WF Deferred queue not processing

Hi,
In our PROD environment, the WF Deferred queue seems to be growing (in Ready state); is there a way to forcefully process these events?
The WF background listeners are running at 5min interval.
env: 11.5.10.2/10.2.0.5/2-node RAC/RH5

R&R queues not processing data

Hi Experts,
I am working on CRM 5.0 SP5 with ISA 5.0 & MSA 5.0.
We have an issue w.r.t R & R queues. After creating sites and subscription for mobile application, the entries are visible in SMOHQUEUE.
In transaction SMOHQUEUE, I have entries in Realighn and subcheck. The queue deamon status shows as Released and also the queues 5 sub queues (Realign, subcheck, Extract, AC_Extract, ExtrackBlk) show status released. But the entries are getting pilled up here and not going further to outbound (smq1) queue. I have checked for the lock entry (000 client)as per a note, but cannot find any object locked.
Can someone please help me out here.

Is the logical connection in Tx sm59 (like SAPCRM_MW_RR_000) properly maintained?

Check your RFC destination which is connecting to your external system . ask your basis team to Provide necessary roles for the user ....

Queues are not processed properly in BPM

Hi all ,
In BPM , the inbound queues of the process engine are not processed properly.
Several message are sent to the process and the message queued in the QRFC queue.
How to process those messages so that process instance gets created ?

JCBC Adapter and File adapter not processing messages

Hi
I noticed that messages are being delivered to Adapter engine and the same are visible in Runtime Workbench with status "to be delivered". But, JDBC Adapter and File Adapter not processing these messages.
Any idea where I can find the problem?
I was able to re-deliver successfully via the JDBC Adapter using the MessagingSystem GUI using XISUPER user.

1.Status: TO_BE_DELIVERED
Which means that the message was successfully delivered from Integration Server point of view and it states that the messages is initially handed over to the Messaging System.
TO_BE_DELIVERED occurs while the message is put into the Messaging System receive queue.

My outbound messages are not processing in XI

Hi All,
When i try to test my scenario i.e sending message from SRM to MDM , all my messages are struck in the Queue in XI. Even i deleted queues in SMQ2 , my messages are not processing and in sceduled for outbound processing stage. Even i restard also its on pending status. Please help me How to process my messages which is pending in XI.

Hi..
go to sxmb_moni->monitor processed messages
select ur message.. scroll towards right..
click on ur message queue ID.
check if there is any errored out message in that queue.
if yes .. delete that message,
and release the queue by unlocking that.

Concurrent Manager not processing the requests

Dear friends,
We are facing a serious issue with our production instance since morning.
The concurrent managers are not processing the requests. As its month closing, a lot of requests are being piled up in the Standard Manager's queue.
The Standard Manager is up. We have verified that by the processes at OS and Concurrent Manager Administer form as well.
The Conc Manager Admin form shows:
Actual process: 50
Target Process 50:
Running Requests: 50
Pending Requests: 304
However, when we check from Concurrent Requests form by selecting Status=Normal, Phase=Running, its showing only 6 requests as running and rest all in pending phase.
These requests are running for long and no other requests seem to being picked up by the CM.
an urgent help is required as its production environment and all the users are complaining.

We have found the issue. In the Concurrent Manager Administer form, when we clicked on the Requests Button, it shows a lot of the following requests:
Check Event Alert - ALECTC
This request is not shown in Concurrent Requests form.
We found that the Alert mails were not being sent. At OS level, we found 50 ALECTC OS processes were running.
We killed those and immediately Standard Manager started picking up the pending requests.
I am not yet sure of ALECTC processes. Can someone explain ???

Inbound Idocs are not Processing

Hi,
Inbound IDOCS queue is not processing if any one IDOC is showing amber(error) . Please let me know the resolution to avoid this issue or let me know the BASIS setting to avoid it.

Can you please explain your issue is with "Trigger by Background program" or "Trigger immediately"?
For Trigger immediately, if there is no free dialog work process available than IDocs are posted with status 64.
For Trigger by Background program, Background job RBDAPP01 will process IDocs depending on variant you define to select & process IDocs(i.e., IDoc Status = 64).
It is always recommended to use "Trigger by Background program" for high volume interface which has large number of IDocs.

Update Tasks remain in status = init / started forever. Doest not process

We have the FM ME_DB_UPDATE_INFORECORDS called in update task from one of our program
   CALL FUNCTION 'ME_DB_UPDATE_INFORECORDS' IN UPDATE TASK
      EXPORTING
        i_changedocument = c_upd
      TABLES
        db_eina_u        = li_eina
        db_eine_u        = li_eine.
    COMMIT WORK.
But all these calls does not process. it queues up in SM13 and uses up all update WP and affects the whole system.
The update records in SM 13 stays with status init or started with the enqueue locks. This results in unresolved table locks on the EINA table.
The concerned program generates multiple of these update requests with results in piling up of unprocessed such update requests.

