Wh cant i purchace gems on dragonvale. the message says your purchase could not be completed.
Why can't I purchase gems on dragonvale? The message on the screen says "your purchase can't be completed".

Hi there! today i wanted to buy some gems so i charged my acc with 10 dolars and try out to buy gems. problem is i m getting "your purchase could not be completed" error...
I have tried all possible solutions i found on internet...my restrinctions are disabled...tried reinstaling, relogging, restarting phone.. nothing seems to help...
normally i would contact custommer support but i m using US account and i m not from US. anyway my US account is charged with money and it workes perfectly for all my other friends using this method ( we got some free US vouchers so we needed US accounts)
Any advice?

I attempted to purchase gems as an in app purchase in Clash of Clans. After entering my password I got a pop up saying the purchase could not be completed & telling me to go to the support page. My settings allow in app purchases. Why am I unable to make in app purchases?

- click on your country's flag
- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column

- then Purchases, Billing & Redemption -

A error message pops up when I try to click top singles "see all" saying "Your request could not be completed the item you've requested is not currently available in the US store" when a few minutes ago it allowed me to do so.
