Weird issue, help is needed

Device tell me to delete some SMS messages to remain SMS receiving even I have 25 SMS. This issue is weird. At least the option 99+ SMS should be available.
So, what should I do know??

By the way, device is OS6.

Had this weird issue...Need help!!!

I got this issue, where user was not able to apply leaves on HR portal, which he was able to apply in past.
We did our analysis and found some roles were end dated by background job.
We extended the validity of the roles which were end dated, but he was still not able to apply for leaves.
Then I was suggested to remove the roles of users and assign them back and it worked.
Not sure why and how it got resolved....need help in understanding what happened here

Then we can only speculate.
A possible speculation is buffering and some non-authorization attributes attached to the role, such as personalization keys. Some selects wait for the buffers to roll, others bypass buffering when selecting data which might have changed. This would mean that it was just timing that SU01 seemed to work, or SU01 triggered the bypassing of the buffer after the change but PFCG did not.
Anyway, as long as it worked in the end... :-)

IPhone 4 issues- help desperately needed.

Recently updated my iPhone 4 to iOS 5 and I've had nothing but problems. Firstly the backup I did before the update won't restore to my phone so I've lost everything and now I can't access the Internet unless I'm connected through my wifi. Messages also seem to take forever to send and my battery life is terrible. What I really want is to go back to before the update, I know this won't restore the stuff I've lost but might help with the running of the phone. Although I suppose at some point I would have to update again so I'll settle for ways to fix my growing list of issues. Many thanks for any help you can give.

Nevermind! This puzzling scenario was conquered! The beast is slain! Turns out, I had to trick the app by selecting it, then scrolling up and loading more messages, and then select random smaller texts in the past and delete them all at once. Who knew? Success tastes delicious.

Very Weird Sleep Issues - Help Needed

Hey Everyone,
I've been having some really weird issues with my iMac G5 lately. It will randomly go into sleep mode. Sometimes it'll do it once every hour or so, other times it will do it every 30 seconds, there is no rhyme or reason to it. I've obviously checked all my settings and the iMac has recently been to the shop to fix something else, but this new problem has developed over the last few weeks. It never crashes or freezes, it will just go into sleep mode and when I press a button it will turn back on. Working with video, this becomes the slightest bit annoying while trying to edit and such. So any help would be greately appreciated. And just as a side note: the computer is all updated, I'm running 10.3.9, and I believe my iMac is first gen (I don't think its the power problem they speak of because mine was just in shop for that issue)

Johnny, a SMU reset usually solves a number of power issues including sleep issues. If you go to this link it will detail all power problems. In step # 10 it refers to the SMU reset button and this is what you want to reset. The main part of the link is for when your Imac won't turn on at all, good reading but the SMU reset will probably fix your problem. Let us know, Bob :~))

In testing 9 and X, "Compare Docs" we have a critical issue and really need help!

For years we have used Acrobat 7 to do PDF compares and we love it! However, the company recently advised we must upgrade to 9 and then eventually to X. In testing 9 and X, Compare Docs we have a critical issue and really need help. Our PDFs are produced by IT in a batch process and one of our main, critical functions is to compare previous PDFs to current PDFs; however, in using 9 the Compare screen automatically sets the Doc Description for our PDFs to "Scanned Doc" and does not produce any differences! If you try to change the setting to Reports --it totally shuts down both documents without running! Version 7 runs the compare of the same PDFs beautifully, pointing out all the differences, as usual! Has this every happen to anyone? Do you know what we can do to our PDFs to allow version 9 to do the compare and produce results? Why is 9 treating these non-scanned PDF docs as such? Thanks so much for any help or insight you can give me on this issue!

Production Issue in Barcoding - Need Help

One of our plant reported that there is a serious production
issue and they are not able to dispatch or receive goods. We
understand that the plants are getting 'ABAP Runtime Error' in
the hand held scanner and when we looked at the last transports,

Having a weird issue with my assign after java embedding

I'm having a weird issue with my assign activity, i am using a Java Embedding wherin i access a variable and assign it some data, later in next step when i try to assign some other data to this same variable in assign activity i get a Error message as below.

