Weirdest Thing. Don't know what's going on. Help!
So this isn't really a huge deal, it's just kind of annoying and also makes me a little worried that something else might be wrong that might be a problem.
I'm not sure how to explain it, so I'll say it the best way I can. Every time my mouse pointer passes the middle of my display the display moves up and down. So like, if my mouse goes toward the bottom half of the screen, once it hits the middle of the display, the screen moves up ever so slightly. If I move the mouse toward the top, the display moves down. It's so slight that I didn't even notice it much, but if I look at my dock and the bottom of my internet browser, it's definitely noticeable. Also, the things on my page become slightly blurry if my mouse goes above the middle of the display, and becomes clearer if I pull it to the bottom.
Does any of that make sense? It's so weird and I'm pretty sure it just started happening in the past couple days. I can try to explain it further if needed.

Your display is zoomed in slightly.
Open System Preferences +Universal Access+ pane Seeing tab. Make sure Zoom is turned off. You may have inadvertently enabled it with a keystroke.

I also would remove uTorrent. You can get adware/malware and other junk from a Torrent download. -
When copying pic from iPhoto 09 to a file, to burn a CD, after 35 photos it stops copying and I get "Unable to create/users/dividrublesr/ documents/I don't know what is going on. Forgive me for any mistakes, I am a first timer.
Given that the file is selected then the next possibility is that you're exporting two files with the same name. When you do this the export breaks down as the second file would overwrite the first. Check the filenames.

I don't know what is going on with the White Balance (WB) and LR. I had no problem before but recently LR started to change the WB as it is importing photos. I checked the color scale for my photos and LR and both are with sRGB. Now instead of LR changing the WB it is giving me a second copy with a new WB. Your advise is very much needed and appreciated. Thank you.
Can you show us a screen capture of this 2nd copy with a new WB in your Lightroom grid? Thanks

I dropped my ipod 4th generation in water, and I turned it on without knowing that it might never turn on again. I don't know what to do, pleae help me!!!
You could well be looking at a new iPod, but this will only cost you a couple of bucks, and a little time. Worth trying, but it maybe to late, (I just don't want to give you any false hope.) Turn your iPod off and leave it off, do not attempt to charge it or use until you dry your iPod out. Put it in a sealed bag of rice for at least 7 to 10 days. change the rice daily. If (and it's a "BIG" if) your lucky after drying the iPod it will start up when you turn on the power. You may need to charge it for at least 30 minutes to get some signs of life. If it does not turn on after charging attempt a reset, press and hold both the power and home buttons together for about 15 seconds until the Apple logo appears, then release both buttons. If your iPod turns on, check that all is working. If you get it to work the first thing you should be is back up everything on your iPod to your computer, no guarantee it will continue to work. Water does bad things to electronic toys. If it doesn't work your only out a couple of bucks, then it's time for new toys. You may want to look at replacing with a refurbished iPod, about 1/2 of new. Please the first thing you should do is to restart your device. Go the sleep wake button and hold down on it for 4-5 seconds waiting for the 'slide to shut off' message to appear. Once the device is turned off go ahead and restart the device. If this does not resolve the issue then go to the area on the front of your device to the app that reads 'settings' from settings>general>reset>reset network settings. Clicking on reset network settings will not erase any data only will reset the network settings apart of your iphone., Once the reset has completed you will then need to go back to settings to wi/fi and plug in the name and password of your wi/fi prior to using it.

I couldn't find the edit button on my original post so I am posting an update here.
I have gone through more apps and have had good luck on all but one more. And it's not that the app doesn't work, I am talking about the Yahoo Weather app, It works fine, but when you swipe between cities the screen lags a bit and it sometimes doesn't move between pages the way it should. On iOS 7.1.2 it was smooth as butter but on iOS 8.0, not so much. I will post a note in the app store to let them know. I really like the Yahoo app better than the new stock app.
I have been going through my games and they all work fine. Angry Birds (Original and Stella), Canabalt, Minecraft, Bejeweled 2, Silly Walks, PopWords, Doodle Jump, Deep Green all seem to work just fine.
Starbucks app works as it should.
I will stop back again next week after I have had the weekend to play with it in detail and post my thoughts again. -

Error 49 occurs while updating the application , when Creative Cloud app does not have reference / Access to installed CC app, so that it can apply updates for the same .

hello everyone...I got my very first macbook pro just today and i have a problem deleting the "test" user account. if i can't delete it, the system won't let me turn off the system. I don't know what to do! HELP!!!!
Have you created another admin user? Go to system preferences click users and click the + to add a user; if you haven't already. Once you have another admin user other then the "test" user make sure you're signed out of the test user account. Sign in with the alternate ADMIN USER that you just created or had created already and go back to SYSTEM PREFERENCES and click the same USERS icon near the bottom. Now select the TEST user and click the - sign. This should prompt you if your sure you want to delete the user account. And your done.
New User created and Test User deleted... I hope this helps. -

When you have kernel panics, the pertinent information is in the panic report.
These instructions must be carried out as an administrator. If you have only one user account, you are the administrator.
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.
In the Console window, select
DIAGNOSTIC AND USAGE INFORMATION ▹ System Diagnostic Reports
(not Diagnostic and Usage Messages) from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar.
There is a disclosure triangle to the left of the list item. If the triangle is pointing to the right, click it so that it points down. You'll see a list of reports. A panic report has a name that begins with "Kernel" and ends in ".panic". Select the most recent one. The contents of the report will appear on the right. Use copy and paste to post the entire contents—the text, not a screenshot.
If you don't see any reports listed, but you know there was a panic, you may have chosen Diagnostic and Usage Messages from the log list. Choose DIAGNOSTIC AND USAGE INFORMATION instead.

Okay. The other day my iPod froze so just I reset it. Then when I turned it on again the apple appeared and then after that a folder with an "!" appeared and this kept repeating but then eventually turned off.
So now I hooked my iPod up the computer to see if the songs would upload back on it, but it kept doing the apple and then folder thing. Every once in while the "do not disconnect" would show up but then it would just go back to the apple - folder thing. Every once in a while I saw a battery with an "!" which I'm guessing it means no battery even though the iPod is hooked up to the computer.
Does anybody know what the heck is going on or if I can fix it?
Also I'm guessing that me not being able to update my iPod is a contributing factor (because our freaking security thing wouldn't allow me to download updates). But now I think I figured out a way to update it but my iPod is freaking out.Make sure you have all updates installed, run Disk Utility and repair permissions.
Otherwise if that does not help, and you are using the factory install of Tiger, I would recommend backing up your files & doing a custom reinstallation.
