I remewed my contract on 15th Feb - Feb bill came in wrong so I got it corrected - March bill has just come in - Wrong again - sorry, we've got no trace of your renewal said the chat conversation.
So I rang customer services - oh yes, we can see your renewal - it hasn't been processed - I'll do that now - and then please put me through to billing so they can correct the bill - speak to billing - sorry - you don't have a current contract - your bill is correct.
Back to Customer options - sorry - you don't have a current contract - hold on a minute - I just spoke to someone who confirmed I do have a contract
After spending nearly an hour on the phone - I've given up - I'm loosing the will to stay with BT - and the second floor window is looking very tempting to throw my phone out of!

Along the same lines as this, I scratch my head and wonder how a company as big as AT&T doesn't have more checks and balances? Where is their quality control?! If you have wireless (cell service) and any home service, you will get the real "left hand, right hand" nightmare. I am referring to combined billing. ATT is 2 companies, combining billing when they operate independently is a mistake. Severing bills is advised. -
What does the icon in the right hand corner of some movie clips mean.
I have my movie almost done but now I find many of the clips have a small screen looking icon in the right hand top corner of the clip. I can't delete those. What does it mean and where do I get rid of it?

If part of the screen is not touch sensitive, and you have tried power off/on and reset, the best option is a visit to an Apple genius bar to have the techs check and see what is wrong with the screen and touch circuitry.

If y can't make a backup then you will either have to:
- restore from an existing backup
- Contact a data recovery company
- Maybe after restoring via How to perform iPad recovery for photos, videos

Then restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased. Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode if necessary to allow the restore.
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

When transfering tracks to an ipod a sliding panel appears on the right hand side of itunes. This allows the selected track to be transfered. After registering this action the panel does not slide back out of the way to allow scrolling and more song selection. Any solutions..Help?
I have an even simpler method. I use MyPublisher to print my books. I select their page layout for a two-page spread, drag and drop the image. DONE! I understand that most people have their favorite places to have work done. I have been extremely pleased with MyPublisher.com, so I haven't even tried the book module in Lightroom.

This is a brand new machine that I just purchased from Apple. It was delivered yesterday
The old computer is an old PowerMac G5, but my OS X install disc is a retail version of 10.5.
I also tried the OS X 10.5 install disc that came with my MacBook Pro (2.6 Ghz Intel Core 2 Dual).

I have had my iPad 1 for about 9 months, I really like it. But the glass in the middle, on the right hand side of the iPad is sinking in and the aluminium is sticking out, should I take it to the apple store? Will they fix it? (my iPad is still under warranty). I have never dropped my iPad, broke it, or any thing else to damage it.

I am new to forms and scripts. I have to modify the output of Purchase Order form/script such that the Ship to and Bill to address that they have now on top right corner must be modified with the address that I have.
How should i be doing this?
I found that they copied the program SAPFM06P into ZSAPFM06P and the form name is some thing called ZABC_PURCHASEORDER . Now I want to figure out how should i be changing the purchase order form so that the Ship to and Bill to address that they have now on top right corner must be modified with the address that I have.
the output type is named as ZNE7.

How can I print in the right hand corner of the paper (no borders). I have Adobe 7.
Is that elements 7 or photoshop 7? It can make a difference.
What you can do is create a new document that is the size of the paper, then place your document in the new document. You can now align your document to the right side of the page.
Now print.
Borders can have two meanings here. You can add a border to an image such as a stroke for example. The other meaning is the printer has a non-printing area called a border.
In the former there is nothing to do as long as you did not add one. In the latter some printers do have a print to edge option, but it has to be a feature of that printer. It would be located in the print options. If the printer does not have such a feature, there is nothing you can do, short of manually cutting the paper with a paper cutter, scissors, or x-acto knife. -
My network has not been working today. When I click on it it says "unable to access nhe network". My guest network will work. When I hit the blue arrow on the right hand side of my network there is no information in the IP address, subnet mask, router, etc. There is information in my guest section when I checked. I have unplugged and replugged my router and turned my Wifi button of and off, started and restarted my Ipod as per internet suggestions. Would anyone know how to get my network reactivated. I am nervous to hit reset network settings in case I lose all my music and icons, etc. added since I got my Ipod. Thank you for any assistance

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on the router
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

Icons that appear on the right hand side of my desktop wallpaper
So, if I take a screenshot of something, or if I download something, it will appear as an icon up the right hand side of my wallpaper. What does this mean? I just downloaded 'OS X 10.9.2 Update Combo' and then it appeared as an icon to the right of my homepage. Does this mean it has downloaded? I have just been moving things from there into my trash bin but to get rid of them. But I don't want to end up deleting important things purely because I don't want them appearing on the right hand side of my wallpaper.
Those represent the screenshots you've taken as well as the mounted dmg files. Once you've installed the software, you can remove the mounted images; files on the desktop can be dragged to other locations.
Nothing important to Mac OS X's operation will end up on the desktop unless manually put there.
