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safar.
* I have downloaded and isntalled the latest drivers from the Toshiba website.
* My laptop is about a week old.
I'm not sure what more I can do, all I want is for the webcam to work, if anyone can help me out please do so.
And if possible WITHOUT having to reinstall Windows Vista Home Premium.
I haven't even used it and wouldn't want to make that a solution for all the problems that might occur in the future.

Using Camera Assistance Software provided by Toshiba I can NOT record or preview a video.
Can you please describe the steps how you try to do this? I must ask you this because it runs well on my notebook. When the recording is finished player opens and you can see recorded movie. It is avi format and at the top of this player you can see the path where the movie is saved.
Most strange thing for me is that you cannot use it with Skype. Ok for MSN is not the perfect but there is absolutely no problem with Skype. Check the settings and it must work somehow.

Drop Down Menu not functioning

I'm very VERY new to dreamweaver/fireworks but have been making small changes to multipul websites for a company. They have asked me to come up with a totally new design for their primary webpage and I'm having an issue with the drop-down menu.
I'm created the menu in fireworks using the hotspot tool and it "previews" just fine in both fireworks and dreamweaver. I went through the export process in fireworks and exported the hotspots/images and html code into my primary folder for the website. I pasted the html-code in the location that I wanted on the webpage.
When I upload the page and go to view it the drop-down-menu does not function properly. I have to add an <div> after my .jpg banner for the images of the dropdown to appear. Even then the pull-down-menu does not show up properly.
*Side note* the page also loads VERY SLOWLY now, not sure why. In an attempt to start over I access the "remote view" of the webpage through dreamweaver and deleted all but the "Admin" folder which it did not allow me to delete? Did I majorly mess something up here?

Firstly, the link to the imported stylesheet is wrong - it appears to be pointing to your hard drive: that needs to be fixed and if it relates to the menu, likely the reason why the menu isn't visible.

Are you working in a defined DW site? It's very important that you are - it's the way that DW keeps track of all the links and paths.

Next: Those FWs exported dropdowns are atrocious, there was a reason the functionality was removed from the latest FWs and DW.   Even though a CSS version is available, it may be ok to use for protyping for certainly not for live production sites.

There are much better ways to build a dropdown menu, one of them is the Spry Menu available in CS3 and CS4. They too, can cause issues, but at least the links throughout your site are inside the html code, not in the javascript.

After loading FF4 the back/forth buttons are visible but not functional. Have tried to reset tool bar etc. no luck. fix please

After upgrading to the new version everything seems to work well except my back/forth button on the browser are visible but grayed out and not functional. I have tried all of the suggestions in help and am unable to bring them to life. Very frustrating to use a browser with out these functions. I run 4 websites and it is maddening to have to keep reloading the sites just for simple work.
I have to have these working or will be forced to use another browser. I liked the old FF much better. I can not tolerate this much longer.

I notice from your system specs that you're running a very old version of Flash. Could you try updating to the latest one which is 10.2.159.1 It also contains a patch to fix a recently discovered [http://www.h-online.com/security/news/item/Adobe-releases-security-update-for-Flash-Player-1228930.html Zero Day exploit]. Have you experienced any unusual events watching Flash videos lately? It's possible that you may have been a victim of just such an attack. It might be worth doing a malware scan using this well-known scanner from http://www.malwarebytes.org/ The free version is more than adequate to eliminate any current threats.

Rpt-files do not function anymore after deploying to a different database

first: I use CR. 10.2.3600.0 and Asp.NET with Visual Studio 2005
I developed my reports against a Develepment-Database and everything worked fine.
Then, I published my Website with the reports.
Also I made a backup of my Develepment-Database to become the Productive-Database.
All pages of my website function well (database-queries etc.), but when I try to call one of my reports a queerish error message occurs:
"This field name is not known. Error in File C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\...\{...}.rpt: Error in formula. '{xyz.ds_id} = {?@ds_id} and '."
I mean, the database is the "same" as before?!?
(BTW: the logon to the database is set at runtime and is ok.)
Why do the reports not function anymore?
The only workaround I found is to open the report in Visual Studio 2005 again and select "Crystal Reports/Databases/Check Database" against the Productive-Database.
After that the report works! BUT THIS COULD NOT BE THE SOLUTION, this means that I cannot publish my website to a different database on a customers network!!!

I debugged the code and recognized that the error appears while setting the .Location property...?!?
My DatabaseName is "Rezepturverwaltung".
Example 1 with a command:
Befor setting the Location of mytable the value of the prpperty is e.g. "command".
After setting the value like in code above the value changes to "Rezepturverwaltung.dbo.command"
Example 2 with a stored procedure:
Befor setting the Location of mytable the value of the prpperty is e.g. "sp_GetData".
After setting the value like in code above the value changes to "Rezepturverwaltung.dbo.sp_GetData"
What`s going wrong furthermore???

