Website won't show on my domain and iweb says it uploaded
I just uploaded my iweb 09 site to my new domain name that I purchased today. The site still shows the godaddy banner. how long does this usually take to show? am I missing some other step?

What you need to remember when linking like this is that if you are publishing directly to MobileMe, then you are not publishing your site to GoDaddy. You are publishing to MME and then linking your domain name from GoDaddy to MME.
To achieve this, you firstly need to log into your MME account and enter your domain name under the personal domain name settings at MME. Did you do this? If not, then you need to.
Secondly, you need to go to the DNS settings at GoDaddy and set up a new CNAME, so you would need to enter your domain name as the alias and web.me.com as your host. So it would be something similar to www, CNAME, web.me.com and @ (this is for the short form of your domain name) CNAME, then enter the host at web.me.com.
Go and check that you did all this and it should be up and running in less than 24 hours.

I would say to start by looking on their web site... unfortunately, that appears to be dead.
Based on the horrible ratings on the App Store (1 star for the current version), I'm not surprised it doesn't work well. -

Just to make certain, you inserted the original installation disk and started the MBP holding down the C key? Did the Optical drive reject the disk or did it just spin? If the former, the lens in the drive may be dirty and needs to be cleaned. If the latter, you will have to take it to an Apple repair facility.

Won't show up on mac and say "do not disconnect"
Hi, I've had my 60 GB iPod for about a year now and suddenly now it won't show up on my desktop when I plug it in. The iPod screen says "do not disconnect" though, and after I just pull it out the message doesn't go away and I have to wait for the power to die before I can use it again. Is it starting to break down?
Homer...this very same thing has happened to me today. Have you found a solution yet?

HELP!! iPod Classic won't show up in iTunes, and FREEZES when I try
Last night, I hooked my iPod Classic to my computer to sync it. It didn't show up in iTunes, and instead, it froze, quite suddenly. I had to wait until the battery ran down, then charge it up again(luckily, all my music and video were still present). Today, I tried once again to hook it up. This time, the "Connected/Eject before disconnecting" screen appeared, so I figured it was working(that didnn't happen last night, it just froze immediatly). Unfortunately, I was wrong. It still hasn't shown up in iTunes, and now, it's frozen again!

SVG saved in Illustrator won't show up on Chrome and is blowing up on Safari
Hello. First time here, so bear with me in case I'm doing something wrong.
So, I have to create almost 500 maps for this wine store website. They want the maps to be SVG files, because their website is responsive, so SVG would be the format that goes along with every platform without losing quality.
I was saving all the directly from Illustrator, but when I opened up those SVGs, the objects were completely out of the artboard. So I exported all the artboards in EPS format and used a batch action script to open each one and save as SVG.
That seemed to work. But when I took the files for them to upload in their website using Magento, the images weren't showing in Chrome and were blown up in Safari, completely oversized in relation to the original artboard size. This all happened in iOS, if it's of any importance.
Now, I don't understand nothing about coding or anything, so I was wondering if there's something I could do in Illustrator to prevent this from happening.

My website won't show the fonts I've selected
I've created a website using several different fonts (Vivaldi, Palitino Linotype, Garamond, etc.), however none of them show up in "Live View" or when I publish the site. The fonts are visible in the "Design View" though in DW. I've looked at it on three different computers. I am able to see various fonts that are on other web sites, so it's not my browser or anything. I change the fonts in CSS (i'm using Dreamweaver CS6). Do I need to code something in the <head> section. This is like the LAST issue, small but major at the same time... Please help me. Thanks a lot!
Practically every personal computer has a set of fonts installed. These fonts are usually put there by the computer manufacturer or are the default sets of fonts for the operating system that computer is using. It's possible to install additional fonts on your own. However, not all font sets are created equal. Different computers can have very different sets of fonts installed, and most casual computer users never know the difference. When you are designing a Webpage, you need to keep this in mind. If you decide to use a font on your page that a visitor doesn't have, that font will render differently (and often unattractively) on the visitor's machine. Use Web safe fonts. As computing evolves, considerations for the Web have taken effect for modern operating systems and Web browsers. Among these considerations is a list of Web safe fonts that Web designers can use to make sure their fonts render properly. Web safe fonts are a set of highly common fonts that come installed on just about every computer out there.
Alternate way can be use fonts as an image:
When you use an image editor like Photoshop, The GIMP, or even MS Paint, you can create images that use any font you like. Put the image on your page and it will look the same on a visitor's computer as it does on yours. Below is an image that uses three non-Web-safe fonts that came pre-installed on my Macbook.

Ipod touch won't show up in itunes and sync since system upgrade
I have an ipod touch, version 4.3.5, and I can't sync it to my MacBook Pro any more. When I plug it in, it shows up as a device in iphoto, but not in itunes
. I have tried re-starting both, and using different ports, to no avail. Any suggestions? I recently upgraded the laptop to leopard, and this is the first time I've tried to sync the ipod since then.Try here:

Do not overlook the Additional Information paragraph. It applies to Snow Leopard only.
Also, downgrading the iOS is not supported by Apple. -
I recently got a brand new charger from my local Apple Store. When I got home and plugged it into my charger on my computer nothing happened. It chargesbut it doesn't show the charging sign or make the sound that says its charging. It takes my iPod touch at least 4-5 hours to fully charge. I would just like some tips on what to do. I have tried resetting my iPod and I've tried just getting a new charger, but nothing works. If anyone knows anything that might help I will very much appreciate it. Thank you

(IPhone 5S) Music won't show up on PC and Can't get songs on pc to Phone
Recently I bought a new computer (Windows 8.1). I used to be able to connect my iPhone into my laptop (same operating system) and my music would go into my phone. With my new computer I cannot get the songs from my phone into my computer. I also imported 2 CD's into the new computer but can't get the songs onto my phone. The new Itunes update made everything more confusing. Now I can't seem to navigate through anything. What can I do? Thanks for the help.
Delete iTunes following this set of instructions http://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT1925 and reinstall iTunes from a fresh download.
Make sure you follow the sequence of uninstall processes before reinstalling.

My Ipod won't show up on Itunes and tells me that it is either not responding or disconnected
It started right after I upgraded both Itunes and my Ipod touch. The sync tab no longer appears in itunes and when I run a diagnostic, it does not seem to find the ipod. I've restarted the ipod, the apple and ipod service on the computer, uninstalled and reinstalled Itunes twice, and tried using a different computer to check to see if it is the cable itself but nothing seems to be helping!

However, after your remove the Apple software components also remove the iCloud Control Panel via Windows Programs and Features app in the Window Control Panel. Then reinstall all the Apple software components

paying special attention to item #5
- New cable and different USB port.( You said "different computer to check to see if it is the cable itself " but I do not understand what a new computer has to do with the cable)
- Run this and see if the results help with determine the cause

This is not the easiest sight to sign up for and submit a question. However my external drive switched from g drive to f. As I downloaded the new version of itunes it won't change from g drive to f drive when I click the button to change. It just says g drive is unavailable to download itunes which I already aware of but it won't let me browse and find the right drive my external drive is on. It won't configure or anything what do I do?
