What app servers does AM7.1 SDK support?

Is there any official looking document where I can check and see the list of Application Servers that are supported for the Sun AM7.1 SDK?

there are a couple links which list supported servers

Besides those official looking documents, addtionally, I think people run it on other servers as well. If you are considering running AM 7.1 on a particular server not listed on those links, maybe just ask people on the list about using a particular server and you can find out about its usage?

So I have a doubt whether filenames with unicode characters will be supported for export module.

SPPlatformFileSpecificationW is not available in ReadImageDocumentDesc.
It has SPPlatformFileSpecification_t which is coming as null for export module.
I am using phostoshop cs5 sdk for windows.

What wireless solutions does the video pod support?

For a future webcast, I have a need to shoot a demonstration of chest x-ray equipment, suturing methods, and other "allied health" related procedures. A simple webcam is not enough. I have been looking at wireless camera technologies, and there are myriads (e.g., JVC's line of wifi camcorders). But what type of wireless solution does Adobe Connect (version 9) support for the video pod? Or what type of workaround? And how? I need to find specifications in order to purchase the right products to do the job.
I so appreciate your help in finding the right solution.

No, that was the question I wanted to ask. I've been hoping that some(one, how, where) would know of a solution that I envision as a portable webcam that sends video, wirelessly, to a type of base station that would connect to a computer with a USB hub. Alas, there may not be such a species but I can hope. Logitech came close with the Mac and iOS supported "Broadcaster".
You're probably right about using the Connect mobile app and a smart phone, and I have been pondering the same solution. But this would involve equipment my university does not control, and students whom I would, in all candor, not want to rely upon. But before I close this with yours as the correct answer I'm hoping that someone out there may have the "epiphany" I'm looking for.

What CSS Standard does Excel 2010/2013 support when importing a web page?

When I import a web page into Excel (either 2010 or 2013) it appears to only support CSS2 selectors (e.g. :nth-child(n) does not work). Can you point me to some documentation that tells me exactly what Excel supports?
My web page also uses multiple classes on html elements (e.g. class="header group0"). While these are styled correctly in IE, when I import to Excel the styling on these elements is ignored. Can you tell me if this is a restriction for importing
into Excel or am I missing something?

What video formats does Final Cut Express support?

I have Final Cut Express HD 3.5. What video formats are compatible with this program? Also, what frame rate and aspect ratio do my videos have to be in for Express to accept the video file?

Good of you to have read the manual. It helps us answer the question now that you've included that information.
Your material must be converted to either DV, HDV or AIC (FCE Native formats). As you have discovered, while FCE will accept a number of non-standard or native formats, it will not play happily with them.
DV and HDV are anamorphic formats. That is, they use non-square pixels. Standard DV is 720x480 (a 3:2 ratio) that FCE will do the conversion magic and have is display in a 4:3 format. Widescreen DV (aka 16:9) is ALSO 720x480 but the narrow dimension of the pixel is oriented the other way. When you tell FCE that the file is 16:9 anamorphic, it will do the magic and display the material properly. If you do not, it will display as though it is standard definition 4:3 and the people will be much skinnier but not taller.
HDV is 1440x720 but displays in 16:9.
AIC can be 1280x720 or 1980x1080.
All other dimensions are not supported and you may have very unreliable results when using them. This very limited abiltiy to deal with more than a couple of formats was one of the main differentiation points between Express and Final Cut Pro. There were a great number of other differences but this was one of the biggest limitations for most consumer level users.
If you want to edit a lot of non-standard, non-native formats, look into Final Cut Pro X or Adobe Premiere Pro. Premiere Pro is within the editing paradigm of Final Cut Pro/Express. Final Cut Pro X has gone in a different direction which involves a new learning curve. Don't be fooled by the name, it is a very different animal than Express.

some DVDR media wont work on various DVD drives. Memorex and some dark layer Sony disks are notorius for this. the ONLY DVD blanks that work on every DVD player made, and are the most reliable are the JVC archival blanks. However these cannot be found in average retail stores, they need to be ordered make sure to get DVD+R, DVD-R are, in all brands, have a higher unreliability rate and their nature is high reject to write ratio, and are more corruptable.

What graphics cards does the original Mac Pro support?

I am thinking about buying a used original 2007 Mac Pro. This Mac Pro would not come with a graphics card, so I am obviously responsible for finding one for it. I found a Radeon HD 5770 that I like on Newegg, and want to know if it would work with the Mac Pro. I really can't imagine it not, but don't want to toss a piece of hardware in my new machine that won't work.

Apple's 5770 $249 for now is the 'safe' but not best in price and whether you want to run OS X ____ ? limits you also, so unless you run 10.6.5 or Lion even the 5770 is out

ITune COM SDK supports GUI access?

I am searching for API to log-in to iTune with Apple ID and Password.
I have Apple ID and Passwords written in an excel file.
What I want to do is to:
Read the excel file line by line to take ID/PASS
Log-in to iTunes with that ID/PASS
Click the download button
Is there any library for this purpose (For step #2 and #3)? Does iTunes COM SDK support that GUI (input in to the ID - PASSWORD field) access?
This is urgent for me.
Please anyone help.

It seems that it is reading something in the ObAccessClient.xml file, because it receives a response from the Access Server. I would guess some sort of communications error - perhaps a certificate error if Open transport mode is not being used. Also, are the times on the asdk machine and the Access Server in sync?

OC4J, as a local deployment archive, used by a servlet. Added jbomt, jbodomorcl and xmlparser2 to the "lib" directory under "home".
Depolying to Oracle8i JVM as EJB was a total disaster, can the JDev team provides more document in this area?

If you look through ALL the reviews, they are mainly good. I feel that Lion is an excellent upgrade, although not essential.
There have been some issues with MS Office, but right now, it is up to Microsoft to issue a Lion compatible update, which will come in time. Saying this, MS Office has been working fine on my mac, it seems to be an isolated issue.
Logic 9 seems like a strange issue. Again, an update looks to be coming soon, with Lion support.
I do not feel that apple only focusing on the iPhone and iPad user base. There are many features carried along, but the machine can still be used for pro tools and use just as well. It still is a fantastic, reliable, fast, easy to use OS, which I have had very few problems with. Some additions you may not use, but they don't get in the way. You will love the new Exposé, Mission Control, as it is great for pro users who have many windows open at once, and the new spaces. You may however, never use Launchpad, but you don't have to, just drag it away from the dock!
I really reccomend buying a mac with Lion, although if you are worried about bugs, wait a few months for the issues to be ironed out, and updates to be given. Because the update is so very cheap, I really think you can hardly go wrong. Try it out with your current mac, and if you like it, go ahead and buy your new ones.
Lion is fantastic, albeit maybe rushed.

It sounds like you might have accidently copied Chess over from an Intel Mac, or an Intel Mac's installer DVD. The architecture typically means it is designed uniquely for either Intel or PowerPC. Be sure to extract Chess from the 10.5 Retail installer disc that looks like * and not any other disk. http://www.charlessoft.com/ 's Pacifist lets you extract individual applications from installers without having to reinstall everything.
