Webview app reject? What enhancements do I need?

Hi there,
I'm going to build an app for my boss, the owner of a restaurant. We recently got a new website with a mobile version and he wants that to be shown in an application. I already did that on android, but on iOS i read something about these apps getting rejected by apple. But in fact, my boss doesn't want/need any further functionalities than the web-content. But he definitely wants an app for that, so the guest can faster see the weeks menu on their phones.
Can you recommend me something i should do, so i can make a simple app that probably doesnt get rejected? Building a new standalone app isnt really an option due to time, money and knowledge lacking

FaceTime:
Check Settings>FaceTime>ON and check Settings>General>Restrictions>FaceTime>ON. There is no icon, on the 4 & 4S FaceTime is accessed through contacts. Go into your Contacts, access the contact you want to FaceTime with and you will see a tab at the bottom of their contact card. You can also access FaceTime by going into your Phone app, select dialling keypad, dial number, press call and an option for FaceTime on the keypad will appear. It should be noted that FaceTime has been removed from iPhones sold in some Middle Eastern countries at the express wish of the respective Governments.
iMessage:

Check that your computer is compatible with Mountain Lion.
To check the model number hold down the option/alt key, go to the Apple menu and select System Information.
MacBook (Late 2008 Aluminum, or Early 2009 or newer) model number 5,1 or higher
MacBook Pro (Mid/Late 2007 or newer) model number 3,1 or higher
Your Mac needs:
OS X v10.6.8 or OS X Lion already installed
2 GB or more of memory (More is better - 4 GB minimum seems to be the consensus)
8 GB or more of available space
If your computer isn't compatible, you might be able to upgrade to Lion.

In my case, i just go to Settings->Itunes & App Store and Sign Out and Sign In again. Then enable all Automatic Downloads (Music, Apps, Books, Updates).
PS: Enable all automatic downloads may not be necessary.

There is nothing that you can do to get rid of the balance on your own. Contact iTunes Store Support and seek their assistance. I believe that they can reset your balance for you.

I have the same problem and I haven't solved it yet. On Friday I plugged in my iPad to my work computer after not having done so for quite a while. Today I went onto the work computer and discovered I had not updated iTunes before plugging in the iPad (and which I cannot do without an administrator password). I guess I will update iTunes and try again when I can get the guy to show up with the password. I hope that works. The reset idea does not work on mine.
Was your iiTunes updated before you tried? Have you found any solution yet? Mail and some internet apps still work but games, notes applications, spreadsheets etc. just begin to open and close immediately.
If anybody has answers I'd love to get some clues.

You need to buy something other than an iPhone, that's what you need to change.
There are NO legitimate sources for apps at all other than the app store. The only exception is apps under development for which you have a valid certificate for testing or are deployed internally using a corporate device management system.

Apple's Comments:

                                  "We found that your app uses one or more non-public APIs, which is not in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines. The use of non-public APIs is not permissible because it can lead to a poor user experience should these APIs change.
We found the following non-public API/s in your app:
_updateView (I have the method name like "_updateView" in my source, can I change the name of the method. Is it works ? )
If you have defined methods in your source code with the same names as the above-mentioned APIs, we suggest altering your method names so that they no longer collide with Apple's private APIs to avoid your application being flagged in future submissions.
Additionally, one or more of the above-mentioned APIs may reside in a static library included with your application. If you do not have access to the library's source, you may be able to search the compiled binary using "strings" or "otool" command line tools. The "strings" tool can output a list of the methods that the library calls and "otool -ov" will output the Objective-C class structures and their defined methods. These techniques can help you narrow down where the problematic code resides."
                                And in my application, I am using the FBConnect, SDWebImage library, and Twitter+oAuth api's. These are non-public api's ? Now, can I integrate Jira (Crash Reporter) to my application? Can anybody solve my issue......

In App purchase - app rejected

Senario--
I have a navigation app in which there are numbers of route, some route are free and some are purchasable with different price (max $3).
The routes are created by user on the go.
To achive this, I categorise all the route into 3 category based on their price range
a) 0-1
b) 1-2
c) 2-3
I created 3 consumable product Id and implemented the In app purchase for the user to buy those routes.
Once the user purchase a route, I update in my native server and he can download it for free for rest of his life as many times.
Apple review team rejected my app citing inappropriate implementation of IAP.
They are asking to maintain unique Product ID for each route.
But it is impossible or rather unrealistic to seat and keep on adding product id for every route a user upload to my server.
Moreover all the Product Id's I made are consumable.
Question 1
What is the proper way to implement IAP to achive my goal

I had even asked the Apple review team if I could use virtual purchase--

It is just like pre paid account-
User buy User Balance or say Account Balance. (real purchase using IAP)
As they go on buying routes user balance get deducted (here comes virtual purchase, i deduct user balance, this is maintain at my native server )
But the Apple team rejected my proposal citing, we need to tell the user why and for what he is paying for.
So how to achive my goal to let user buy routes.
