Website not updating when published to Business Catalyst

I have just updated a website in Muse and it works fine using the preview options in Muse.
Here is the site: http://www.nemesisbio.com
'The Team' section should not be a scrolling slider as I've updated it to show all 3 team members together.
When I publish to Business Catalyst on first view it shows the site has been updated but when I refresh the page or go back from the news page, it shows the previous design.
I have cleared the cache/history etc in all browsers but it still doesn't work.
I've published using both the modified files and All files options but it makes no difference.
It must be a BC issue and I'd like to get to the actual files to delete them and upload from scratch but don't know where to find them.
Can anyone help with this or have any suggestions to resolve the problem?
EDIT: I have just gone to the 'develop' section and found the files for the site.
When I click on the Index.html file it shows two Index files - one the old and the other the new.
Secularly Business Catalyst has not deleted the old Index file and this is the problem.
Can anyone suggest how to delete this file, leaving the correct one?

Hi,
I see two index file, one is in root folder and second is in htdocs folder. I assume you are creating this folder while publishing the site using Muse. This is why default index file is not deleted.
To delete it, make sure you leave the folder name blank in publish window of Muse, in this way Muse will publish in root folder of business catalyst by removing all the files.

    I have just uploaded my website created through muse via Business Catalyst, I have also made the website live. However when I go to via via thdawkinsphotography.businesscatalyst.com  the site doesnt appear the same with what I uploaded.  The title is smaller that it supposed to be.

    I am not sure why my site is displayed differently through Business Catalyst but I had moved from my original hosted site to business catalyst due to not being able to upload my site to the server via ftp as well as the site kept timing out, so I decided to use my Creative Cloud included webhosting through business catalyst.
    Can anyone help with this please. Is it a bug with Muse CC (2014) or Business Catalyst webhosting.

    After carefull investigations my original webhosting server is obviously having some major problems at present.  However I cannot see why hosting my site with Business Catalyst has reduced my Main Master page title size.   The width of the title should be longer than the length of the menu bar.  But it not and it obvious adobe have no idea on why its happen, and thats maybe why I havent heard from them.  As a result of this I will have to go and fork out more money to get webhosting  elsewhere which will allow me to upload my website through MUSE CC (2014). 
    I ask that if an adobe staff members reads this, please address this issue, as I need a webhosting service that will display my website correctly and business catalyst just doesnt cut to the chase.  Everything that was working fine for me in Muse CC is no longer working for me in Muse CC (2014). 
    Is there a way to revert my website back to Muse CC after opening it and editing it in Muse CC (2014).

    I have created my website using !Adobe Muse and have used the Ecwid ecomm widget to integrate a shop. As I wasn't happy with the font, colour, etc, I changed the code using the edit 'html' function, accessing the code information from a design browser mode and then further on in the process, I published it to Business Catalyst. However, now the changes don't show. How do I get my code changes to show when published in Business Catalyst? Do I need to go through the same process using Business Catalyst?

  • Content does not update when published

    My content is not updating when I publish updates to my app. Side loading shows the updates, but an updated published folio doesn't. On the third try, I got a blank light grey screen. I finally had to unpublish and republish the content, which is obviously not an ideal situation.
    Are there any known bugs or problems at the moment that could be causing this issue? The DPS Status page doesn't have any info.

    I'm not aware of a way to get out of this state cleanly. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixes the problem (unless your unpublish/republish again), but it's difficult to tell your customers to uninstall/reinstall. Another option is to unpublish and then publish the affected folios as different folios, but then some of your users will end up with two versions of a similar folio until they archive the older version.
    Let me ask around to make sure that I'm correct about the cause and to see if there's a cleaner workaround.

  • Site won't display correctly when 'Published' to Business Catalyst but does when 'Preview' in browse

    Basically I have a subscription to Muse and with that the ability to host one site with Business Catalyst. When checking the first site I designed I'd use 'Preview in Browser' and the site occasionaly displayed incorrectly, so I changed my habits to publishing the work-in-progress site to the BC url with this current site.
    Unfortunately there are multiple display problems with doing this; the two images below show the difference between 'Publish' to the BC domain and 'Preview site in browser'.
    I've cleared the cache of the browser multiple times and used both Firefox and Safari and the problem still remains. I'm assuming it's a problem with Business Catalyst?
    Does anyone have a solution for this? Has data become corrupted in BC, and if so is there a way of 'flushing' the data held on the BC site clean to start from scratch?
    Would really appreciate some help here as it's impossible to show my client the current state of the site

  • .Mac not updating when publish modified iWed file

    Hi, when I first published my iWeb file to .Mac, it worked. Then I edited the iWeb file and republished, waited a few days, and my .Mac site is still showing the old original iWeb file.
    - I tried republishing several times (publish to .Mac and publish all to .Mac)
    - I also refreshed the page a bunch of times in my browser
    - I also emptied the browser cache
    Any ideas?

  • Navigation bar not updating when published

    I'm seeing an issue where the navigation bar in iWeb properly updates as I add and remove pages but whenever I publish the site the nav bar seems stuck in a state from many revisions past.
    I've tried deleting the entire site on the web server and republishing, I've tried adding and removing pages but so far I've not been able to get the published nav bar to reflect what I see in iWeb. It's stuck in the past.
    Any ideas on how I can fix this short of creating a new site and trying to move all the pages over? That's the next step I'm trying to avoid by asking this question.

    Are you using the Muse file provided in the sample file?  I just tested it using the Publish.muse file and was able to publish without error.

  • Hey, why do Muse buttons appear garbled when published to Business Catalyst?

    Buttons look fine when exported to html and uploaded to normal web server. So what's going on with BC. Also sometimes BC delays new files, or fails to render new files. See attached screen print.

    It appears the size of the image generated by Muse for the top, middle and bottom slices of the rounded corner bevel image is slightly too wide for the button and thus it wraps around by a couple pixels.
    Aishvarya, can you check in the BC backend to see what width these three PNG images are on the BC servers?

    The images being served are all 1521 pixels wide, but they should be 1515 pixels wide. It's unclear whether BC is serving an older cached version of the images or whether Muse generated and uploaded images of the wrong width. Thanks.

    It happens on all sites, old new alike. I have just attempted to create a new site and publish but the same error occurs.
    When I click 'publish to Business Catalyst' or Publish in the top bar it doesn't get past the first dialog box, see below:
    It hangs here for a minute or so. The Muse closes displaying the following:
    Yesterday was fine, all sites published correctly with no errors. This issue started early this morning.
