i have an j2ee application.its in .ear format.it is consists of ejb and struts.
i need to deploy it on 10gR3 app server.which appserver version will be suitable for me??
i have previously worked in glassfish.so i do not know the differences eg. SOA suit,BPEl or etc.i need to deploy in on 10gR3 app server.
so which one to download?

BPEL is an application. That application happens to be a tool. It is one of many 'application tools' that are deployed using an .ear file. It is not an application server, but only an application to deploy into an application server.

If you go to http://downloads.oracle.com and click on "Application Server 10g and Components", you will get to the page which contains all the pieces you may want.
If all you want is the container (counterpart to Glassfish), get the "Oracle Containers for J2EE".
If you want the platform, get "Oracle SOA Suite 10g (10.1.3.x) " and follow the install instructions at http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B25221_04/getstart.htm .

It's been a while, but if I remember correctly, the Advanced Installation allows you to select which of the above you want to deploy.

I don't see any DDR3L on the page for the RAM that would fit your model -> http://eshop.macsales.com/shop/memory/Apple_MacBook_MacBook_Pro/Upgrade/DDR3_133 3MHz_SDRAM.
But the answer is that it doesn't really matter - just make certain to get 1333MHz.

SharePoint Databases - How to determine which ones are being used and which ones aren't

I am not sure where to exactly post this question. On the SQL Server side or on a SharePoint side.
I am a SQL Server Database Administrator who is monitoring some SharePoint databases. On a daily basis it seems that they are creating new databases but don't delete the databases that they are no longer using. For example, they might be testing
on a development server and if things aren't working properly instead of asking that the databases be deleted they just go ahead and create new databases to do what ever they need to do. Is there a way on the SQL Server side to determine which SharePoint
databases are being used and which ones aren't being used? Or does one determine this information through the SharePoint Central Administration console?

Information on enabled services and which ones I can safely disable

Where is a good source of infomation for all of the enabled services (what they do, etc) and which ones I can safely disable. i.e. seaport.

Opt back in and then immediately back out (yes I know this sounds daft)
Leave you hub on 24/7 and it should deactivate as said with in 48 hours.
Don't reset the hub after doing this, as it always puts BTWifi back on!
fwiw, you should see this on the hub event log as the hub gets the btwifi disabled update

your photos are in events -
the most common cause of not seeing the events is bad camera dates or event sort being wrong so you are looking in the wrong place - see the view menu ==> sort events to correct sort - if the camera date is off select a photo and right click and show event to find it - then use the adjust time and date command to correct it
and you can drag photos to the desktop - what happens when you do? probably a better work flow with more flexibility is to select the photo(c) and export them (file menu ==> expoprt) to a desktop folder

Now, M trying to install oracle developer suite 10g and oracle database 11 in the XP windows.
IS 1GB ram is enough for the installation of oracle developer suite 10g and database 11g???
And which one to install first developer suite or database????

I usually install first database and later DS, I never tried first DS and later database.

Assuming all the device(s) have been synced to this computer as its Home computer. The easiest way would be to delete all the apps from iTunes. After which connect your device(s) to the computer (iTunes) and transfer purchases from the device(s) by right click (control click) the device name in the left sidebar and the click transfer purchases. When done only the apps on your device(s) will be in you iTunes library.

Why are there 2 'after effects', 14 and regular and which one is the best use? It seems a little crazy to use twice the storeage for the same program?

I up graded adobe cc last night and the cc app down loaded up-grades to my original cc apps, plus another app of each labeled 14. Why do we need two copies of the same app on our machines, and which one is the best to use. I hope adobe in not going down the same road as apple and screwing up the works. i still remember way back when adobe goofed it so bad I switched to final cut. Now apple has screwed up final cut and I am back to Premiere. I know we have huge drives now, but come on, why two bit eating monsters that do the same thing. Stan / Desert Wind Productions.

The "2014" versions are new versions of the software. It's like the difference between CS5 and CS6. The new one is (most of the time) significantly better. This isn't any weird screwup, it's just a new version.
You may want to keep the old version around for compatibility, client needs, safety, etc. However, it probably behooves you to use the current version for all of its new features, etc.

Long long time ago, (well around 999) I purchased this set of speakers from Creative. I believe it was something like Cambridge something. It was the first introduction of Surround Sound Speakers and it was a 4.1. (2 front speakers, 2 rear speakers and subwofer).
When I moved to USA, I brought them with me (and I still use them), but I lost the box and the manuals. I hook it up with the X-fi and works beautiful.
My question is:
I remember reading that two speakers had some difference (something connected with the distance I think) with the other two. Something like 3 meters and 5 meters.
Is that connected with which one goes in the front, and which one goes in the back?
Right now; the speakers in the front are really strong, but the ones in the back, are very soft. Is that right? Or should I swap them?

There are dozens of 1TB drives that will 'fit' - just make sure that they're 2.5" drives, 9.5mm 'thick'.
I don't like Western Digital but there are plenty of other brands out there.
I would recommend shopping at Crucial or OWC for both your new drive and RAM.