Some hyperlinks do not function with FF 29.0.1 vista

Firefox ver. 29.0.1
Some links on some websites (eg. www.change.org) do not respond when clicked. (Others do.)
Some objects on these pages do not function (eg. "thermometer" progress bar and "Sign" button)
Pages work under Internet Explorer. (copy from FF address bar to IE address bar)
Site used to work under FF 28. Site did not work with FF 29.0.
Still using same add-ons as with FF 28 except added The Add-on Bar.
No prefs changed.
OS fully up to date.
Adobe software fully up to date.

The sign button appears, but it isn't active for 30 seconds, at least in my test. The page loads scripts from several additional sites during that process.
To determine whether any of your extensions is involved, could you test some of the problem sites in Firefox's Safe Mode? That's a standard diagnostic tool to deactivate extensions and some advanced features of Firefox. More info: [[Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Safe Mode]].
You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using either:
* "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
* Help menu > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
Not all add-ons are disabled: Flash and other plugins still run
After Firefox shuts down, a small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (''not'' Reset).
Any difference?

Widgets not functioning correctly on tablet layout

I've noticed that my new ipad is showing my tablet layout of muse website, but some of the widgets are not functioning correctly. I have tried a few widgets for the tablet layout and it has resulted in problems.
Please take a look at www.littlesouth.com for an example of the current error.

ICal not functioning correctly

First of all, I have been using Entourage which I sync with iCal so that I can sync my calendar with my iPhone. I would like to discontinue using Entourage but for some reason, iCal is not functioning correctly. First, the calendars do not appear in the left hand window and I cannot seem to figure out how to get them to appear.
Second, when iCal opens off of the dock, there is nothing showing on the calendar at all. When I change the view (i.e., month, to week) then all of my scheduled events appear. When I go back to the original view, everything appears. When I attempt to sync with MobileMe, I get a message at the website that "a script is not responding." I don't know whether the two are related or not.
Any help?????

I have the same problems. Also, I can't enter a "multi day' event, the system tells me there is a fault and it cannot synch. I was automatically updated to MobileMe, but the system isn't performing as promised.

Mail webwite address not function?

firefox got a capable allow user click the choice " mail website address", I use it often but recently around a month it not function while i click same item, t tried many tme and almost everyday still same.

Although the Envelope Index mentioned can become corrupt and cause problems, I don't think it would normally cause this. Before rebuild the index, try holding down the Shift key while clicking on the Mail Icon to launch Mail. This allows Mail to skip trying to open any one mailbox or message.

Video driver on Lenovo website not working on my U330 running WINXP - Won't Install

I have successfully installed all the XP drivers for my U330 (2267-2FU) laptop.
However, I have two items in device Manager with exclamation points. Under "Display Adapters" I can see "ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3450" listed but it says the driver is not successfully loaded.
Under "Other Devices" I have "Video Controller" also with an exclamation point.
I downloaded the XP display drivers from Lenovo's website. IN1VDO9WW1.exe.
I do not believe I have a hardware issue because i have no problems using the factory image with Windows Vista Home on it.
Also, every time I reboot I get the following prompt, " No ATI graphics driver is installed, or the ATI driver is not functioning properly. Please install the ATI driver appropriate to your ATI hardware."
I would appreciate any help. I am really stuck.

wonkanoby, it seems u were right...i did the memtest and there was something wrong with my RAM. I've sent it back to the manufacturer...gonna have to wait for a month to get it back. Anyways, thanks for ur help, i really appreciate it.

Why does wav music on my frontpage 2003 created website not autoplay

I have created a website in Frontpage 2003 and to have music playing on the homepage it offers a change to have music.wav file attached to the page (which also has a .swf flash file running, over which the music is susposed to be playing). It all works beautifully in MSoft Explorer but in Mozilla the music does not play. Is there something I need to do in Frontpage (or Mozilla) to activate my website to function properly for all Mozilla users.

If you use bgsound to play that file then it will only work in IE and not in other browsers like Firefox.

Buttons in some forms do not function since uprade to FF4; still a problem in 5

On aol.com for example the forward and back arrow buttons do not function when I click on them in the news section. When I try to click the submit payment button on the Verizon website it will not register. Hyperlink type buttons work fine but the issue seems to be with some graphical buttons in websites. These worked fine in FF3 and in chrome and explorer. I love Firefox but this really hurts the functionality for me.
