Website Page shows errors

While I am trying to access the website www.bubblews.com, some ( not all ) of it's pages, show a specific error statement.
The statement is:
Database_Exception [ 0 ]: [1030] Got error 28 from storage engine ( SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM `user_tokens` ) ~ MODPATH/database/classes/kohana/database/mysql.php [ 181 ]
This is happening repeatedly.
Can you please help me?

In SharePoint 2013 I opent the site in Designer 2013 --> In Master Page --> Copy V4.master page and paste it --> Try to do some changes --after that I deleted the new master page v4.master which I've created --> Saved the Old Master Page -->
Right Click on v4.master --> Clicked on Set as Default master Page & Set as Custom Master Page both.

According to your post, my understanding is that you have an issue about the master page.
For SharePoint 2013, by default it is used the seattle.master as the default master page.
You can change back to the seattle.master page as the master page, then check whether it works.
What’s more, you can also use the Version History to restore the v4.master to check whether it works.

Pages shows error when trying to export to Word

Today, without doing any updates or making any changes to my MacBook, Pages has decided that it won't export documents to Word or PDF, showing me an error message after attempting to export. I've googled forums to try & find a solution, but all I can find is that it's something to do with Style. The Page documents are in exactly the same style etc as I was working on yesterday when I was successfully able to export documents to Word. Can anyone help please? I need to upload as Word documents for uni.

Have you tried to save any other pages file as Word, not only the documents for university?. Create a new file a write a word there then try to save it as a Word document. If it does, then the problem is in your University document as it may contain something incompatible with exporting to Word.

This page normally dont have back button ,
if u use browser back button some times it throws error,
Create a link on this page using personailization and call some function to navigate to the page which u want,
u can navigate u another page using the link instaed of using broeser back buton.

I have the Administrator logged in into the irj/portal and could see all the tabs. But when I cllick on the content Administration, I dont eh ptal Content.
I have added all the SLD roles and users and have added the Administrator to the SLD_ADministrator role.
What other permission should I give the user.

The OCS /pls/portal page shows: Error: The portlet could not be contacted, I believe this happened after SSL enabling the system. Anyone out there seen this errof before?

FYI
This happens if you remove port 80 as a listening port webcache/em, etc. Oracle claims it needs port 80 for internal communication. For whatever reason the /pls/portal providers are registered in non-SSL. Not sure if Oracle will provide a fix or ?

Here are a couple suggestions:
1. Go into Settings > Safari and Clear Cookies Clear Cache
2. Fully close Safari: from your home screen, double tap your home button and the most recently used Apps will show up. Hold your finger on the Safari App until all Apps start jiggling. You'll see a minus sign on the upper left side of Safari. Touch the minus and Safari will fully close. Touch your home button again to stop apps from jiggline, then touch your home button again to return to your home page.
3. Reboot your iPad: Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time for at least 10 seconds (ignore the red slider) until the Apple Logo appears, then let go of both buttons and your iPad will restart, but no data or settings will be lost.
After iPad comes back up, try Safari again, and you should be good to go.

11i Login Page is showing 'Error on Page' while using IE 7

Hi DBAs,
I am using Oracle 11.5.10.2 with DB 10.2.0.4 (Single Instance). The EBS is on RUP6 and using JDK 1.6.0_12.
I was using Firefox and not getting any issue. I used first time IE-7 (7.0.5x) to access the application. I noticed that Pressing the 'Login' button on Login Page , it was saying in the left bottom of the IE says 'Error on page' and was not navigate to any page or did not perform any action.
I verified all the services and everything was OK. While using Firefox , I was able to navigate the application w/o any issue.
Using IE 7 , I am able to access
http://host.domain:8000/OA_HTML/fndvald.jsp?username=sysadmin&;password=sysadmin
Most of the stuff seems to be working fine while logging in using above URL but the 'GO' buttons are throwing same error in IE 'Error on page'. Rest of the Bottons like 'Edit Navigator' , 'Edit Favorites' are working fine but when on any Page I press the 'Go' button then IE showing Error. It seems to me that when a button need to navigate to next page then IE saying 'Error on page' but when a button have to lunch a new page it is working fine.
All the responsibilities and links are working fine. Application Navigation using Firefox is working absolutely fine.
Seeking your advise and suggestions to resolve the issue.

You can clear the cache as follows (login as applmgr user, and source the application env file):

$ rm -R *
ML Note: 285218.1 is not helpful as I am on later version of EBS (11.5.10.2 with RUP6 and Developer6i Patchset 19). At Client side I am using Windows XP SP3 with IE 7.0.5.x with JInit 1.3.21 and JRE 1.6.0.12.Did you review the steps under "Recommended MSIE Browser Settings" section?
Can you reproduce the issue with JInitiator? If yes, any errors in the JInitiator console window? Enable debug (you may also enable trace for Sun JRE) and see if any errors are reported there.

How to show error message on page #NOTIFICATION_MESSAGE#?

Is it possible to show error message on a page, where apex substitutes #NOTIFICATION_MESSAGE# at page template, with a javascript call? My requirement is to report error messages which i get from ondemand process, these on-demand processes were called from my javascript code. If any error message is returned by on-demand process, as of now, I'm reporting the error message to user by javascript based alert dialog box, but it would much better if i could keep the error message reporting by my application in a consistent manner. So any suggestion please?

As per my understanding, its the apex engine which checks for any error, if found it shows it by adding an element id '#messages', but here on my requirement its not the apex engine which has detected the error, its my functional logic which wants to report a message. On a normal and error free page condition, we usually dont find '#message' element. I'm curious on how apex inbuilt engine is reporting an error to a page?

Go step by step and test.
1. Power off the router. Unplug it from the wall. Wait a while.
    Plug it back to the wall. Power the router on. Wait until all the lights are lit properly. It will take a while.
    Restart the computer.
    Start up in Safe Mode.

    Safari > Preference > Advanced
    Checkmark the box for "Show Develop menu in menu bar".
