Websphere 5.0 and working with JSF??

I looked through all the postings and saw where a lot of people are not able to run JSF in Websphere. Has anyone gotten it to work at all??
I have been trying for awhile now and cannot get even a textfield to show up. I was also having problems in Tomcat 4 but by using this link...http://java.sun.com/j2ee/javaserverfaces/docs/Deployment_Guide.html...I was able to get Tomcat 4 working perfectly (which should be the Websphere equivalent). Of course everything works great in Tomcat 5 but that does not help. Thanks for any help :).

I got the guessNumber sample to work on Websphere. I also was able to implement some screens
on Websphere.
Please ensure that you have the following in web-inf/lib directory.

In addition, you will also need the Apache commons libraries. You can extract them from the
JSF Beta samples WAR file.
I also encountered strange problems in the beginning, but once I ensured that the correct versions
of all libraries were in WEB-INF/lib, then I was able to implement some screens.

If you are new to JSF, then I'd try and simplify the environment in which you are working as the first step to achieving a successful outcome.
JSF 1.2 is a certified and well tested component of WLS, so we know it works. I'm not sure of the effect of all those additional modules you are adding in there -- it appears as if you have gotten a Faces implementation instantiated, but there could be some form of version difference/conflict since it can't find a method its looking for.
Using Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse (http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/oepe/oepe_11115.html) you can build yourself out a pretty simple JSF application to get started from and deploy it to a WLS server. This would remove all the additional libraries you currently have, provide you with a bundled applicaton to deploy and give you a pretty good environment from which you can learn and experiment with JSF.

Usually the resolution is updating the Apple Mobile Device Driver. See the section labeled Verify that the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver is installed > For Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8 > Update the Apple Mobile Device Driver.

Finally got through to tech support and found someone who seemed to know what was going on, he walked me through and using appleid.applesupport got me to a point where i could get a new password for the apple id that kept showing up.

If the clips are not actually missing, you could try to refresh the timeline by using cmd-0 and then going to the timeline options tab. Then select name only where it says "thumbnail display". Press ok to accept the change, then repeat the process to add thumbnails back to your timeline.

a best practice to is to never have any computer program (including iPhoto) delete the photos from the card but to import the photos and keep them and then after at least one successful backup cycle has completed and then reformat the card -- I use three very large (32 GB) cards in rotation so I do not reformat for typically a year or more giving me one more long term backup of my photos
Back up your iPhoto library, Depress and hold the option (alt) and command keys and launch iPhoto - rebuild your iPhoto library database

Yes you can. In iPhoto create a Album with the photos you want in it. You can drag them from your Events folder. In iTunes with your iPad connected go to Photos by cliking on your iPad. You can then select the album or events you want.

What are the steps i need follow to install and work with omniportlets.

1.PDK-Java software, PortalTools (OmniPortlet & Web Clipping), and common libraries

Is there any additional softwares needed.

working with omni portlets they given two installation methods.
1. the preconfigured standalone OC4J with OracleAS PDK.
2 Iinstall OracleAS Portal as part of the Oracle Application Server release, then most of the configurations are already done.
I have
OS: Redhat Linux 4

Microsoft Silverlight does not install on Firefox 5. It is installed and works with Internet Explorer 9. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it but it still says it's missing when I try to play a video online. I am running Windows 7, 64bit on a Sony laptop

unable to play video on www.iranibash.com, it says that MS Silverlight is not installed. But it is installed and works with IE9. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin but it still says it's not installed in Firefox 5. When I try to install it, it says installation failed.

Forgot to mention that it won't play Netflix either.

Goto SE71, enter form name--> click change
1) click in page window command button, Identify the header and footer window
2) single click on Header window and click change button(pencil symbol)
3) identify the fields and change order of the fields

From SPRO do the all steps.
Goto SD-> BASIC functions->Output control->Output determination->Output determination by condition technique->Maintain Output determination for sales documents
Here define all like access sequences, Output types, condition tables and assign them to Program and Forms.
From SE71 copy the script to a Zscript and to modify it to suit your requirements and the same Zscript has to be assigned to Output type, Program in NACE transaction.
