There is no chance at all that you can activate the iPad without the previous user's Apple ID and password. That is the feature of iOS 7 Activation Lock.
Every time I read one of these post, I can't help but think that the user asking about this (in this case - you) was duped into purchasing a stolen device. If the seller was legit, they would have erased the device completely before they sold it.

Yes you can draw it with perspective grid.
Set up perspective grid
Draw a square and rotate it 45°
then drag square into perspective grid
Make a copy by pressing Alt and 5 and moving up
(to measure the distance you could place a copy of the square from step one on one of the sides in perspective grid)
Then use the pen tool to draw the front side by connecting the dots.

I nearly always have my laptop plugged in but on the rare occasions I do use the battery it only lasts a few minutes. Which mac pro configuration - how many can be effectively used

Well, this question has been asked many times before - and I've read the macperformanceguide.com articles - but I can't find any info relating to 2010 Mac Pros or my typical usage. So any advice/links greatly appreciated.
I'll be investing in a Mac Pro soon and really need some solid advice on whether the Quad Core 2.8 Ghz (12Gb ram), Quad Core 3.2Ghz (12 Gb ram) or 8 core 2.4 Ghz (6Gb ram, upgrading later) will be best for my needs.
Typical usage for web design on my Macbook Pro is currently the following running/open at the same time: Wacom tablet driver, time machine, billings, mamp, 2/3 browsers for testing, vmware fusion running windows xp, emails, dreamweaver, smultron/textwrangler, fireworks, photoshop, fontexplorer pro, terminal and gitx, Skype - they all end up open while I'm messing about with files, talking to sub contractors, etc. Any I may well end up with Numbers, Pages, etc open as well. My Macbook Pro (4Gb ram) is ageing and just can't handle everything quickly.
I'm looking for the best system for now and 3 years down the line. I know a lot of software still doesn't make use of multiple cores so the quad cores would seem to be initially a better bet with their faster clock speeds. But I don't know if OS X will automatically allocate threads from different software to different cores - in which case 8 cores would help with the amount of software I'm using at the same time.
Thinking about 3 years from now the 8 core allows me to add more memory but - will the extra investment in the 8 core now provide a real benefit in 2-3 years or will the extra ram potential advantage be negated by heavier, hungrier software requiring faster speeds from other parts of the system.
Which ever system I get, I'll be adding extra hard drives over time, maybe upgrading the graphics card if that becomes necessary. It really comes down to the number of cpus, those extra cores and the extra ram possibilities.

Taking Applications that are inherently single-threaded and running them on multiple processors is a Classic unsolved problem in Computer Science. This means that Applications will only speed up when they are Hand-coded to run speedily on multiple processors. Although the latest version of Photoshop is Finally seeing this treatment, many more mundane Applications will never be done this way.
As long as it remains so (which is likely to be permanently) MegaHertz (processor speed) matters, and once you have a handful of processors MegaHertz matters a lot more than number of processors.
Your list of prospective Mac Pros does not include the Mac you should be considering first, the 6-core 3.33 GHz Westmere, available as a build-to-order option of the four-core mac Pros. It gives you the fastest clock speed of any, and its Hyper-Threading give you 12 effective processing units.
The premium price of an eight-core or 12-core is so large that you could buy another complete Mac Pro for the same price, and use them separately or as a compute-farm.
If you are handy, larger DIMMs (8GB each) are available from reputable third party memory suppliers, and they stand by their correct operation in your Mac with one caveat: They do not play nice with other sizes mixed in. So if you are contemplating large memory size, choose 8GB DIMMs from the start.
Three DIMMs is optimum, but studies are showing that the penalty for running with two DIMMs or four DIMMs is under 5 percent in real-world Applications. So starting with two 8GB DIMMS seems like a good way to go.
With this kind of large compute power, the remaining bottleneck quickly becomes Disk I/O. You should set aside a Boot Drive: a small, very fast Drive that holds only System. Library. Applications, and hidden Unix files including Paging. Users files should be moved to another drive to reduce competition for the Boot Drive. A small VelociRaptor works well for this. A small SSD is even faster.

The latter is easily accomplished using the Drawing Markup tools, which are available in both the free Adobe Reader, and in Acrobat. Copying/pasting text into the PDF is something that you could do using the editing tools that are available only in Acrobat. Note, however, that Acrobat isn't intended to be a text-editing application, so editing there won't be as robust as in an application designed specifically for that purpose. (It's also worth mentioning that you won't be able to alter a PDF if it has document permissions applied that would prevent you from doing so.)

You need to add new fields to cube in Development system and then transport it to production after testing.
Edit cube in RSA1. Add the new infoobjects from right hand directory to left hand pane and assign these new infoobjects to suitable dimensions. Save and activate the infocube. Now go to change update rules for this infocube and do proper mapping of these infoobjects.
Save & activate the update rules.
RSA1-> Transport connection-> select cube, update rules and related objects and create transport request.
After testing is done, give the transport request number to your Basis person and he will do the transports for you.

Bootup holding CMD+r, or the Option/alt key to boot from the Restore partition & use Disk Utility from there to Repair the Disk, then Repair Permissions.
If after reboot that doesn't help...
Open Console in Applications>Utilities & see if there are any clues or repeating messages when this happens.

If you have a Scanner or All-In-One printer/scanner, you can use the software that came with it, or you can use Preview.app to scan your plan. With the scanner connected and powered-on, select Preview > File > Import from... After making the scan, be sure to Save the result in a place you can find again.
Then Launch Pages, Open a Blank Template and Insert > Choose..., and navigate to your scan graphic. The graphic will appear in the new document. If you had a Text Insertion Cursor flashing in a Text Field, you will get the graphic as an Inline Object. If there was no active text field at the time of the insertion, your graphic will be a Floating Object. In either case, you can work with it by adjusting settings in the Wrap Inspector and the Metrics Inspector, or by dragging the corners of the object or the entire object to adjust the placement and size and how any text might wrap around the graphic, or not.
A shorter workflow is to make the scan in Preview, Select the result in Preview, Copy the result in Preview, then Paste into an open Pages document.

We need to configure the SSID in both.. that is under config mode and also under interface..lemme be clear.. the one which we configure under config mode is to configure the SSID.. so configureing SSID alone will not help us in getting the wireless netwok up and running.. so we need t ouse this SSID for radio so that it gets broadcasted... so both are needed.. that is..

I want to do it with out using a multiprovider or virtual cube.
The scenario is ,
I have two cubes -Z_XXX;Z_YYY
Now Based on the client's requirement,(i.e. a report development) I can get all the chracteristics and key figures from cube Z_XXX except one key figure.
Now that keyfigure is available in the other cube (Z_YYY).
Now I want to add this particular characteristic in this Z_XXX cube & I don't want to use multiprovider or something like that.
Please help me.