Weird issue. Captivate 6 not letting me select a script for an Advanced Action

Hi, So i'm facing this really weird issue on a captivate 6 project that i built. I need to add an Advance Action on a slide Exit action. This was previously set as "Continue" and now I want to set this to "Execute Advanced Action" (an Advanced Action script that I just wrote). The thing is that when I change the On Exit property to "Execute Advanced Actions", I am not able to select a script from the "Script" dropdown. I've tried everything from:
changing machines and doing this on different computers with Captivate 6
Making copies of the file and trying those
Closing Captivate and Restarting my computer
Ensuring that the slides are not locked
but can't seem to figure this out. Also funnily, if I try to set the On Exit property of let's say slide 67 as "Execute Advanced Actions" (when it was previously just "Continue"), all other slides are also changing to this, meaning the On Exit property for all other slides has also been changed from "Continue" to "Execute Advanced Actions".
I've been stuck with this for the last 6 hours and can't figue this out.
Please Help!!!

If this is the same file you were having issues with before where we suspected corruption, then I'd have to say this probably confirms it.

Usually the fix is to copy all slides into a new blank shell project of the same size to try and strip out the corruption issue.

However, since you are on a Cp version earlier than 7.0.1, please note that this will also strip out all of your current advanced actions as well (which also might be where the corruption is anyway).
Your issue is actually quite rare. I cannot guarantee you that Cp 7 would never do the same thing, but one advantage of Cp7 is that you can try copying and pasting slides into a new shell project and it WILL bring along the advanced actions and variables as well. So I definitely think it's worth downloading the trial version of Cp7, upgrading with the Cp 7.0.1 patch and giving it a go to see if that fixes your issue.
Alternatively, if you haven't got lots of time-consuming Advanced Actions to recreate, just paste all slides into a new shell project and recreate them. It's probably not going to take that long if it's only one project file.

Having some weird issues with logic 8

i am almost Positive! that i pushed some buttons or selected something to mess it up, i would be indebted to anyone who can help me with like three issues i'm having
I run my M-audio mobile pre into logic and am having these issues:
#1. track 1 and two seem to be tied together even though i select mono tracks... so i need to leave track two blank otherwise it interferes with whatever is on track one. and on the bar where i drag the loop i was using it has two O's that make like a vinn diagram symbol.
#2. the volume controll (the bottom left fader one) can increase the Db but not decrease...
#3 through my headphones the signal only comes out the right side. i am inputting my guitar/vox into the right input on the mobile pre, but i thought if the tracks were mono, it wouldn't matter.
please please please help, i need to get recording soon!

i figured out the volume issue, with the weird stereo track, i needed to adjust it on both tracks (even though one was empty haha duh)

i decided to write an email to apple directly for I'm not satisfied with the dealer here in istanbul / turkey.
i am not so sure if this issue ever happened to some other iMac users…my screen is alive!
i bought my iMac 27" (late 2009) from a friend. after i took it home and spent a couple of days i noticed that there was something unusual on the bottom right corner of my screen.
it was like a triangular white detail under the glass cover…i thought that it was sort of a label or etc.
after a couple of days i saw it growing and occupying a bigger area!
for the warranty was expired i took it to a technical service store to take the glass out and see what it was…
it was sort of a plastic tape probably used for insulating the ips panel to keep it safe from dust or etc.
the tech guy first offered me to paint it black with a permanent pen if it was only a visual disturbance but after my high tone "no" , grabbed a blade, trimmed and peeled it off for it was on the screen blocking the portion. then i took it home…
2 days later it was there again…bigger…
i assume its made of a material that enlarges or expands itself by the heat produced within the machine…then i took the glass of as the tech guy did and gently trimmed it myself and peeled it off…
2 days later…it was there, even bigger….this material is alive and growing! to get rid of the problem it caused i have done the same once more…nothing changes…it runs on the screen and blocking my pixels on the bottom right corner…
i do believe it is going to grow since theres no material left by my butching. and as we lose the material we do lose the function. the inner screen behind the panel gets dirty because the mutant isolation tape doesn't do its only work but kidding with me. this may sound stupid but the issue is extremely annoying.
although my iMac is out of warranty, i do believe it has nothing to do with the usage. the material itself has production faults.
as an enthusiastic apple user, i now ask apple to solve my problem from the core and replace this mutantly behaving screen for my mental health and satisfaction as a loyal customer.
no other issue would make me go mad, but this one is sitting in front of me everyday smiling psychopaticly on my face. by the way i believe my 1TB HDD also needs a replacement, cause it sort of screams and working very soundly. The HDD replacement program seems to cover this second problem of mine.
please help me with my weird issues, for i can not work with my old beloved machine anymore.

