WERE ARE MY PHONE ITS BEEN A WEEK
I placed an order 6 days ago for two samsung galaxy s6 edge . at that time i had already given all my information and numbers to port from my current phone service (t mobile) to at&t . i then waited 3 days before checking online for my order status its still not shipped and said pending . so then i decided to contact at&t costumer service and a lady told me the phone numbers were ported and no need to worry my phone should be delivered shortly . its been 6 days now and i check my status online agin and it still says pending.... WHAT IS GOING ON ...why havent my phones been shipped i already accepted all terms and conditions and contacted a representative a few minutes ago and s till no fix they dont know what is going on.... ive never experienced such a hassle over new service ..my billing cycle for my tmobile bill will go through and i will have to pay two services ? WHATS up with that ,now im feeling the need to cancell my service order with at&t .

I do apologize for the wait on your new phones. Depending on the amount of internal storage on your new devices as well as inventory availability, this could be causing the delay in shipping.
However as soon as your phones ship out, you’ll be receiving an email alert along with the tracking information.

Plug the iPhone into a wall outlet, let it charge for half an hour and then try a reboot by holding both the power and home buttons until the apple logo appears.
If that does not work, take it to an Apple store genius bar to be tested by the technicians. -
Itunes is not updating my podcast. its been 3 weeks now
for some reason itunes is not updating my podcast.
I have made changes to the feed and those changes do not show up when i view in itunes.

as you can see there is a description for the show on the feed but when i view it in itunes it do not show any description for the episode.
its been 3 weeks now. I have verified the feed and it do not show any errors.

AliAlthough on subscribing iTunes is showing the contents of the 'description' tag (I thought it wasn't before. but I could be wrong) the 'itunes:subtitle' and 'itunes:summary' tags are still empty. If you've made the changes, have you uploaded the changed feed?
When you add a new episode to your feed and upload it, it appears immediately for subscribers because their iTunes application reads the feed directly and the Store is not involved.
However because of the huge number of podcasts in the Store (thousands) the Store caches the feed and checks it for updates periodically. For this reason it usually takes 1-2 days for new episodes to appear in the Store: sometimes it can be less, and occasionally the whole process seems to get stuck and it can take several days.
You mention 'new episodes' but there is only one episode in the feed. -

Podcast won't update- I've tried pinging and its been a week
I cannot get my podcast page to update, with either new episodes or the new info that I updated. Its been over a week so far. I've also pinged it multiple times, and it still won't update.

last week i went to thte bank and made a withdrawl for having my iphone activated back only to have found out later that she's no where to find. I hen proceed to check on her on my appfs find my iphone but to no avail for it was noted to have "offline". my closest guess would be on the bank's camera but the people whom i speak with has a lack of initiative to help me out and end up to get involve but a limited and not sufficient enough to satisfy me since i only see me and the tellers pose and i specifically stated to them while i was on line waiting coz i end up making hide and seek to a toddler of one and a half years and boy everytime i shows up my surprise me on a pamplet maybe my only clue to have ended dropping my phone in replave of the pamplet randomly left by one of the customer, she would simply roll her eyes and face on a different direction, we where even like a quick show for everyone who where there waiting as well.
my question is since everytime i checked it always on the offline mode, is there anyway possible to still locate it through her serial/IMEI number or like a special program to detect it. Do i still have a chance to recover after a one week missed siri ? pls. enlighten me for she was my best buddy. thanksThere's no other way to track it other than Find My iPhone. All you can do is wait to see if it ever goes back online. The serial number will only help to identify it as yours if it is ever found, and the IMEI number would only allow your carrier to blacklist the phone so it couldn't be reactivated on their network, if the carrier offers this service.

Left my 6th gen ipod nano in the washer.
Left it by the window for 2 weeks.
Plugged it into itunes, screen was white but connected to itunes. (Could only play from itunes)
Now when i plug it in it just blinks white and does not connect to itunes.
What should i do???(Bought it in January of 2011 if that helps...)

The only legitimate iphone sellers in the Phil are the carriers. You probably bought a gray market phone that was imported from another country. Thus the warranty is not valid in the Phil. The store is probably trying to replace the phone by sending it back to the country they bought it from.
There is nothing Apple or anyone can do here. You will have to wait until the store solves your problem. If they do not, demand a refund. Good luck. -
After 04 months of purchase of iphone 5 the lock button is too hard. At times its not working at all. The phone has been purchased in USA now I'm not getting service in India. After all whats the point in spending so much amount without any service.
The warranty says that Apple may restrict service of an iPhone to the country of sale, and any reliable salesperson will tell you that if you tell them that you plan to use the iPhone in another country. Such service restrictions are common with cellphones and are by no means limited to Apple's phones.
Sorry, but if your iPhone requires service, you will need to send it to someone you know in the US who can get it serviced and then send it back to you.

I had problems with my internet connection and I had called sprint. I was told I had to erase all contacts and settings. I backed it up on iTunes now when I went to restore, first I didnt get half of my apps back (had to go re-download them) and now It shows downloading 43 of 816 photos whenever I go to camera roll. Its been on the numer 43 for 2 days now ?? What should I do or is there anything I can do!
I would let it finish if it's proceeding. Then if they still aren't there, try restoring from backup again (by right-clicking on the name of your phone on the left panel of iTunes and selecting Restore from Backup, then choosing your most recent backup to restore from). Suggest you go to iTunes preferences and on the Devices tab check "Prevent...from syncing automatically". This will prevent iTunes from automatically syncing when you connect your phone and overwriting the backup you are trying to restore to.

Yes, Tom Wu of Stanford wrote a paper on something called Secure Remote Access Protocol. It's a form of Asymetric Key Exchange and has nothing to do with hacking anything. It's actually intended to protect data. -

That means that your backups are done to iCloud overnight. The phone must be left plugged in and wifi turned on.
If you are shutting your phone off at night - this is the reason for backups not being done. -
I am using Iphone 5. SInce the last 3 weeks the phones has been acting weird. on dialling a call it get hung on disconnecting it stays on the call ending screen only. this happens for atleast 5 to 7 minutes and then it gets to normal or the other way is to turn the device off and then turn it on. the phones also running slow and therefore at times becomes very cumbersome. a few of my friends have also been having the same problems.
I have taken the phone to the service outles but the best they did was to reboot the phone it works fine for a day or two but again the same issue.
Can anyone share any info on it?I'm glad to hear that they replaced your phone. Any experience I have had with Apple customer service and/or Genius bar has been extremely positive. While I have had positive outcomes from trouble with other phones in the past, they are not as quick and friendly. I had a Motorola phone and a Samsung phone go bad several years ago and warranty work through AT&T required that I wait for a replacement unit and then mail back the original unit to keep from being charged for the device. This usually meant almost a week without a phone. Nice to walk into Apple and walk out with a replacement device. Enjoy your phone.

I have an iPhone 5 16 GB and its been freezing alot and closes out of safari and my games often and my maps freezes alot, and also i just got the notifaction to update my phone to 6.02 i think it is until yesterday. I'm still under my 90 warranty with apple. would they give me new one thats not glitchy if i brought it to the genius bar?
