Website - Wallpaper Page Empty

For the second day in a row I am not able to select wallpaper online at verizonwireless.com. The page loads but is totally blank. I have downloaded ringtones just in the past couple of days so it's not my PC or login. Anyone else having the same issue?

At this time there are not any issues reported with the Wallpapers available online. What internet browser are you using when trying to access the wallpapers? There could be a compatibility issue with your browser or troubleshooting may need to be performed to your browser.

Tools > Options > Tabs - is the last preference there check-marked??

If the reset does not work I would try the following before going to Apple
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

After reloading a website the page is not active. I have to click on a different program, minimize and restore, or click on the windows task bar and then things are able to be clicked on and pointer is recognized. All sites are affected

According to your description, my understanding is that you got an error when you clicked the link to a library.
Whether you customize the library page.
Please check Recycle Bin on your site, see whether there is the library in it. If yes, restore the library, then compare the result.
If this issue still exists, please find more information about this issue in the logging file, the path is C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\LOGS.

On my Macbook when logging on certain websites the page only shows some gurbled chinese characters.

When I log on to my banking on-line web address or my company's secure website the page comes garbled with some Chinese characters but the same page comes OK on Safari.

Which encoding is used?
*Firefox > Web Developer > Character Encoding
*View > Character Encoding
If an UTF-16 encoding is used then try UTF-8 or a Western encoding (ISO-8859-1)

Since pages in DBV represent the blocks of the datafile, so the empty pages means the empty blocks . So all what you are seeing is that out of 1280000 blocks of your file, there are 591455 empty blocks. This doesn't mean that there is any issue. The only time dbv rings an alarm when you a number coming in the Total Pages Marked Corrupt .

After upgrading to FF 8.0, a news website main page doesn't open, redirecting immediately to a site subsection. Doesn't work in Safe Mode either.IE Tab opens site perfectly.

No, the problem is resolved. The Spry gallery portion of
LyndaEllis.com works in IE6 and IE7 now that I've switched from my
original hosted web server at Earthlink/Mindspring (i.e. which
responded with 302 redirects on "resource not found") to my new web
hosting provider as I described in the original post. Just to be
clear, I changed nothing in Spry or in my HTML; I only had to work
around the HTTP client behavior of IE by ensuring that 302
redirects were not returned by the web server when non-existent
resources were requested by the browser.
But, I am still curious why both IE and Firefox make the
request for the unsubstituted variable in the first place. I'm also
curious as to why IE's JS engine just gives up when the 200 status
"branded error" pages are returned. I suppose it should just be
chalked up to the idiosyncrasies of Earthlink's httpd configuration
and Microsoft's screwy browser. Perhaps someone who works in the IE
JavaScript engine at Microsoft will read this and get Spry apps in
IE to work for the "302 redirect" configuration.

Can a Button be created in a PDF to go back to website index page?

I should know this. But the idea to do it hasn't crossed my mind to do it. I use PDF's extensively in my website http://www.phillipmjones.net/
Is it possible to put in a Home Button, at the end to have it go back to the index page, rather than having use back button on web Browser?

In order to do so you have to:
Open a Graphics Program and creae a button, in my case I used Fireworks to create a button with a special Filter that use button affects.
Create desired button.
Open original Word File and insert button at Desired Location Save as both Wod Docx and as PDF files.
open desired Pdf in Acrobat choose replace File.
Open Forms editor and create a form field that is a button.
Make form outline with no color.
make fill color with no color.
make button action Web URL. Type entire link using all directories, sub directories and index page of desired directory.
Save.
get out of forms editor.
Save file.
upload to web site.
It works but is way to many steps be worthwhile.
This is being posted for those that desire to use a web link button in a PDF. and want to know the desired steps.

FLASH CMS websites - secured pages

Hi,
I’m looking for a way to build FLASH websites, which the user will be able to edit and control its content himself. You know, a CMS website, but then totally build in FLASH. I already started Googling on this a bit and came across these 2 things

especially that last one looks interesting, but it does cost a 300 dollars for 1 website, which maybe isn’t that expensive, given it’s apparent completeness and easy to use interface, but I still want to explore other potential possibilities.
What is needed on the website, is the possibility to add text, pictures , videos and extra pages by the user himself. Also, and maybe this is the most important / difficult, there has to be the possibility to make secured pages where the client can view his pictures without downloading them à the man that’s needs this website is a photographer that wants to offer his albums to the respective client for which he made the pictures, online. 1 client should be able to watch his pictures on 1 secured page of the site, another client should be able to watch his pics on another secured page of the site, without being able to download them... I hope you know what I mean, I’m sure you know what I mean.
I believe this is possible with FCMSPRO on the flashloaded website (between the keyfeatures list on the website I see: ‘Allows for multiple users with different file upload permissions’ – so I assume that the man will be able to provide costumers a password with which they can watch their pics online, without down- or uploading something themselves?)
Is there someone that can help me on this? Is there anyone that has had some experience with FCMSPRO, Flashcontentmanager or other CMS systems already? I’m curious if I’m going to get out of this. If it will be worth deepening myself in this, or if it will be best to tell the photographer to find someone else for this job.

The method i showed above does have a front end and a back end. The code i posted above would be part of the image module in the back end for deleting images.
1. You don't put images and files in the database, you create an uploader that uploads the files (pictures, whatever) onto the server and then writes an entry into the database telling it where the picture is stored, what the name of the file is, what type it is, whatever you need. Then when your website connects to the database and downloads the info and stuffs it into arrays, it iterates through the photo array and downloads the photos as needed using the URL you stored.
2. Loading into the database is covered with the above tutorial but i'll post my database retrieval code anyway.
This connects to a database and stuffs each column of a database into an Array. Then if i wanted to actually download the photos i mentioned by the urls just retrieved i'd use:

flash CMS isn't well covered, i spent a long time looking for tutorials and i definitely didnt find any that worked well. If you're still working through the basics like AS3 tweens, loaders, and loops, then you're going to want to figure those out first. Those are supported well online, though.

Long press on the text you would like to select (tapping and holding) and then release after the magnifying glass shows up. This will select a single word. Then use the blue dots and drag them to select a region of test. Then press "copy". Open pages, and long press and release where you would like to paste. Then select "paste". That should paste the text.
If the text doesn't select within the browser, it might be an uncopyable format. Like if the text was within an image, naturally you would be unable to select it. The only thing to do there is long press the image and selecting "save image", adding it to your camera roll. Then you could insert the image within pages.

EM12CR3 - Alert Log Errors page - empty

What controls the content shown in Oracle Database->Logs->Alert Log Errors ?
The page shows empty - but if we look in the actual alert log we can clearly see ORA-0600 errors showing there. In fact if we do the more generic show alert log, search and look for Errors, it shows up there just fine.

No active windows, no website, no pages no nothing in iWeb...

Oh my - just upgraded last night to Snow Leopard, afterwards i installed iLife 09.
Then I worked 24 hours in iWeb created 2 sites, FTP' both sites to two servers, it was all perfect.
Now to the problem. Right now when I start the program again - no working area, no nothing.
I reinstalled iLife again, restartet the computer twice but still no work area - NO NOTHING...
No active windows, no new website, no new pages, and everything I worked on I can't see.
It's all gone and my honeymoon with iWeb is over, please help!

have you tried opening iWeb from your Domian file? Open 'Finder and navigate to:
user>Library>Application Support>iWeb> and just double click on the domain file there (providing there is one there of course).
