I have an IPhone 4S and cannot find FaceTime.
First be sure in Settings>General>Restrictions that both FaceTime and Camera are set to On. Then make sure you have turned FaceTime on in Settings>FaceTime. To make a FaceTime call you go to the contact you want to call and tap the FaceTime button; there is no separate FaceTime icon or app.
Edit: FaceTime is prohibited in certain middle eastern (UAE) countries. If you live in one of these you won't find FaceTime on your phone. -

I've bought a IPhone and I've paid the carrier to unlock the iPhone and they have informed that I need the original ITunes account associated with the Phone.
I've been in touch with the previous owner who is a business and says he can't help. Is this a case that I need the original account or can I use my own ?.
Please help !!!This is the first time I heard that the carrier needs an iTunes account info to unlock the phone. There might be other requirements to meet, but not an iTunes account info.

Help - have an iTunes account on iPad for well over a year. Just bought iPhone 5 and I cannot purchase apps using my account. I am asked to verify my credit card and details but then it rejects them. They are still fine on the iPad. Any ideas?

Backup on iCloud or iTunes only backup your Camera Roll. The other photos should be already on the computer.
Note: Photos are not saved in iTunes, it's only a conduit between your iPhone and your photo managing software on computer.

ONLY the carrier it is locked to can authorize unlocking it. You will have to contact them. Since you are not the original purchaser of the phone and do not have service with whatever carrier it might be locked to, it is highly unlikely you will get it unlocked.
Since it was hacked to unlock it originally, it is highly likely that the phone will become a brick if you attempt to apply a legitimate unlock.
Actually, it is probably already a brick.
There is nothing we can suggest other than to google "iphone dfu mode" and try doing a restore in DFU mode to see if that can bring it back to life. It may. If so, you will then need to work with the carrier it's locked to or sell it and buy a new phone. -

I am not able to see the entire post that you leave, unless I look at it on my phone (email)--I am so sorry. You have no idea how much i appreciate your help. Yes, I see that I can get the later version of OS software, but its not availabe for immediate download. My only options appear to be having it shipped, or going to the store to purchase. And if you know of another way that I can access all of my itunes library music on my new phone withouth using itunes, I would love to hear about it.--thanks and again i am so sorry for frustrating you.

I just got iphone 5c and i am not happy with it. It uses to much data and i don't even know how. I can't get the ringtones i want for my contacts.I got it on my free upgrade but i want to take it back and get something else but where i got it they say i can't because i don't have the earbuds and i have serches or them. now i am suck with a phone i don't like at all until my next upgrade. this is very dishearten
1. If you are this unhappy with that phone, and the lost earbuds is the only thing stopping you from taking it back, why do not just buy some earbuds. That way you can get rid of that phone. It all depend upon how much you want to get rid of that phone.
2. Yet if you are stuck with that iPhone, here is something might help you to control the data usage. By design, iPhones do turn off WiFi when they go dormant. So if a download is in progress and so forth when the phone goes dormant, it will switch to use cellular data, if this setting is left on. Therefore, from multi-sources I have learned that if you keep your iPhone connected to a power source, then it will stay connected to the available WiFi. -
I have multiple apple ids was backing up everything to iCloud from iPhone 5. I just bought iPhone 6 and perform a iCloud restore. I received a message that all files did not restore. How can I restore apps, files manually?
Yes - I connected my phone to my computer / Itunes and went into the apps section, but from there I have no idea how to manage the push notifications. I even tryied going into itunes that is installed on my phone. I still cannot find anyplace to manage these popups. I have also gone into settings - notifiations - and tried turning all notifications for these apps all off but that didnt work either. Any guidance is MUCH appreciated - Im not sure where to go from here.

It is if the initial sign-up is done on an iPhone 4, iPad or iPod touch 4th gen.
