WET54G... Can't Set-Up!

Question

Everytime I try to run the set-up utility off the disc it gets to the part where it checks network connections and it says it's unable to locate the bridge (which is powered on and connected to my WRT54G.  What am I doing wrong?  I am running Windows 7 Professional.

To connect the Wireless-G Ethernet Bridge to a wireless network, make sure you have these wireless settings:
• Network name or SSID
• Wireless Security or Network Key
The setup CD can only be used with Windows XP. If you need to set up your Wireless Bridge using Windows Vista / Windows 7, you need to do so through the web-based setup page. Before doing so, make sure that you have your Wireless Bridge wired to your computer’s Ethernet port and powered ON.
Step 1: Open a web browser.
Step 2: Enter your Wireless Bridge’s IP address into the address field and press [Enter].
NOTE: The default IP address of the Wireless Ethernet Bridge is “192.168.1.226.”
Step 3: Enter your Wireless Bridge’s User name and Password and click OK. When the Ethernet Bridge’s setup page appears, look for the SSID field and enter the wireless network’s SSID.
NOTE: The wireless Ethernet Bridger SSID must be exactly same with your router's SSID's name. If you are uncertain with your router's SSID, click Site Survey button and search for your router's SSID. It will connect automatically with your router's network once you are finish with your configurations.
Step 4:Look for Network Type and select Infrastructure.
Step 5:If WEP is not enabled on your wireless router, look under Security and select Disable then proceed to Step 10.If WEP is enabled on your wireless router, under Security select Enable. Click Edit Security Settings then proceed to the steps below.
Step 6:When the WEP Encryption window appears, select the same Default Transmit Key as your router’s. In this example, we selected 1.
Step 7elect the same WEP Encryption level either 64Bit(10 hex digits) or 128Bit(26 hex digits). In this example, we selected 64Bit(10 hex digits).
Step 8:Enter the wireless network’s WEP Key based on the Default Transmit Key selected. Since we selected Key 1, we’ll enter the WEP Key in the Key 1 field.
Step 9:Click Apply.
NOTE: By clicking Apply, the Network key at key 1 will be assigned to the SSID which is "Linksys" as a default key. Every time your wireless is connected using the Linksys SSID, it is actually using this Network key.
Step 10:When the web-based setup page appears, click Site Survey. When the Site Survey window appears, click Refresh and select your wireless network’s SSID by clicking it.
