What adapter/converter do I need to put GoPro videos onto iPad

What adapter/converter do I need to put GoPro videos from my iMac to my iPad?

What file type are the videos? If you have converted them to GoPro video format, iMovie should be able to convert the video to a format that con be used by the iPad.
H.264 videos output by the camera may be able to be used by the iPad by directly importing them from the camera to the iPad with Apple's Camera Connection Kit.

what voltage converter do i need to charge ipad while out of the country

None. The iPad charger works from 50-60Hz, 110-240VAC power input. All you may need is a plug adapter for whatever country you are going to.

What adapter(s) do I need to connect two DVI-D non-Apple monitors to new 13" MacBook Pro w/Retina?

A DVI-D to Mini-DisplayPort or DVI-D to Thunderbolt cable adaptor.

  • What's the voltage input needed to run and charge the iPad 4?

What's the voltage input needed to run and charge the iPad 4?

As long as the charger is rated for at least 10 watts or 2 amps it well charge the iPad just fine. A higher rated charger such as the 12 watt 2.4 amp charger will also charge the iPad, possibly a little faster, but it will not damage it. Chargers rated at 5 watts or 1 amp may charge an iPad very slowly if not at all.
Just be aware some cheaper dual port USB chargers share the 2 amps. It will charge an iPad in one port but adding another will reduce the current to both ports to 1 amp. An iPhone may charge fine but the power would be reduced to the lower level and slow an iPad charging on the other port. The one you link to will work fine although it looks as though one port is 5 watt/1 amp and the other is 10 watt/2 amp. There are many adapter's available that will supply 10 or 12 watts to both ports to future proof the charger giving you the capability to charge 2 iPads or other more demanding smart phones with larger batteries. I like Scosche reVolt chargers, they cost a little more but they are a quality product. If you want the best option go with a 12 watt charger which can speed up charging on many products a little more than a 10 watt can.

  • I need to put electronic signature onto my desktop computer, and can't find out how to do this. ??

i need to put electronic name onto my desktop computer and can't find out how to do this. Does anyone know how this is done? Thank you in advance.

There are many ways to do it depending on the hardware that you have. Here is one simple way of doing it without any specific signature related hardware:

  • Steps to putting a video onto the ipod

Can someone please tell me step by step on how to put a video onto an ipod and include every detail please?

well, if you buy a video from itunes and have your ipod on automatic update, it should automatically go into your ipod once you plug it in.
if you plan to put a dvd you have into the ipod, then here is a more detailed guide about encoding etc.

  • What adapter/converter do I use for my USA mac book pro in NEW ZEALAND?

I'm studying abroad in New Zealand for 2 months and was wondering what type of adapter/converter do I use? I'm actually already here in New Zealand but buy a converter/adapter before I left. What should I look for on the box? I have a mac book pro 13 in that I bought in 2011.Thanks!

The MacBook Pro power adapter is multi-voltage capable, so you will need just an AC outlet adapter for the New Zealand power system.

  • H5V62EA#ABZ Italian Laptop in USA: what AC Converter do I need?

I have an Italian notebook HP 650, Product Number: H5V62EA#ABZ. It is Italian and in Europe we have the power point of approximately 200-200 Volts with 50 Hz, while in the US the power point works at 100-120 V at 60 Hz. I already have a charger that should automatically adapt to the power, but I would like to be sure and take an AC Converter to take from 110 V to 220 V and from 60 Hz to 50 Hz.
What kind of AC converter do I need for this laptop?
    Thank you all!

    Saguaro1

    Hi,
As mentioned yesterday, you don't need a converter, only an adapter for your the power cord from the charger to the wall. Please buy one (few dollars) which can fit to the first one on the following list:

    Many of them around:

  • HT3775 How do I know what kind of update I need to play downloaded videos?

Need to know what kind of update i need to play downloaded vidos

Try using VLC (just search for it on Google). It's an open source video player that will play most downloadable video files.

  • I get a message: "Itunes could not back up the Ipod, because a session could not be started with the Ipod." What can I do? I cant put any videos into it. HELP!

I get a message when downloading video to the Ip[od: "I tunes could not back up the Ipod, because a session could not be started with the Ipod." What does this mean? What can I do? I cant put in any video. HELP!

I get these issues too, Even with a restore?
I work around it, (and would appreciate feedback on if this works for everyone) by :
Right clicking device in iTunes and selecting "backup", I then get the error; I quickly "ok" the error, then select "backup" again, then I often get the error a second time, but on the third attempt (in very quick succession) of selecting backup, the task initiates, and completes successfully!
Exactly the same for a restore!
    Did this work for you?

  • What kind of electric adapter/converter do I need to use my MacBook Pro and iPhone in Ireland?

I'm going to Ireland and want to take my MacBook Pro and my iPhone with me. There are a wide range of adapters and converters on the market but I need to know specifically what I need to access electric power while in Ireland. Do I need an adapter of some kind, or do I need only a converter of some kind, or do I need both?
Thanks for any help anyone can give me.
    Bob

Your existing AC chargers are auto-switchable between 110 or 230 volts. You will probably need an outlet adaptor that you can purchase in most AAA travel stores or local computer shops. Or you can purchase Apple's World Travel Kit.

  • What adapter's do I need to connect existing hardware to Mac mini?

Hi, I have a friend who is thinking of buying a Mac mini to replace his existing Windows PC ... he has a screen, mouse and keyboard (of course) but I do not think any of them will connect directly to the mini ... his screen has a VGA connector and his keyboard and mouse both have PS/2 connectors ... can anyone suggest a way to connect these to the mini?
I have seen these adapters on Amazon ... http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B000FII810/ref=s9asin_image_3?pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_s=center-2&pf_rd_r=0BFCGEB5PAQ1ANTDH3Y 8&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=139042391&pf_rdi=468294

Will these work? or is there a better way of doing it?
    Thanks, Matt

    Hi.
Regarding the DVI-VGA adapter, the Mac mini comes with one included, this one.
About the keyboard and mouse, those USB-PS/2 adapters are very tricky, and most times they even fail to work on Windows PCs, because many of the peripherals made with PS/2 connector don't have the necessary electronics to support the USB bus. I tried such adapter with several PS/2 keyboards and mice on laptops, and only one mouse worked. He may try, but I think it will not work. He will need a new USB keyboard and mouse.
    Good Luck.
