Welcome videos not playing
None of the welcome screen tips & technique videos play in Photoshop and I have an extremely fast Internet connection. What is going on?
Sorry for the delay. Still having issues only on one machine. Works perfectly on my home computer running Windows 8, but still not working on my work computer running Windows 7. Didn't have issues until Adobe updated to CS 2014. A fix would be greatly appreciated. Probably important to note that my ISP is actually faster in my office than at home so I know for sure that it's not a speed issue.

Embedded MP4 videos not playing in iOS Safari
Hi everyone,
I'm having a problem with embedded MP4 videos (e.g. YouTube videos) not playing correctly in Safari. When I try to play one, I get one of two problems:
1. On my (first gen) iPad, Safari usually crashes.
2. On my iPhone 4, videos will load but only play audio, not video, though when I tap on the screen the "play" and "pause" symbols appear.
Has anyone else run into this problem? Or know how to fix it?

MikeOk, I fixed it. Go to some embedded Flash video, click to run and then right click to get Global Settings for Flash. Go into Storage and make sure you aren't blocking any data from being stored on your computer. At the very least choose the "ask me" setting. (For good measure I also went into Advanced and clicked to Delete All Data associated with Flash. But when I restored Block for data storage the videos stopped working, so that seems to be the answer.) I'd be interested to hear if this works for others.

Why are my videos not playing the right way up
I took four video clips while on a trip this week. Two are oriented the right way (playing wide on the device and imported correctly). The other two are Tall and not oriented right. Orientation is 90 degrees to the right. I don't know why this is happening on occasions. Even some pictures I took did the same **** thing. It's weird. And I can't figure it out. The camera is held the way I want the pictures and videos to be recorded and played but something internal is turning these videos and pictures 90 degrees clockwise.

U310 Touch - Videos not playing after 8.1 Update
Hello,
I have updated from Windows 8 to 8.1 and updated all my drivers on my U310 Touch.
However, I seem to have a problem with web based videos not playing videos on the internet.
This seems to happen on every kind of web browser, including IE, Firefox, Chrome, and even Steam.
If anybody knows how to fix this problem, that'll be great.
Thanks in advance.Since the upgrade to 8.1.1 my iPhone 6 stopped recognising the fingers I had stored. I've deleted and addrd them again (which went as norma) and it still has problems recognising them. Seems very intermittent now, whereas before this upgrade was very reliable.

You tube videos not playing on safari, my flash player is up to date, i tried to refresh, quit safari, again tried to play, but every time it shows "an error has occurred, please try again later". I did almost everything to make it work but its not working... help needed
Try deleting the cache and cookies for YouTube.

Video not playing in Viewer during some assets, only audio until paused. once you hit the space bar or pause, the video shows up in viewer? same results when burnd to disc.
when dragging cursor through out timeline (track 1) video shows up in viewer fine too.
any advice on what could be wrong?
at first i was thinking this was a memory problem, i added another Gig of ram and the problem still exhists.

It's a kind of bug in DVDSP Simulator. If you build your project in your hard drive and test it with DVD Player all video will play fine.
I would like to tell you where exactly the problem is located, but it's just a Simulator problem.
Try building your project.

That may be a problem with the VLC plugin. VLC has never worked for me properly on the occasions that I've tried it on Windows and Linux, so I have stop using it. There are usually other plugins or media players available that work better.
What kind of media files are that?
For WMP files you can install the new Windows Media Player plugin you can also try RealPlayer and QuickTime if it is about media that those programs can handle to see if that works better.

Facebook videos not playing on iPad Air(safari browser)
Why do my Facebook videos not play in iPad Air(safari browser) but same video play nicely on iPhone 4(safari browser). It asks me to download flash player to play on iPad but plays fine on iPhone without giving any prompt to download flash player.
You should not have trouble playing using the FaceBook app.

I am not getting any error and not running on the same side. My problem is showing video on Tranmitter end.

FLV videos not playing correctly in Captivate 6
I am running into an issue where my FLV video is not playing correctly when my Captivate project is exported out and saved to the web. The FLV video is about 20 mins long (~100 MB) and it is being streamed from Kaltura. The FLV video is inputted into the Captivate project as a multi-slide synchronized video across 27 slides. The slides themselves are imported from Powerpoint. The problem that we are running into is that the Captivate project and the FLV video play correctly when viewed with decent bandwidth, but they do not appear to play correctly for users with slower bandwidth. However, if a user views the videos independently of Captivate, they can view the videos correctly, even at slower bandwidth. I have tried hosting the Captivate files on several different webservers, including an LMS. But the issue continues and I'm searching for any type of answers that might help.

Your welcome, if that is the case, then can you try and insert the MultiSlide Video, you can insert the streaming video URL.
You can add the server to you computer as network Drive and then browser to that location, once you do that, the options to add the Video as Streaming can be chose and your Vidoe would remain insync with main playbar, users can play and pause content that way.
See if this can be implemented at your end.

HT201077 What causes videos not playing in photo stream?
Videos in my shared photo stream will not play they will load for a while then play for a second and stop. Anyone know how to fix this?

i have many videos on my ipod including ones bought from itunes and ones that i magically put on myself. the other day my video was playing perfectly. then today i tried to play a tv show that i got off of itunes and it wont play. the play icon shows up in the corner of the screen for a second then dissapears and the screen is left black (like the video is loading) then my ipod proceeds to freeze when i hit any button. it is only with the tv show that i just got. all other videos are working fine except that show(even episodes i had prior to today) i thought that the update would help but it didnt. i havent had the same problem as everyone else though with it freezing after 30 seconds. why wont it work?
