I've had my Mini 110-1000 running our music system for a couple of years, no complaints. When I wanted a CD/DVD drive, I purchased a DE8A4L external USB drive directly from HP. It didn't come with a driver disc. When I plug it in, the USB subsystem does not enable it. Device Manager shows a yellow exclamation point, saying, "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware..." It is running Windows XP Home Edition SP3.
What gives with this device?

Following up on tactic 2) above, I upgraded the BIOS from version F07 to the latest version available on the HP download site, version F19. This went well, but unfortunately the system still does not recognize the device.
When I try to Device Manager, and select the DE8A4L DVD device, and try "search for a device driver", it says it cannot find a better match for the driver already installed.
This Mini 110-1000 only came with 1 Gb RAM, and Windows XP Home. Is one of these a critical limitation for running an external USB DVD drive?

Pair it for what purpose? If you mean over Bluetooth only certain things are supported for Bluetooth on the iPad.

The driver you need to connect your device to Windows is installed during the iTunes installation. So if you already have iTunes installed, verify if it is updated. If it's not, then update, If it is already updated download a new .exe file from the Apple page, and reinstall it:

1. HiLite the TEMP Folder and click on Edit.
2. HiLite Variable Value and change path from:
%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp TO
G:\My Docs\My Computer\Local Settings
Or do I need to use some variation of the %..% convention?
Do I then “Move” the current files or just reboot?

Assuming we make human wrist as the coordinate origin point of a three-dimensional space Cartesian coordinate, then when moving the wrist freely, what is the wrist rotation information in the coordinate system? Can kinect V2 describe it just like the degree
of roll, pitch and yaw in Face Basics demo given in the V2 SDK Browser?
Based on Kinect Studio 2.0 on 3D View model, it gives a vector arrow at each joint in real time, when I move, the direction of arrows changes correspondingly. So I think this may help me to get the information I want.
Here are my questions:
1. Could I use Kinect V2 SDK to detect and output this information directly? If not, any suggestion to use the data which SDK output to get rotation information?
2. If the Q1 answer is yes, what is the accuracy of the sensor about the degree of roll, pitch and yaw on wrist?
3. I have read Kinect V2 SDK documentation about the body class, the JointOrientations property description says that "the joint orientations of the body", what I want to know is the joint orientation based on
what frame of reference? The specific value of body.JointOrientations looks what kind of data?
Any advise or guidance would be greatly
appreciated.

Argh can't get the driver to work!!!!!!!!!!

I've been working on this for the past 5 hours and I'm on the verge of playing base ball with the zen. I have a Zen Xtra. I tried loading the Play For Sure Firmware but the thing jammed. So I stopped and my player rebooted into the Rescue mode. I tried "Reload Os" and I tried to update the firmware. But the thing wont connect. Windows XP SP2 sees it but says it cannot install the driver. I installed all three drivers on the CD then installed the update from Creative...nothing. It won't install the driver...it keeps saying it's not connected?Now my player is OS less and I can't put a new one in... I have looked through the FAQ and followed the links and i was unable find a download for the drivers for a Creative Vision M. I have tried to uninstall then reinstall the drivers from the device and i keep getting the message " there was a problem installing this hardware: creative Zen Vision: M An error occured during the installation of the device. A service installation section in this INF is invalid" I don't know what i'm suppose to do and the FAQ section doesn't help.

What version of Windows are you running? If you are running windows XP, make sure you have SP2. The player should then be automatically detected with no problems.

Knight's Tour (works but I can't get the correct grid to print)

What version of Windows have you got?
If Vista, it should just work.
If XP, you need to make sure the SP2 patch has been installed:

Then install Windows Media Player :
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player//default.aspx
That should make sure the MTP driver is installed.
You should be able to access your player in Windows Explorer under 'My Computer', or in Windows Media Player (but be careful of synchronisation - it can synchronise you full player to your empty My Music directory...)
You don't need to install the Creative software, but it should work if you do.
