What am I doing wrong, I am trying to burn a video that I downloaded form I tunes

I have a Compaq Presario desktop no CQ3240AN and am trying to burn a video that I purchased from ITunes, I keep on being asked to load a disc, which I have many times. The disc I am using is Kodak DVD-RW,. My computer doesn't seem to recogonise the disc. It is more thann likely I have missed a step, but I don't know which one.
The video is on the computer but I want to play it on my TV.
I have never done this before and could really use some help.

HI Marge,
It's possible that the optical drive is not compatible with the optical media that you are using. Look closely at the DVD media disk. Do you see DL? If you are using DVD-RW DL media then the optical media is not compatible with the optical drive in your PC.
Try DVD+R optical media.
If you do have the correct media then review the tips in this posted article.
If you are using DVD-RW (single density) media and it is "closed" then you have to reformat the disk before attempting a burn. Make sure that it is closed by the burning program. The optical media being used must be compatabile with the optical player attached to your TV.

I just got an Ipod Classic recently and downloaded Itunes. Got my music on my Ipod. My husband just got an Ipod Touch. I followed the directions on how to create a 2nd library and was able to load his music onto his Ipod. My problem is now I can not find my original library. Does the original library file still exist on the computer? Hopefully when creating the new library it was done in a seperate folder as I do not believe iTunes allows for two library files in the same location.

I'm really hoping somebody can help me with this. I was hired on to my present job to learn Captivate and create quizzes. The thing is, a lot of the quizzes involve looking at screen-grabs for an answer. Before I came, the quiz-builders were basically using the forward and back keys for functionality, but one of my first assignments was, "Get the screen-grab to appear on the same slide as the question."
I figured out how to do that by doing a rollover slidelet...only there doesn't seem to be a way to add a slidelet to one of the default quiz slides. In addition, we need the option for partial scoring. Either way, all of this led me to Lilybiri's wonderfully educational posts on how to create custom questions, which involve advanced actions.
So I rolled up my sleeves and got the Extended Radio Buttons widget from Captivate Dev. I'm using Captivate 5.5, I've got 4 possible answers and one correct answer. Three buttons on the slide: Submit, a nextOK and a nextVOID. Submit brings up an advanced action that calls nextOK if the answer is correct, which reports 1 point. If the answer is incorrect, nextVOID is supposed to be called and doesn't report anything. I can get the right answer to show, but when the answer isn't right, I can click the "Next" button to my heart's content, and nothing happens.
If this were photoshop or another program I know, I'd know where to go and what to do to try and trouble-shoot this problem, but I am just completely stumped. Can somebody please tell me if I'm a) taking the completely wrong approach or b) on the right track and I just need to add this little tweak I would never have thought of?

You are sure that you still have a balance on your account - if it's zero then it might not show. My account's balance shows at the top left of the store's page on my computer's iTunes, and by logging in to view my account via the Store > View Account menu option. On my iOS devices it shows at the bottom of, for example, the Featured tab in the App Store app under my account id (or you can view your account via Settings > iTunes & App Store and it should show on the screen that you are taken to)

I added a selectedPartTxt text box and named it that too.
None of the groups on the SVG are recognized and the selectedPartTxt does not change. I suspect it may have something to do with the fact there are groups instead of one part but I don’t know how to fix it.
I was also wondering if someone could tell me how to use an SVG for the color chart too instead of recreating it in Edge Animate. I haven't tried to to the color part of the SVG because I still can't get the mouse click to work when on a group that changes.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I had a similar problem and this fixed it.
You know how in the illustrator file, you need to reference a file called svg.js from the edge commons library? Download that file, or write the code in a text editor and save it in a .js file and then make sure that the file is in the same folder as your images called by the adobe edge file.

i pay for itunes match, downloaded all my cd's and i see it on my phone but half the songs don't play, what am i doing wrong? i didn't think you had to actually download them onto the phone, this was the idea of not using the storage, right?

All iTunes Match music is downloaded to iOS devices in order to play them. They don't stream like services like Pandora do, whch only stream the music to your device without storing it. With iTunes Match a song must be stored on the device in order to be played. But here's where it gets a bit confusing.
If you tap the cloud with the downward facing arrow next to a song on your phone it will download and stored on your phone and this will allow you to later delete it by swiping over the song title and tapping Delete. In fact, you can later locate all the songs you have downloaded in this way by going to Settings>iTunes & App Store and turn off Music under Show All. The music app will then only display the songs previously downloaded to your phone, making it easier to delete them to free up space if you no longer wish to store them on your phone. Go back and turn Music back on under Show All in order to see your entire iTunes Match library again.
However, you can still play a song by simply tapping the title (without tapping the download icon). When you do this, the song plays, but is still downloaded and stored on your phone as you listen to it. The disadvantage of this is that these songs are stored in cache memory and cannot be manually deleted by swiping over the song title. According to Apple, this cache memory is automatically cleared over time as the memory on your phone starts to fill up (by deleting the oldest and least played songs from cache memory). If you want, you can still force this memory to be cleared by restoring your phone.
The main takeaway from all of this is that iTunes Match, while making your entire library available to play without storing the music on it ahead of time, still stores songs as you play them, or as you manually download them prior to playing them.
If your songs are not playing when you tap them while away from your wifi, make sure you have Use Cellular Data turned on in Settings>iTunes & App Store. This allows them to be downloaded and played using your cellular data plan while away from wifi.

You can add audio files that are in AAC, MP3, WAV, AIFF, Apple Lossless, or Audible.com (.aa) format. If you have unprotected WMA content, iTunes for Windows can convert these files to one of these formats.

Nobody can tell you anything without knowing exact site and server specs, but I would suspect that naming the folder "html" wasn't the brightest of ideas, since that's usually a default (invisible) folder name existing somewhere on the server and the user not having privileges to overwrite it.

Downloaded your operating manual. It appears that you need to connect the HDMI to HDMI 1 and the audio to the input socket just to the right of the VGA socket (i.e., between the VGA and the RF input connection). The picture on page13 seems to be the clearest I could find:
Although it's not exactly clear I think they are talking about a standard 3.5 mm (1/8") stereo jack for the audio inpu as opposed to the more common RCA jacks used in the row just above that VGA input socket.
I haven't checked the manual as yet whether you need to set anything special with the controls other than input select.
Note, if that truly is a 3.5 mm stereo jack cables are very common. In your case it would just be a cable with a 3.5 mm jack on each end.
Update:
You will have to experiment with this but I think you will need to try pusing the input button to select either HDMI1 or PC (or Component?). The manual is not clear on this (page 31). Sometimes it just comes down to pushing buttons.

In iTunes, go "Help > Run Diagnostics". Uncheck the boxes other than DVD/CD tests, as per the following screenshot:

Motion basically looks at the the source footage and it's timing (in the timing section of the Inspector) when analyzing for tracking. Filters are basically ignored by the tracker. Retiming actions, like time re-mapping, or retiming behaviors that are applied before the tracker should be used by the tracker. Did you change the timing after doing the tracking? If so this would also require you to re-track the shot. Understanding that you found a workaround, describing the effects you applied would help to explain why you ran into problems.

Because of getting the message that I had to uninstall Apple Mobile Support Device and ITunes, in order to get my ITunes to be usable, I did that. While trying to re-install ITunes, all I get on the message is the choice to "save" or "cancel". It will not give me the "run" choice. What am I doing wrong? This should be fairly simple to reinstall, I thought.
