I can do everything in iTunes but get to the store. When I try to access the store I can't get to the main screen. It freezes up. I have the latest version. Can anyone provide any suggestions or help?

Look into what security software you are running and disable it and also go to apple.com/support and search for
itunes store connection issues by actually typing that into the bar next to support then scroll down to one of the TS articles and begin a jounrey of internet explorer configuration.

when i try to access the itunes store to buy music, it loads at the top and says connecting to itunes store..then it loads all the way and goes to a blank page. it loads and seems like it is will work, but then goes to a blank page. Why is it doing this?

Corrupting files when 2 premiere stations accessing the same file
I'm working on a Shared Unity RAID system in a post house. When 2 Premiere stations are accessing the same clip, the clip temporarily corrupts, and i get the "Unsupported format or damaged file" error. The file returns to normal one one machine is using it. Certainly not optimal for simultaneous projects. Can this be worked around? Mac based, OSX Version 10.8.4 on Premiere CC
Anything other than Anywhere is not designed to work over a network, and certainly not on the same file at the same time (I don't need/use Anywhere, so I don't know if it will let two people work on the same file at the same time)

HT4929 My pc says "server error" when I try to access the icloud to see my photos etc
I have windows vista on a Toshiba pc. When I try to access the icloud control panel, I get the message"sever error" this happens every time I try. We live in a rural area without cabled broadband, and have to use an overland system called Kijoma. This works fine, and also provide wifi. Any help please
You must create an iCloud account using a Mac, or an IOS device. Once you have done that your PC can sign in and use it.

The Windows SMB feature has file locking if multiple users are accessing the same file. Does File Sharing (AFP) on Snow Leopard Server provide similar services?
Were you ever able to solve this problem. I'm having similar issues since upgrading to snow leopard. Four macs connect to a Windows Server 2003 for shared files. Each user has full permissions & when we "get info" it shows read & write permissions. Two of the computers were running 10.4, two were running 10.5. Everything worked properly until upgrading to snow leopard. Some files let me copy, move, delete. Others either just hang up or we get a "no permission" error. Also getting a "pdf is in use" error, even when the file/folder doesn't contain a pdf. We had our IT rep check the server who said everything is in working order. They don't represent macs any longer but feel that it's a mac problem. I would have to agree since this problem only started after the upgrade, and the one machine that was not upgraded (still running 10.5.8) is not dealing with these problems.
Lastly, I would install 10.5 back on all of the computers if I could, but the leopard disk that came with one of the computers wouldn't work with the 2 machines running 10.4 and I didn't see it available at the apple store. I'll buy it if it's still available, but why wouldn't the disks that I have work?

The phone has been restored from settings from an old iPod Touch. The Apple ID username there worked well then, but I have since updated that. The email is no longer useable (university) and the passwords I have tried do not work - nor should they since I have updated my Apple account. Again, it's only when I try to access the App Store on my iPhone does this Apple ID problem surface. Please help! Thanks.

How do i recover data from an external hard drive that was accidentally deleted? After I verified the drive, a message appeared that said my drive needed to be repaired. When I tried to access the drive again, the 700 Gigs of music is gone!
Stop using the drive immediately, un plug it.
Buy a copy of ProSoft DataRescue 4 and use it to search for deleted files. -

Hi my itunes program crashes when i try to access the itunes store. Have tried to uninstall and reinstall to no avail.
Me too - running iTunes 10.5.3 on Windows 7. Will allow me to sign in to iTunes, download app updates and then if I either close iTunes or try to sign out of my iTunes account it all freezes. So frustrating, because my understanding is that iTunes saves the library file when exiting. So, everytime I update apps I lose all the downloads.

I keep getting an unknown error (-50) when I try to access the itunes store. I have the latest version of iTunes and I am running windows xp service pack 3. I never had trouble before. Hi, My employer has a web site & as a part of the service to the employees, the employees can access personal details through the web site. I can access my employers web site not a problem, BUT - when i try to access the employees part of the web site it tells me "This browser is not supported.
