Weird error message. can anyone help.
i never had a problem burning from my lacie external cd burner. but today i got this error message.
the attempt to burn a disc failed. The device is not accessible, probably because it was removed.
anyone know what it could be? obvioulsy i didnt unplug the Firewire cable while it was burning. any help would be appreciated. thank you.
i reset my PRAM and SMU and now all is well again. sorry i didnt do that before i posted.

When you reinstalled, did you first uninstall, and remove all 5 iTunes related components and any remnant files in either Program Files directory?

the title is self-explanatory. i'm VERY new to flash so i don't understand a lot of the lingo. can anyone give me a simple answer or, better yet, fix the code for me? i'm reading that it usually comes up when there's a child error but i'm not sure how to fix it.

thanks in advance!I'm trying to get my head around this, but here's my shot at it... you have an event listener assigned to navBAR_mc for a mouse over. When the mouseover occurs, you have the following line:
navBAR_mc.setChildIndex(event.target as MovieClip, 1);
Since navBAR_mc is the event.target, it cannot be a child of itself, but I think that's what that line is trying (and failing) to process.
So can you describe what you are trying to do. I would expect that navBAR_mc holds buttons, but based on what I see, it is the button. -
HP Photosmart D110a wont print from HP Pav dv7 laptop, getting weird error msg - can anyone help??
Im running on a Windows Visa Home Premium OS, looks like Service Pack 2, and have not made any system changes to my laptop or upgraded anything recently.
Was able to print fine from my laptop on Monday, but 3 days later Im getting this error message: ""the job failed to print due to an error in the printing system" when trying to print a standard MS Word doc.
I can still get the printer to print fine by using the control panel on the unit itself and requesting to "Run a Wireless Network Test" and also when I've requested a "Print Status Report", "Print Quality Report", etc. But when sending files from the laptop it refuses to work.
If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know - desperate to get this thing back up online but unfortunately Im a tech idiot and havent been able to solve it yet, though Ive searched for hours now it seems.

These errors are typically resolved by performing one or more of the steps listed below:

If the above Support Article does not resolve it... then you have a problem.
Perhaps a Visit to an Apple Store or AASP (Authorized Apple Service Provider) is required..

I wanted to checkout the new version of Adboe Premiere Elements 10 for doing some film editing so I downloaded the Trial Version using the Adobe Download Manager. Upon installation, I double-clicked the Elements icon and after a few seconds of trying to open, I get the following:
After surfing the web, I followed several steps to ensure I had all of the latest drivers for audio/video components and the latest version of QuickTime. I uninstalled and re-installed Elements 10 and ensured that my virus protection was turned off.
I am still getting the same error.
Can anyone help?

Run Disk Utility located in /Applications/Utilities before trying to upgrade to Lion in case the startup disk needs repairing.

Do you have icloud account? You need firstly turn off find my iphone (by go to icloud.com -->sign in --> go to "Find my iphone" and erase your iphone in it). And then you restore your iphone with DFU mode.
When you erase your Find my iphone and if you can not restore, your iphone has a problem with hardware.
