What am i supposed to do when iTunes prompts me to "contact iTunes support to complete this transaction"?
i recieved a gift certificate for christmas for the US iTunes store. To redeem my code iTunes promts me to create a US iTunes account. This I'd done and at the payment details I filled in any details and selected "none" as payment method. Entered the certificate code and iTunes shows me a little red box that says "please contact iTunes support to complete the transaction"
please help! what should i do?
Did you follow the instructions in the message and contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. If Apple have asked you to contact them, then the issue can only be resolved by them.

Hi all, when I try to purchase items in a game on my iPad it comes up with a message saying contact iTunes support to complete this transaction? What does this mean and why is it doing this?

It is saying this because you need to contact itunes support.

iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1You will need to do what it says, contact iTunes support. Click the Support tab above, then the Get Started link in the Contact Apple Support area and you'll be guided. We are all just fellow users here and so have no idea about the cause of the issue nor any ability to resolve it for you.

When setting up my account information, and clicks done something in a red box pops up saying "Please contact itunes support to complete this transaction" What do i do about this ?

Did you do as the message advised and contact iTunes Support? They'll be able to tell you what is wrong.

okay, i've tried changing my password, i've checked in with my bank on my credit card, but still nothing. It keeps saying to "contact iTunes support to complete this transaction" every time i try verifying my billing account. Any Help or ideas??