I only suggested SM12 because you said "I feel there is an enqueue problem".
I would just look for any locks, if you can reproduce the problem. It depends on the ones your method uses.
Can you tell if the method has been run successfully for those In Process steps? If so, you could try a Complete Manually.

Question:
If the parameter that enables the Queue Monitor to handle delay intervals on queues (i.e., AQ_TM_PROCESSES) is not set to > 0, then no Queue Monitor background processes (ora_aqtm_<SID>) will be created and queues will not be able to handle delays?
Or, to put in another way, if AQ_TM_PROCESSES = 0, setting a delay on a queue for a payload will not work correctly, correct?

Still seems to be some debate between the developers and DBAs on whether or not AQ_TM_PROCESSES = 0 causes an issue in Oracle 10g 10.2.
This is what the Oracle Advanced Queueing Manual says:

Prior to Oracle Database 10g, Oracle Streams AQ time manager processes were controlled by init.ora parameter AQ_TM_PROCESSES, which had to be set to nonzero to perform time monitoring on queue messages and for processing messages with delay and expiration properties specified. These processes were named QMNO-9, and the number of them could be changed using:
ALTER SYSTEM SET AQ_TM_PROCESSES=X
Parameter X ranged from 0 to 10. When X was set to 1 or more, that number of QMN processes were then started. If the parameter was not specified, or was set to 0, then queue monitor processes were not started.
Beginning in Oracle Streams AQ 10g Release 1 (10.1), this was changed to a coordinator-slave architecture, where a coordinator is automatically spawned if Oracle Streams AQ or Streams is being used in the system. This process, named QMNC, dynamically spawns slaves depending on the system load. The slaves, named qXXX, do various background tasks for Oracle Streams AQ or Streams. Because the number of processes is determined automatically and tuned constantly, you no longer need set AQ_TM_PROCESSES.
Even though it is no longer necessary to set AQ_TM_PROCESSES when Oracle Streams AQ or Streams is used, if you do specify a value, then that value is taken into account. However, the number of qXXX processes can be different from what was specified by AQ_TM_PROCESSES.
QMNC only runs when you use queues and create new queues. It affects Streams Replication and Messaging users.
No separate API is needed to disable or enable the background processes. This is controlled by setting AQ_TM_PROCESSES to zero or nonzero. Oracle recommends, however, that you leave the AQ_TM_PROCESSES parameter unspecified and let the system autotune.
Note:
If you want to disable the Queue Monitor Coordinator, then you must set AQ_TM_PROCESSES = 0 in your pfile or spfile. Oracle strongly recommends that you do NOT set AQ_TM_PROCESSES = 0. If you are using Oracle Streams, then setting this parameter to zero (which Oracle Database respects no matter what) can cause serious problems.

Seems to me that AQ_TM_PROCESSES is no longer used as before but if used, and set to 0, it can cause issues and / or turn off the Oracle Queue Monitor....
Anybody's final vote on this matter??? Based on the manual and the responses I have heard so far, AQ_TM_PROCESSES = 0 does still matter in Oracle 10.2.

Job getting cancelled for 'Chain not processed for date-2007031920070318' ?

Hi All,
We have 2 process chains running only on weekdays - one for sales and the other for billing. A cancelled job is created for one of the process chains with the job log message as 'Chain not processed for date-2007031920070318' for the not run days whereas the other does not have any issues though the same monitor job program runs for both. The difference is only in the variant but nothing much other than that its maintained for 2 different chains.
   We also debugged the monitor job program. It basically does nothing other than displaying messages depending on the status of the chain log.
Please let me know your suggestions as to why it happens.

OPP(Output Post Processor) not processing the report (XML Publisher)

Hi,
I have defined a concurrent program (XML Publisher report) then ran but failed with the errors below. I am running the report in Oracle E-Business Suite 11.5.10.2, thru a concurrent manager other than Standard Manager. My guess is that OPP(Output Post Processor) is not processing the request outputs coming from a different manager/work shift since requests ran thru Standard Managers are all OK.
In the OAM(Oracle Applications Manager)-> OPP, there is only 1 process allocated for both Actual and Target. If we increase the number of processes, will it work?

Just an additional tests info. We have 2 concurrent managers which I think is affecting the XML report output - Standard Manager(running 24 hours) and a Warehouse manager (9am-4:15pm).
When I run the report before or after the Warehouse manager workshift(9am-4:15pm), the output is fine - which means PDF is generated and Pasta printing is OK. However, when report is run between 9am-4:15pm, the report only shows XML output with an error in Pasta printing(above). I also found that re-opening the output(ran prior to Warehouse workshift) on the period between 9am-4:15pm would also result to just an XML output instead of the previous PDF.
Anybody who has experienced similar issue like this? Any idea? The report is not directly defined as "inclusion" in the Warehouse manager, only the program calling it. Any effect of multiple concurrent managers in the XML Publisher output?
