NoScript isn't what you want here. If you wish to block advertisements on websites you can use the Firefox addon called Adblock Plus:

I just backed up my mac to an external hard drive using Time Machine. What would happen if I turn Time Machine off and then plug the external hard drive back into my computer?
What I am ultimately wanting to do is make more room on my computer by backing up all of my files onto the external hard drive and then deleting them off of my computer. However, neededing to be able to retrieve them from the external hard drive later down the road.
From what I have read and am trying to understand, is that I probably shouldn't have used time machine. I need to use the external hard drive like a basic flash drive where I can put things on and get things off without having it automatically update through time machine everytime I connect it to my computer.

Dont suffer the tragedy other people make, buy another or 2 more HD, theyre cheap as dust.
The number of people who have experienced terror by having a single external HD backup is enormous. One failure that WILL HAPPEN, and kaput,......all gone!
Dont do it, its all about redundancy, redundancy, redundancy.

Deleting them off your computer is fine....having only ONE copy is extremely BAD.

Hard drives aren't prone to failure…hard drives are guaranteed to fail (the very same is true of SSD). Hard drives dont die when aged, hard drives die at any age, and peak in death when young and slowly increase in risk as they age.
Never practice at any time for any reason the false premise and unreal sense of security in thinking your data is safe on any single external hard drive. This is never the case and has proven to be the single most common horrible tragedy of data loss that exists.
Many 100s of millions of hours of lost work and data are lost each year due to this single common false security. This is an unnatural disaster that can avoid by making all data redundant and then redundant again. If you let a $60 additional redundant hard drive and 3 hours of copying stand between you and years of work, then you've made a fundamental mistake countless 1000s of people each year have come to regret. -

The Mac Pro - the desktop computer - does not support Airdrop, if that's what you mean.

all of a sudden my iphone stopped charging and you can't hear the music through my ihome iH150 when I connect it to the dock, what can I do to fix the ihome? The ihome does turn on and I already checked for dock possible problems and I don't see anything wrong.
I also have to add that the right earbud only doesn't work on my phone while i'm listening to music. If I'm face timing it's okay. what the heck.

couldn't find the adequate forum. I run win 8.1 and the adobe acrobat dc app on my computer doesn't access the doc cloud. I can´t turn the mobile link on. I can access the cloud from my browser, but not from the desktop app. I can access from my mobile app.
Can you please post a screenshot of your Acrobat DC when launched, without opening a PDF?

I have a Panasonic camcorder PV-GS65 and I used to be able to connect to my iMac and my machine would automatically recognize the camera, rewind the tape, and start the import process as soon as I turned the device on and it was connected. Now my iMac does not even see my device

The cars head unit is merely acting as an interface to the apps on the device.
If you want to use those apps in the car, plug the device in and leave it plugged in. -

Please see the bold. If you're out of icloud storage, then you won't be able to backup to icloud unless you purchase more storage, but yet you said you backup to icloud.
If you really did backup to icloud no data would be loss - sounds to me that it didn't backup since you had no more free icloud storage space.

He agreed with me. He then said why don’t you join Platinum Account, and he can update the $1,000 to the account. I said, OK. Then about January 2, $1,000 was in the Platinum Account. I am starting to do some Wedding videos, and I just noticed that the $1,000 credit wasn’t there. What happened to my $1,000? Oh by the way, your Update Status only goes back to December and not back to July.

Normally simply pressing them should do what you want, F10 to mute; F11 to decrease volume; F12 to increase volume. However, it's possible that you have a box ticked in Keyboard preferences which modifies the behaviour of the keys, requiring you to also hold down the Fn key (bottom left key on the keyboard) to enable the function.
Check System Preferences>Keyboard to makes sure the box indicated in the image isn't ticked.

This is a very minor thing...but I'm curious. My podcasts are all listed nicely in alpha order on the Ipod bit of the phone. But sometimes you get the grey separator for each letter (like in the album list)...and sometimes you don't. Why's that then?
