What am I doing wrong not not understanding??!

Still having strange outlook issuesHi guys this is my first post on this message board! glad to be a part of these forums as I am on crackberry as well and have posted this. Ive been having astrange issue that I can't seem to get any info about. This has to do with my outlook exchange 2010 (Active sync) account at work. The problem is very strange...basically if I get an email in my outlook inbox and look at it but don't reply right away then that email vanishes into thin air. I can still see the email in my inbox on my pc but I search in my inbox, deleted, sent folders and nothing is thereon my z10. However if I reply to the email from my z10, then voila there it is saved in my inbox and my hub simply because I replied to the email .......what can this be. I've tried syncing 7,14,30 days and deleting the account and re adding and nothing. My Hotmail works just fine, and I asked the IT at my work and he has no idea, yet my Lumia 920 works fine with the outlook at my work. This us driving me nuts and I need to get any information I can since I can't always reply to emails all the time even if I check them. They can't just delete or dissappear from the phone!!! Thank you ahead of time guys despite sounding stupid. On a side note I thouht I would mention that in the Outlook setting ``keep a copy of emails is checked`` and I wiped the phone and started from scratch yesterday and this is still happening. I am losing all patience since my work email is very important to me and I love this phone, but this cannot remain. Any feedback would be great to try and guide me in the right direction please!

So to be clear, the emails remain in Outlook but are disappearing from the Z10?
How is Outlook connecting to the email server?
EDIT: The symptoms really seem to suggest that the emails are being removed from the inbox on the Exchange server somehow by Outlook. The Z10 should only be reflecting what is on the server.. I don't think it can do anything else.

ICloud not pushing apps between iPad and iPhone what am I doing wrong

I have a new iPad2 and a new iPhone4. I put iOS5 on both of them. My understanding of this was when you purchased an app on one device it would push to your other devices. I did this and the apps do not push to my other device. I use the same Apple ID for both if that matters. I set up iCloud on both devices, turned everything "on" and created an @me account. I believe you are misunderstanding. You don't sync apps between iPad and iPhone, and iCloud has nothing to do with any of this. There is a setting in Settings -> Store where you can set each device to automatically download NEW apps, meaning that when you buy a new app on one device, the other automatically downloads it. However, this is for new downloads only.
For your existing apps, you can simply connect each device to your computer and move the desired apps to it in iTunes. Or you can go to the App Store and re-download those apps.

What do you mean by copy? I thought the i cloud did that automatically for you. That's what I don't understand.

An mp3 file on my computer will not import to itunes by either the drag-and-drop or the Add File to Library method. Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. My OS is Windows 7.

I purchased an mp3 from a private website on my laptop. The itunes library i sync ipod to is on my desktop, so i copied the mp3 onto a flash drive and then into my desktop in the Downloads folder and Desktop folder as well as the itunes music folder, 3 places. I opened itunes on the desktop and read the instructions for importing music that's already in my computer. Neither the drag-and-drop or the Add File to Library method works. I've tried both ways over and over. Cannot figure out what the problem is. I do note that the name of the mp3 file doesn't show the .mp3 extension, it appears as simply it's title, Eating Healthy, without any extension at all. Could the filename be the problem, or do you have any other idea what I'm doing wrong? My OS is Windows 7, using IE9. Thanks.
ADDENDUM AFTER READING ANOTHER DISCUSSION HERE: I have now tried right clicking the song in Windows Explorer and choosing Open With, clicking itunes. The mp3 plays in itunes but does not add to the library.

I don't have a Recently Added playlist. However, I discovered that the file I had named Eating Healthy was given the name You Can Enjoy Eating Healthy when it copied to iTunes. I'm guessing iTunes pulled the full name of the piece from the internet. Upshot--the mp3 did transfer to iTunes on all 3 tries, but I was looking in my alphabetized list under E, not Y, so I didn't see it there. Thanks for your help.

Nobody can tell you anything without knowing exact site and server specs, but I would suspect that naming the folder "html" wasn't the brightest of ideas, since that's usually a default (invisible) folder name existing somewhere on the server and the user not having privileges to overwrite it.

You must initiallly activate iCloud from an IOS device or a Mac. You cannot inititally activated from a PC.

With iOS 6 on my 4th gen iTouch I am finding I no have to delete the playlist from my iTouch, not the when I sync. Now the paylist is being deleted from my library as well. What am I doing wrong?

I am trying to re-install ITunes on Windows XP. When I do this, all I get is the "save" or "cancel" message, not "run". What am I doing wrong?

Because of getting the message that I had to uninstall Apple Mobile Support Device and ITunes, in order to get my ITunes to be usable, I did that. While trying to re-install ITunes, all I get on the message is the choice to "save" or "cancel". It will not give me the "run" choice. What am I doing wrong? I have a desktop Windows XP computer. I have tried loading the new version of firefox, and when I try to open this new version of firefox, this message appears all of the time. I have tried shutting down and restarting. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong.

The updater wasn't able to update all the files and some were left as older versions.
You need to do a clean reinstall.
If there are problems with updating then best is to download the full version and uninstall the currently installed version.
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.
* Firefox 5.0.x: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html
* Uninstall your current Firefox version.
* Do not remove personal data when you uninstall the current version.
Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
* It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere in the Firefox Profile Folder and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox.

to make things a little more easy, i'd perfer to have all my itunes on a network drive for all pc's connected to one itunes and scratch the home sharing itunes to view under another itunes.