A few weird issues with my Z2 and charging !

My Z2 is having some really weird issues (not exactly issues but still)
1) If i am using magnetic charger and if i am charging from less than 15%, it takes like 8hrs to get to 50% or near 50%. But if i am using the normal chager, i am able to get 100% in around 2ish hrs from 15%.I am facing this magnetic charging issue only if the battery % is less than 15%. I use the same charger for both cables. Both cables are original sony products. If the initial battery charge is greater than 15%, then magnetic charger works normally and charges up fast...But if its less than 15%, then it acts weird.
2) I am able to get 270 Rotation on the desktop screen ONLY when the phone is being charged. Even though i have the auto rotation ON, it doesnt change the rotation in the app drawer or on the initial screen. Once i connect the phone to charge, it can rotate to any side.
3) The Super Vivid mode gets resetted to NONE randomly.... Why is this ?

2) that is normal if you want the home launcher to rotate without the need of the dock or magnetic cable you'll need to download a third party home launcher.

.exe version issues HELP

I've just finished projects with a bit of animation and some
branching that I facilitated with additional buttons and
duplication. Published for the web it works perfectly. My
instructor (I am a student with a co op in elearning) has asked for
an .exe version to present, and I'm having issues with that. Some
animation is freezing ( made with FLASHCS3 but just simple things
w/little AS3),in addition, the problem that some animation slides
with buttons are proceeding on their own. The navigation I added to
my "review" slides with buttons aren't pausing the animated slides
at all. Most difficult is that the issues vary ( so I can't just
alter certain slides)The branching elements are fussy,too...
sometimes the buttons stick, sometimes the branching is ignored and
a slide plays the next duplicate slide when it shouldn't (it should
branch to a designated slide). The other format works perfectly.
HELP I need a quick fix...I have a fast computer with enough
memory, good graphics card, updated drivers, and updated adobe and
microsoft everything...running vista sp1---So I know It must be
me...How can I get this in shape to run ASAP?

First thing I'd do is take out anything that uses AS3.
Captivate 3 doesn't
understand it ... and who knows, maybe that's messing
everything up for you.
Typical troubleshooting here would be to strip out anything
remotely
'exotic' and publish. If that works, keep adding things back
in until
something breaks.
The easiest way you could approach this might be to
copy/paste your current
project into a new one, one slide at a time, publishing and
testing between
slides. Once you know what bits break your published file it
will be easier
to figure out what needs to be fixed.

Flex 4.5 weird issue

I have encountered a weird issue after I migrated my application from flex 3.5 to flex 4.5.
In our application, we have 3 kind of views, View, ChartView and StackedView, the later extends the former one, let's say, in ChartView we have
<local:View...>....</local:View>, in StackedView we start with <local:ChartView>. We config the view type in the database as View.swf, ChartView.swf and StackedView.swf. The problem here is for example, if I load a view with StackedView.swf and change to a view with ChartView.swf, some of the components will not initialized, we get runtime exception like

We debugged into the code, and found that the exception occoured before the parent component is initialized. Actually the parent(or the parent's parent) component's height or width is NaN.
By the way, if we load ChartView.swf directly, everything works perfectly.
And I just solved the problem by spliting the 3 type of views, say, keep the View.swf, comibine the code from View.swf with ChartView.swf to a new ChartView.swf, the same to StackedView.swf, which now combines 3 type of views' code.
Though the problem is solved, but everyone can see it's not an elegent way, and the maintenence cost is high.
I suspect it is something related to load module or unload module, seperating the 3 type of views just make sure they didn't share something.

Use the profiler to see what is hanging onto the old memory. But my main point is not about memory. It is about sizes. An empty container has no default size. When it gets a child it often picks the child size, and then if that child is removed and another child is provided, instead of picking that new child’s size, it might still use the old child’s size, and that might cause the new child to layout at a different size than if it was the first child.
