What about my credit

Question

Hi there,I bought skype credit like one year ago,hoping using it in the future,now I check my account and credit simply dissapiered.....can you advise me if there is any way how to get my skype credit back?

SKYPE CREDIT BECOMES INACTIVE AFTER 180 DAYS: however user can simply reactivate the Skype credit.
How to reactivate inactive Skype credit
Sign in to Skype accoun in the website.
If Skype Credit is inactive, user will see a Reactivate credit button in the sidebar. Click Reactivate credit.
Check the credit that appears, then click Reactivate credit.
Wait for the credit to reactivate. It can take a little while.  It can take up to 15 min.
User will see the confirmation page.
In future, you can keep your Skype Credit active by making sure you place a call (outside of your subscription, if you have one) or send a text every 180 days.
In case you forget, Skype send two email notices, 7 days and 2 days before your Skype Credit expires, to remind you to keep your Skype Credit balance active.
